5: Chapter 5 Human-shaped Murder Weapon

Anger, like the surrounding thick fog, instantly submerged Ding Qing.

The dark shadow inside the bus had swallowed Zhang Han and was now silently drifting toward the oblivious Wang Yang.

Old Zhang's dull murmurs further proved that this monster could not only kill but also erase the traces of one's existence.

“Wang Yang—!!!”

A thunderous roar tore through the deathly silent fog!

This was no longer a warning, but the roar of a Vicious Beast that had been completely provoked.

Inside the bus, Wang Yang seemed to stir slightly, shaken by the roar that had penetrated the glass.

To follow Taiwan novels, go to k̑̈̑̈̑̈ȃ̈̑̈n̑̈̑̈.c̑̈̑̈ȏ̈̑̈m̑̈̑̈ super reliable.

However, he still hadn't noticed the danger.

The dark shadow had already drifted to the side of his seat, its indifferent and hollow gaze locking onto the target right in front of it.

He couldn't wait any longer!

Ding Qing's eyes were bloodshot. Under his bronze skin, greenish-black veins bulged instantly like living creatures!

They were no longer just faintly visible.

Instead, they were like coiled dragons, hideously crawling over his neck and cheeks; even his temples were throbbing violently.

A scorching and violent Aura erupted from his body, forcing the surrounding thick fog back to create a small pocket of vacuum.

“Iron Cloth Shirt! Sixth Gate! Open—!!!”

He sank into a horse stance, his feet stepping deeply into the damp, soft soil. The ground beneath him was actually stamped with inch-deep pits.

A series of tooth-aching pops rang out from his entire skeleton, as if refined steel was being forged.

His muscles bulged, stretching his already loose clothing to the point of tearing. His entire being seemed to grow an inch taller out of thin air, transforming into a humanoid weapon radiating a primitive and savage Aura!

Without the slightest hesitation, Ding Qing gave up on the futile knocking on the window.

He took half a step back. His right arm was like a battering ram loaded with ten thousand catties of force. Under the cultivation of the Iron Cloth Shirt, his muscles bulged like iron, and the greenish-black veins pulsed wildly beneath his skin.

“Break for me—!!!”

With a wild roar accompanied by the sharp whistle of air being torn apart, his right fist, as large as a clay pot and carrying a visible violent airwave, slammed fiercely toward the closed bus door!

BOOM—!!!

A deafening explosion drowned out all the murmurs in his ears.

The sturdy door was like it had been hit by a high-speed train. Amidst the scalp-numbing groan of twisting metal, it instantly exploded inward and buckled!

The entire door, along with fragments of the door frame, shot inward like a cannonball, smashing heavily into the opposite seat.

Shattered glass and twisted metal fragments splattered like a rainstorm, and the entire bus carriage shook violently!

The numb and dull students inside the bus were finally forced awake by this earth-shattering explosion and violent shockwave.

As if they had been electrocuted, they jerked their heads up, their faces instantly occupied by extreme horror and confusion.

What entered their vision was the figure at the door, radiating a destructive Aura with knotted muscles—Ding Qing!

However, Ding Qing's target was not them.

His gaze was like two red-hot swords, firmly pinned onto the dark shadow right next to Wang Yang.

“Get lost!!!”

Ding Qing stepped into the carriage, the floorboards beneath his feet letting out an overburdened groan.

He didn't withdraw his right fist; his left arm had already struck out like a bolt of lightning!

It was still simple and crude, a supreme punch that condensed his entire body's strength and the Peak power of the Iron Cloth Shirt's Sixth Gate.

This punch, carrying the sound of wind and thunder along with all his anger and explosive power, was without any flourishes as it landed solidly in the center of that dark shadow!

THUMP—!!!

A dull thud that could cause cardiac arrest suddenly arose.

The imagined scene of the dark shadow being blown apart or knocked back did not occur.

The fist felt as if it had struck the thickest, coldest marsh.

The violent power was like a clay ox entering the sea; it only caused the blurry black outline to slightly dent inward and fluctuate for a moment.

It was like a stone thrown into a deep pond, creating only negligible ripples.

Ding Qing's gaze was cold.

If one punch was useless, then he would throw another!

THUD—!!!

A counter-force so cold it reached the bone marrow, as if it could freeze the Soul, surged from the fist into Ding Qing's arm, causing the muscles of his entire arm to ache and sting with numbness.

This full-strength blow, the power erupted from the Sixth Gate of the Iron Cloth Shirt, was actually difficult to shake it!

Even harder to stop it for even half a step!

The dark shadow seemed to be provoked by this sudden attack. Its indifferent 'gaze' instantly moved away from Wang Yang and locked onto him.

A terrifying pressure far colder and heavier than before, carrying the Aura of death, descended like a physical weight.

Ding Qing's pupils shrank violently!

He understood in an instant that his proud Physical Body strength had a negligible effect on this eerie existence.

If he continued to fight head-on, not only would he fail to save anyone, but he would also lose himself.

In a flash, Ding Qing made the coldest yet most correct decision.

“Go!!!”

He gave a loud shout, his left hand turning from a fist into a claw, reaching out as fast as lightning.

Before the dark shadow's pressure could fully descend, he grabbed the back collar of the still semi-dazed Wang Yang.

Like picking up a small chick, he yanked him backward violently.

At the same time, he poured all his strength into his right foot and stomped hard on the bus floor.

CRACK!

The bus body, already structurally damaged from the door being broken, let out an even louder groan, and the entire bus tilted and shook violently.

Using this reactionary force, Ding Qing retreated quickly while carrying the terrified Wang Yang, who had finally woken up and started screaming.

His entire person was like a fired cannonball, shooting out from the broken door hole at a speed even faster than when he entered.

The two of them smashed into the rolling thick fog outside the bus!

“Ahhh—!!!”

“Run! Run quickly!”

“Ghost! The ghost is still inside the bus!”

Ding Qing's series of actions—breaking the door, punching, stomping, saving the person, and retreating—happened within just two or three seconds.

Yet it completely shattered the deathly silence and balance within the bus, exposing that suffocating horror entirely before everyone.

Fear exploded instantly like a plague!

The remaining Survivors inside the bus—Teacher Huang, several girls, and a few other boys—saw that even Ding Qing's mountain-shaking punch could do nothing to the dark shadow.

At the same time, seeing Wang Yang being rescued and the dark shadow's target shifting toward them, their last shred of rationality completely collapsed.

The survival instinct overrode everything!

They let out hysterical screams, no longer caring about any rules or fear.

All of them, like a swarm of headless flies, scrambled and crawled toward the door hole that Ding Qing had blasted open, which was still emitting smoke and dust.

Pushing, crying, falling... the scene was chaotic to the extreme!

Everyone only wanted to escape this steel coffin that swallowed lives as quickly as possible.

Outside the bus, the thick fog rolled, and the murmurs continued.

Ding Qing landed steadily and threw the nearly limp Wang Yang behind him.

“Brother Qing... no, Dad, dear Dad, you are my real father! I was scared to death just now!”

Wang Yang's voice had a hint of a sob.

He had almost pissed himself in fear.

If Ding Qing hadn't acted at the critical moment, he probably would have been gone.

“Brother Qing, how did that thing get inside the bus?”

Ding Qing's gaze was like a torch, staring at the bus door from which figures were screaming and rushing out after being broken open.

“That ghostly thing should have been inside the bus from the very beginning. We just didn't notice it; it was only reflected by the window glass once the fog appeared.”

“Holy shit! Don't scare me. We've been sitting on the bus with that ghostly thing the whole way? You're not joking with me, are you?”

Wang Yang's face turned green.

After studying materialistic concepts for over a decade, you're telling me this now.

“Who's joking with you? Later, be more careful and remember to keep close to me.”

Ding Qing frowned, staring at the flickering dark shadow inside the bus.

This thing was a bit strange, it was as if... as if it were trapped inside the bus.

Looking at this scene, he thought of something else, and his gaze fell on the camera on the bus roof.

From start to finish, he could be certain that the thing had been operating all along.
