Especially the Omegas.

Lucifer tilted his head toward the left, where a half-dozen vampires were gathering. They were whispering. Casting barriers. Preparing something.

He was gone.

Then—

A body exploded.

Not fell. Not broke. Exploded. Blood sprayed across the sky like a red mist. One Elder’s head bounced twice and rolled toward another, who flinched and tried to escape.

Lucifer landed behind him.

"Too slow," he muttered.

He grabbed the Elder’s skull and smashed it into the pavement. Once. Twice. The third time, the ground shattered beneath the pressure.

Then he threw the body at another vampire mid-flight.

CRASH.

Two birds, one corpse.

He didn’t stop. Couldn’t. Wouldn’t.

He blurred again—red streaks in the wind like war paint being drawn by a demon.

Three Omegas charged together. Big ones. The type that used to scare villages into silence.

Lucifer didn’t even blink.

He leapt.

Mid-air, he twisted, drove a kick into one’s spine, landed on its back, then used it like a platform to launch himself at the next.

His fist crashed through the second wolf’s chest. Through it.



Bone cracked like firewood in winter. The wolf didn’t scream. Couldn’t. It just dropped—empty.

The third Omega turned to run.

Lucifer was already there.

He gripped the beast’s throat and lifted him like a child’s toy. He stared into its eyes.

"Why’re you shaking?"

The wolf whimpered.

Lucifer crushed its windpipe. The head dropped. Body followed.

Behind him, another Elder screamed and threw a spell—dark light, full of death.

Lucifer caught it.

With his bare hand.

The spell fizzled in his palm. He looked down at it like it was an annoying fly.

Then he turned.

Eyes red. Cold.

He was in front of the Elder in a blink.

He jabbed the man’s gut with two fingers. Simple. Clean.

The Elder coughed blood instantly, eyes wide, limbs twitching.

Lucifer tilted his head. "That all?"

He flicked the vampire away like a piece of lint.

More came. Fools.

One tried to stab him with a glowing spear.

Lucifer didn’t dodge. He stepped in.

The spear stabbed him through the chest—then stopped.

Lucifer looked down at it. Then up.

The Elder blinked.

Lucifer yanked the spear out and shoved it through the vampire’s eye without a word.

The body dropped, twitching.

Lucifer turned slowly, red eyes glowing hotter now.

The battlefield was red. Fire. Smoke. Screams.

And one man walking through it like a god in human skin.

A vampire tried to escape by flying away.

Lucifer jumped—high.

He met the vampire mid-air, grabbed his leg, and spun.

CRACK. The body hit the earth first. Then the blood.

Another Omega came crawling from the shadows, injured, begging.

Lucifer walked past.

Paused.

Then turned back.

"Wrong place, wrong time," he said quietly.

He raised his hand—and the wolf’s head exploded.

No build-up. No chant. Just pure pressure.

The killing continued.

One by one.

Two by two.

In bursts of red and black.

Elders lost limbs. Wolves lost eyes. Bodies dropped in heaps. Piles.

Lucifer didn’t speak again. He didn’t need to.

They all understood now.

This wasn’t a fight.

It was a purge.

The vampire army broke formation. Some ran. Some fought harder.

None mattered.

Lucifer cut them down with punches, kicks, elbows, slaps—whatever worked. Sometimes a flick. Sometimes a glance.

One Elder tried to beg. On his knees. Hands shaking. Crying blood.

Lucifer crouched next to him.

"No."

Then punched his head clean off.

Only one still stood.

Drax.

He hadn’t moved this whole time.

Drax grinned.

"You done warming up?"

He just said, "Almost."

Then he turned away.

Left Drax standing there, surrounded by corpses and ash.

Smoke curled around Lucifer’s boots as he walked.

Red eyes dimmed to his normal red.

"I came back for dessert," he muttered.

And then?

Silence.

"So how are we going to do this, either you run and go tell your boss that I killed his people and those of his rivals including werewolves or you stay and die, your choice."
