333: Let’s go! The only one going against the flow!

The three-day deadline had arrived.

For the entire Spirit Realm, this was a grand funeral procession.

Streams of light rose from every continent, every star, and every shattered Secret Realm. They had once been high-and-mighty Old Ancestors, renowned Sect Masters, and Loose Cultivators who had hidden from the world for ten thousand years.

Today, however, they shared only one identity—the defeated.

Each stream of light was wrapped in an Aura of extreme suppression, like countless death-row prisoners heading to the execution grounds. Their faces were etched with humiliation, unwillingness, and a despair that cut to the bone.

The starry sky was deathly silent.

Beyond the faint whistling of spiritual power cutting through the Void Realm, there was no other sound. This was a silent, tragic migration spanning the entire world.

However, amidst these countless gray, dejected streams of light, there was an existence that stood out completely.

On the starship, Lin Fan was sitting with his legs crossed, humming an off-key tune.

"Listen to me, thank you, because of you, the four seasons are warm..."

Li Hanyue sat to the side, eyes closed to regulate her breathing, though her slightly trembling eyelashes betrayed her extreme inner turmoil. She had already given up on trying to understand Lin Fan's thought process and was simply forcing herself to adjust her state to its Peak.

Lin Fan looked through the porthole, observing the formations of bone Dragon warships outside with great interest.

"Tsk tsk, these bone frames are actually quite artistic."

"Look at that one, the Dragon head is tilted fifteen degrees to the left, looking exceptionally unruly; that's definitely an elite mob."

"And that one, there's a bone spur hook on its tail; it's clearly responsible for rear defense. It must be very insidious in a fight."

He commented as he watched, much like a tourist visiting a military museum.

Li Hanyue finally opened her eyes, her cold, clear pupils filled with nothing but endless exhaustion.

"Lin Fan, can you be quiet for a moment?"

"Shh." Lin Fan gestured for her to be silent, saying mysteriously: "Maintain your emotions, brew the feeling. My current identity is a Prodigy who has been scared out of his mind; I must distinguish myself from this crowd of long-faced people. This is called persona building, understand?"

Li Hanyue: "..."

She chose to close her eyes again.

The starship soon merged into the massive torrent of light, slowly flying towards the rift in the starry dome along with the main force.

Lin Fan put away the starship and blended into the crowd.

He spotted an old man not far away with a powerful Aura, but a complexion as gray as dirt. Judging by his attire, he seemed to be a Grand Elder of some top Holy Land, with Mahayana Late Stage cultivation, yet at this moment, he looked like a dying Mortal.

Lin Fan leaned over and greeted him enthusiastically.

"Brother, are you here to attend the pilgrimage assembly too?"

That Mahayana Old Ancestor didn't even lift his eyelids, only letting out a cold snort from his nose, filled with disdain and disgust.

Lin Fan didn't care at all and continued on his own: "Don't be so gloomy. Let me tell you, there's a show to watch later, absolutely spectacular! Do you want to book a front-row seat in advance? I'll give you a twenty percent discount."

"Pfft—!"

That Mahayana Old Ancestor couldn't hold it in any longer, and a mouthful of old blood nearly sprayed out. He snapped his head around, glaring at Lin Fan with bloodshot eyes, his terrifying Aura erupting, only to be forcibly suppressed by him in the next second.

Starting an internal conflict in such a place would only make those monsters laugh.

He just gave Lin Fan a glare with the eyes of someone looking at a dead man, then desperately accelerated, fleeing far away from this madman in his eyes.

The surrounding experts also cast angry and contemptuous gazes, silently distancing themselves from Lin Fan.

Blasphemy!

This was a naked blasphemy against the dignity of all the experts in the Spirit Realm!

Lin Fan looked at them avoiding him like the plague and nodded with satisfaction.

Very good, the madman persona had been initially established.

His gaze swept across the crowd, and suddenly, he saw a familiar face full of resentment and unwillingness.

A surviving Elder of the Heavens Evolution Sect?

Back outside the Ten Thousand Swords Burial, it was this old guy who had murderous intent towards him.

That Elder also felt his gaze and looked over, frowning. But when his Divine Thought swept over Lin Fan, he only felt a ball of Chaos mist, completely unable to lock onto him, let alone see his true strength.

An instinctive sense of wariness made the Elder quickly avert his gaze, assuming he had encountered a weirdo who cultivated some strange Cultivation Technique.

Lin Fan curled his lips and made a note of the other party in his little mental notebook.

Soon, the flagship "immortal throne," as vast as a star continent, appeared at the end of everyone's field of vision.

Countless Spirit Realm experts stopped in front of this terrifying fortress exuding endless Death Qi, like an ant colony waiting for judgment.

"Line up according to your cultivation level! Those who make noise will die!"

A cold Divine Thought came from the flagship, turning into bone-chilling coldness that burrowed into the depths of everyone's Soul.

The crowd was in an uproar, but under the threat of death, these experts who were usually high-and-mighty shamefully lined up in rows according to Body Integration, Mahayana Early, Mid, and Late Stages, the atmosphere suppressed to the extreme.

Lin Fan swaggered to the very front of the line.

His "Soul Transformation Stage" cultivation appeared incredibly glaring among a group of giants whose minimum cultivation was Body Integration Stage.

A bone-armored soldier responsible for maintaining Order immediately noticed him.

"Get to the back! This is not where you belong!" The soldier raised the bone war-halberd in his hand, pointing at Lin Fan, the ghostly blue Soul fire in his eye sockets flickering violently.

Lin Fan ignored him.

He leisurely took a snow-white handkerchief out of his Storage Ring and gently dusted off the non-existent dust on his body.

Then, he looked up, a brilliant and sincere smile on his face, and said to the bone-armored soldier:

"Brother soldier, please report this."

"Just say that the number one fan of your Demon Leader General has come to support!"

Once these words were spoken, the whole place was deathly silent.

All the Spirit Realm experts waiting in line stared at Lin Fan blankly, with the look of someone watching a peerless idiot.

Even that bone-armored soldier was stunned for a moment.

Support?

What was that?

But in the next second, extreme anger overwhelmed his simple mind.

He felt that he, a great warrior of the Divine Army, had been played by a lowly, death-seeking bug!

"Seeking death!"

With a roar, the war-halberd in the bone-armored soldier's hand instantly turned into a black line of death, carrying enough terrifying power to easily tear apart a Soul Transformation Cultivator, and stabbed fiercely towards Lin Fan's heart!

The surrounding Spirit Realm experts not only felt no sympathy but instead showed a hint of satisfaction.

Die!

Die, you madman!

However, Lin Fan stood in place, not dodging or evading.

His face even maintained that brilliant, eerie smile.

Just the moment before the sharp tip of the halberd was about to touch the skin of his chest.

Hum—!

A layer of invisible, naked-eye-imperceptible, strange halo abruptly expanded from Lin Fan as the center.

S-rank passive halo — [Absolute Taunt]!

Forcibly attracts the primary aggro of all hostile targets within a one-kilometer radius, but is immune to the first "fatal" damage received!

The bone halberd, which could pierce through mountains, stopped abruptly less than an inch from Lin Fan's chest. It was as if it had hit an invisible yet indestructible Universe barrier.

"Clang!"

A muffled, loud sound.

The bone-armored soldier only felt an irresistible, terrifying counter-shock force coming from the tip of the halberd. His hand throbbed with pain, and he staggered backward, unable to control himself due to the excessive force, almost falling to the ground.

The whole world fell into a deathly silence once again.

Everyone saw this unbelievable scene.

A small Soul Transformation Stage Cultivator actually blocked the full-force strike of a World-Ending Divine Army soldier head-on without any injuries?

No!

He didn't even make a move!

What on earth was going on?!

Just as everyone was plunged into huge shock and confusion, in the upper layer of the flagship, in an observation deck carved from the skull of a giant beast, an adjutant with a significantly deeper and more terrifying Aura slowly opened his eyes.

His gaze pierced through the Void Realm and landed on Lin Fan.

Doubt.

His Divine Thought swept over, but it was like a clay ox entering the sea, unable to detect anything.

There, it seemed not to be a living being, but a space-time singularity that could not be understood or defined.

"Interesting bug..."

The corners of the adjutant's mouth curled into an icy arc.

He raised his hand, and a cold Order rang directly in the minds of all the soldiers.

"Bring him up."

"The General might be very interested in this sacrifice."
