Chapter 166: Eve briefs me.

Eve walked into the throne room, and Spartan Drones escorted 200 women. Most looked scared, but the older ones bore themselves with more grace as I watched them enter. The ones wearing crowns had to be the royalty that I asked for, making me smirk as they were truly worthy of being called Queens and Princesses.

The Spartan Drones made them stop and fall to their knees as I looked down at them. Eve walked to the foot of the stairs and bowed. "Great Creator, I have brought the women you have asked for, and I have the folder with the statues update on your lands." She said before walking up the stairs and handing me the folder as several of the other Androids entered the room.

Skimming over the folder for a moment, I spoke. "What's the favorability rate of the people?" I asked Eve as I stood up and walked down the stairs.

"Aether Kingdom has the highest favorability rate among the kingdoms, as 57% are happy to have come under our control, and the death of the Nobility was the biggest contributor to it. With 23% having a wait-and-see attitude, and the last 20% thinking we won't be any different than the last ruler." Eve explained to me.

"How is the food handout going, within Aether?" I asked.

"We have started to use the Chinooks to airlift food to the more rural areas that need food, along with the cities that have been having food shortages these last few months. It should get them through a few weeks while we amass our stocks." She said. Before speaking again. "We have also begun to make farms in the other six kingdoms." She said.

I stopped in front of a woman with a crown who was looking up at me, trying to understand me. She had four women around her age behind her and twenty girls of different ages behind them. "This is the Harem of the King of Duffenhim, along with their daughters," Eve said as I looked over the group of women.

The Princesses were scared, but the women weren't making me smile as I squatted down looking the Queen in the eyes. She had wisdom in them, and I could tell she was a good leader from the way she carried herself. "Do you resent me for killing your husband and sons?" I asked them.

"My husband? No, that is the curse of wearing the crown. But my sons were innocent, and I know why you did it. But I can never forgive you for it." She said, making me nod. "That is understandable. A mother will love their children no matter what. Even if they are wicked, but at the end of the day. Queen... what was your name again?" I asked her speak.

"Gwendolyn Duffenhim." She said.

"Right, Gwendolyn. Your sons wouldn't have just sat back and let go of what they believe is rightfully theirs. What is killing them now or killing them later? The latter one would end up getting killed and more people along with them." I said, shrugging my shoulders.

"You don't know that they would have tried to rebel!" A girl yelled out with tears down her face, making Gwendolyn yell out. "MIND YOUR TONGUE, ELEANOR!" The Queen screamed out in worry. "Please, she doesn't kn-" As the Queen was about to plead to me, I activated my Charm skill, making her face blush. This affected everyone; the younger ones were hit hardest, their faces turning bright red.

I moved my hand to the Queen's chin and lightly caressed her lower lip with my thumb as I spoke. "I won't get angry over a lady who was upset that her brother was killed at my hands. That would be beneath me." I said, making the Queen quiver and nod as I stood up, walking towards the Princess, who found it hard to look at me.

"You are right, Princess Eleanor Duffenhim, I don't know for sure. But as a man, I know we tend to be prideful, and it's more than a 50% chance that the fallen Nobles, if I hadn't killed them, would have tried to put one of the Princes on the throne again. I don't plan to fight a civil war inside my Empire at the starting stages." I said, looking down at her, making her bite her lip as she couldn't refute my words.

I stood up, walking away from her as I spoke. "Eve, continue your report," I said, beginning to walk around the 200 women.

"We have started to target the Bandits and Criminal groups within the Kingdoms and have been able to take our 30% as of now. We should be at 50% by midnight tonight." She said, making me nod. This was good when crime fell so fast. People won't be able to miss the improvements, which will make them more favorable towards my rule. Even if they don't want to admit it, that is fine.

As long as their desire to rebel wanes, I am content for them not to voice it. I don't have to worry about the power vacuum effect, as my power is greater than any group could even dream of forming. No one wants to be part of a crime group when the ruler is willing to use violence against them; it's suicidal.

"Great Creator," Virella said, stepping forward and bowing. "I wish to inform you that I have made great strides in two projects, one of which we are implementing right now." She said, looking at me, and I nodded, letting her carry on.

"I cut the growth time for crops down to five days, allowing us to harvest six times a month in each field and increasing the yield by three to four. I believe we will have more than enough food for the whole continent once the Creator claims the whole southern part of it." She said, bowing, making me smile.

"What is the second one?" I asked her to look at the people, then back at me, but she waved it off. "We can talk about it later then," I said, walking around the 200 women, their faces red, as I could start to see heavy breathing escaping from a few of them. There wasn't a single one who wasn't physically attracted to me now.

"Take them to the holding dungeon and allow them to bathe and get some rest. I will meet them one-on-one once I take care of Azel," I said, making all the women gasp. "You plan to kill the Demon Lord?!" Gwendolyn said in shock as I smirked and spoke.

"Leave her here, I wish to talk to this Former Queen," I said as her daughters tried to speak up. "Girls, it's okay, I doubt the Emperor will hurt me. If he wanted to, he would have when you spoke up." She said, making her daughters clamp their mouths shut and struggle to keep what they wanted to say inside. The Spartan Drones pulled them up by the arms, since everyone had their arms handcuffed behind them.

I looked at Eve and the other Androids, signalling them to leave. Walking behind the Queen and undoing her arms, helping her stand as before, wrapping my arms around her and squeezing her tits, making her yelp out. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" She screamed, making me chuckle as I whispered into her ear.

"You are smarter than that. Why do you think I let you and everyone else live? Instead of slaughtering you, it's because you have worth. Even if it is just your body."
