63: Chapter 63 Only children make choices; master and apprentice alike are welcome!
The talisman paper was light purple, with tiny cloud patterns drawn along the edges; at a glance, it was clearly Liu Yunshuang's style.
Ye Xiaoyao reached out to catch it and probed it with his Divine Sense.
Liu Yunshuang's voice sounded in his mind, languid and tinged with a smile, like a feather gently brushing against his eardrum.
"Xiaoyao, come to Revered Master's Immortal Cave."
Ye Xiaoyao's eyes lit up. Revered Master has come out of seclusion!
The corners of his mouth couldn't help but curl upward. It had been over half a year since they last met, and he missed her quite a bit... Ahem, he missed Revered Master's guidance.
Over the past half year, having constantly walked through the barren White Tiger Gobi, Ye Xiaoyao was already yearning to explore that lush Peach Blossom Spring once again.
As the saying goes, "At first it was very narrow, only allowing one person to pass; after walking a few dozen more steps, it suddenly opened up!" The Peach Blossom Spring record truly does not deceive me!
As for where Ji Chanxi had gone today, she hadn't said, and Ye Xiaoyao hadn't asked too much. Cultivators each have their own private matters; it was normal.
Now that Revered Master had summoned him, he naturally had to go. It would be fine to explain once Chanxi returned.
He quickly straightened his robes, tied up his hair, and checked himself in the water mirror. Mm, still as handsome as ever.
He took flight on his sword and sped toward Purple Haze Peak.
Liu Yunshuang's Immortal Cave remained imposing. Relying on his Personal Disciple jade tablet, Ye Xiaoyao easily passed through the Restriction and walked into the main hall.
As soon as he entered, he froze. There was more than just Liu Yunshuang in the hall. Two beautiful figures sat on the soft chairs.
One was dressed in deep purple, leaning languidly, full of charm. The other was in pure black, sitting with dignity, gentle and cold. It was Ji Chanxi.
Ye Xiaoyao paused his steps, his mind racing with thoughts. Why is Chanxi here? It's normal for her to visit since Revered Master just came out of seclusion. But why call me here at the same time?
He suppressed his confusion, put on a smile, and walked forward. "Congratulations to Revered Master for successfully achieving Nascent Soul Formation and becoming a Nascent Soul True Monarch."
He first bowed to Liu Yunshuang, his tone respectful yet intimate. Then he turned to Ji Chanxi, his smile becoming more natural: "Chanxi, you're here too."
After saying it, he felt the words were a bit silly. She was clearly sitting right there.
Liu Yunshuang rose from the soft chair. The deep purple dress she wore today was very special. The upper part was loose with a low neckline, revealing a patch of snow-white skin and a deep cleavage.
The lower part, however, was tailored to be extremely tight, outlining the curves of her waist and hips in a heart-stopping way. Those perky peach-like buttocks and the sunken waist formed a breathtaking arc.
Her peach-blossom eyes were filled with glistening light, her red lips slightly raised, and her whole person was like a ripe peach, exuding an alluring, sweet fragrance.
Ji Chanxi also stood up. She was still wearing a black dress today, and the style was quite bold as well. The neckline wasn't low, but the waist was cinched extremely tight, accentuating a slender waist that could be grasped in one hand.
The side of the skirt was slit all the way to the base of her thigh, her snow-white legs appearing and disappearing as she walked. She was barefoot, her toes round as jade, stepping on the smooth ground with a unique temptation.
The two women stood together, one mature and charming, the other cold and graceful. Like two twin flowers on one stalk, each had her own beauty, yet both were breathtakingly beautiful.
Ye Xiaoyao looked at them, his Adam's apple bobbing. As his cultivation level increased, his Pure Yang Sacred Body's Yang Qi became increasingly potent.
Over these past six months, it was all thanks to Ji Chanxi's help in regulating it that nothing went wrong. Now, with two stunning beauties standing before him, both looking at him with such complicated expressions... he felt that heat in his Dantian beginning to stir again.
Liu Yunshuang spoke first, her voice soft, tender, and charming: "Xiaoyao, sit."
Ye Xiaoyao complied and sat on the chair beside them. Ji Chanxi and Liu Yunshuang sat down again, the three of them forming a subtle triangle. The hall was silent for a moment.
Liu Yunshuang looked at Ye Xiaoyao and suddenly smiled, her smile carrying an indescribable meaning. "Xiaoyao, Chanxi and I were just discussing something for a while."
She paused, her eyes sweeping between Ye Xiaoyao and Ji Chanxi. "We both like you very much and both want to become your Dao Companion, but neither of us is willing to back down."
She leaned forward slightly, the snow-white skin at her neckline dizzying to behold. "So, we called you over to ask you."
She spoke word by word, her voice clear. "Between the two of us, who do you like more? Which one will you choose to be your Dao Companion?"
The question was direct, even a bit overbearing. Ye Xiaoyao was stunned.
He looked at Liu Yunshuang. Mature and charming, with Nascent Soul cultivation, a sect leader, yet at this moment she was like a little woman waiting for an answer, her eyes hiding nervousness.
He then looked at Ji Chanxi. Cold and graceful, a Core Formation Cultivator, usually proud and aloof, yet at this moment she was pursing her cherry lips, her fingers unconsciously twisting her skirt, her earlobes flushed red.
So the two of them... were arguing about this? Ye Xiaoyao's mind raced.
Did he like Ji Chanxi? Of course he did. Having spent every day and night together for the past half year, with intimate physical contact, his feelings had long since seeped into his bones.
She appeared cold on the surface, but was actually gentle; her occasional pride was more like acting spoiled, which made his heart race.
Did he like Liu Yunshuang? He liked her too. Mature and charming, bold and direct, that kind of 'big sister' demeanor combined with the occasional vulnerability formed a wonderful contrast that was mesmerizing.
And... he had been intimate with both of them. One side was a small watermelon, the other was a big moon. One side was the White Tiger Gobi, the other was the Peach Blossom Honey Source.
Whether it was the White Tiger Gobi or the Peach Blossom Honey Source, both were plump and juicy. Choose one? Why choose?
The corners of Ye Xiaoyao's mouth slowly curled into an arc. He looked up, glanced at Liu Yunshuang, then at Ji Chanxi, and suddenly grinned, his smile carrying a hint of mischief.
"Only children make choices." He paused, speaking clearly, word by word. "I want both of you."
As his voice fell, the hall was so quiet one could hear breathing. Ji Chanxi's eyes widened, her cheeks turning red in a flash, the flush spreading from her earlobes to her neck. She opened her mouth, wanting to say something, but couldn't make a sound.
Liu Yunshuang was also stunned, but soon, she laughed. It wasn't her usual languid smile, but a truly hearty laugh, her eyebrows curving, full of charm.
Ye Xiaoyao looked at their reactions, feeling even more confident. He deliberately asked again, his tone relaxed. "How about it? Do you both agree?"
Liu Yunshuang spoke first. She walked to Ji Chanxi's side, reached out to take her Disciple's jade-like arm, and said with a smile in her voice: "Since Xiaoyao has said so... Chanxi, how about we, Revered Master and Disciple, both become his Dao Companion? That way, neither of us loses out, what do you say?"
Being held by Revered Master, Ji Chanxi's cheeks turned even redder. She bit her lip, looked up, and glared at Ye Xiaoyao, her eyes filled with shyness and feigned anger. "Ah? Revered Master, this... wouldn't this be letting him off too easily?"
That's what she said, but the pride in her tone clearly indicated she had agreed. Ye Xiaoyao knew her too well. This girl was just stubborn; she must be blooming with joy inside, right?
He no longer hesitated and stepped forward. He reached out with his left hand to embrace Ji Chanxi's slender waist. His right hand moved simultaneously to wrap around Liu Yunshuang's waist from behind. With warm fragrance and soft jade in his arms, he held them both.
Ye Xiaoyao couldn't suppress the smugness in his heart. He looked down at Ji Chanxi on his left, then at Liu Yunshuang on his right, and asked with a mischievous smile: "Shuanger, Chaner, call me husband and let me hear it?"
Liu Yunshuang spoke first. She tilted her face up, her peach-blossom eyes rippling with moisture, her voice so soft it would make one's bones melt. "Husband~"
That 'big sister' tone was drawn out, as if it had little hooks. Ji Chanxi bit her delicate red lips, her cheeks crimson, her voice smaller than a mosquito's: "Husband~"
But the joy that couldn't be hidden still leaked out from her eyes. Ye Xiaoyao's heart fluttered; he lowered his head and pecked Ji Chanxi on her pink, tender cheek, saying: "Chaner is a good girl, don't be Life Qi anymore."
Ji Chanxi let out an "Ah," quickly covering her face, glaring at him with shy annoyance. Revered Master is still right here!
Watching this scene, Liu Yunshuang not only wasn't Life Qi but laughed instead. She reached out to ruffle Ji Chanxi's hair, as if comforting a little sister throwing a tantrum. "Alright, from now on, we are all one family."
The words were said very naturally, but they made Ji Chanxi's cheeks even redder. Ye Xiaoyao looked at the two beauties in his arms. One mature and charming, the other cold and shy. The sense of satisfaction in his heart swelled, almost overflowing.
He suddenly remembered something, the corners of his mouth curling into a mischievous smile again, and asked: "By the way, are you two hungry right now?" He paused, deliberately slowing his speech: "Do you want... Husband to make noodles for you to eat?"
