The red spider dropped from the tree and charged. Its sickle-like front legs slashed through the water wall effortlessly, shattering it into mist. Seeing the golden shield around Wang Wenmei, it screeched and lunged.

The spider struck again. The golden shield shuddered violently, light flickering ominously.

A towering inferno erupted. The scalding flames engulfed the red spider instantly.
