298: Laozi: I want another one

Time flew by, and this sermon lasted for tens of thousands of years.

Zhen Yuanzi not only explained the various realms of the Immortal Martial Path but also demonstrated the cultivation process for each realm.

By the time he finished, he had already cultivated the Immortal Martial Path to the Supreme Hunyuan Realm.

Although this did not significantly improve Zhen Yuanzi's own strength, for the Human Race, it opened a door to power, clearly demonstrating the cultivation process to them.

In addition to realm cultivation, Zhen Yuanzi also meticulously explained numerous specific Immortal Martial Path cultivation methods, martial arts moves, and martial arts divine abilities.

His explanations were profound yet easy to understand, and his eloquent words elucidated complex cultivation methods with clarity. The Human Race listened with rapt attention, and expressions of enlightenment often appeared on their faces.

After the explanation, Zhen Yuanzi pointed his finger, and a Heaven-Reaching Martial Stele appeared before the Human Race's Saint Temple.

This martial stele was ten thousand zhang tall, radiating a mysterious light, and inscribed upon it were the Immortal Martial Path and various Immortal Martial cultivation methods and martial arts divine abilities.

Every character seemed to contain the ultimate truth of heaven and earth, emitting a powerful Dao rhyme.

Immediately after, the kongtong seal, the Human Race's supreme treasure of destiny, which was enshrined in the Saint Temple, automatically flew out.

The kongtong seal shone with billions of rays of light, like a scorching sun suspended in the air. It slowly flew above the Heaven-Reaching Martial Stele, its body rotating, and mysterious runes flew out from within, merging into the martial stele, imprinting the Immortal Martial Path, martial arts cultivation methods, and martial arts divine abilities onto the stele.

Amidst the flashing light, the entire world was shaken by this powerful force.

Subsequently, Zhen Yuanzi taught the Three Human Ancestors the method for creating the Human Immortal Martial Dao Stele and solemnly said, "This Immortal Martial Path must be promoted throughout all tribes of the Nuwa Human Race. In the future, those who practice the Human Immortal Martial Dao and its cultivation methods must undergo testing by the Martial Path Stele. Only those with pure Nuwa Human Race bloodlines may cultivate it."

"As for the various life forms created by other Prehistoric Great Powers, they do not belong to the Nuwa Human Race bloodline and must not be taught, nor may they cultivate the Human Immortal Martial Dao."

Fire Starter, Youchao, and Ziyi, the Three Human Ancestors, respectfully bowed and said, "We will strictly follow the Saint Father's teachings. We will not fail the Saint Father's trust and will spread the Immortal Martial Path to all tribes of the Nuwa Human Race."

Zhen Yuanzi nodded slightly and continued, "The degradation of the Human Race's foundation is an inevitable trend; there is no need to force it. You only need to spread the Human Immortal Martial Dao well and wholeheartedly lead the Human Race to prosperity. The Immortal Martial Path emphasizes cultivating the foundation and solidifying the basics! When you cultivate, you must proceed slowly and steadily, and remember not to be impetuous."

The Three Human Ancestors looked solemn and responded in unison, "We will engrave the Saint Father's teachings in our hearts. We will proceed step by step and lead the Human Race steadily forward."

Zhen Yuanzi's tone shifted, and he added, "Even though the Immortal Martial Path is highly compatible with Human Race cultivation, it ultimately cannot suit all Human Race members; there will always be a portion of the Human Race unsuitable for this path. Therefore, soon, Supreme Lord Laozi will come to assist in spreading the Golden Core Great Dao; you need not stop him."

Although the Three Human Ancestors had some doubts in their hearts, they still respectfully nodded in agreement, saying, "We will strictly follow the Saint Father's decree and cooperate fully."

Zhen Yuanzi's arrangement was actually because Supreme Lord Laozi had visited him in advance, expressing his desire to come to the Human Race to preach.

After all, preaching to the Human Race was related to Supreme Lord Laozi's enlightenment and becoming a Saint, and with Zhen Yuanzi, the Dao Venerable, standing behind the Human Race, he naturally had to seek Zhen Yuanzi's permission first.

Zhen Yuanzi did not refuse, because, as he said before, although the Immortal Martial Path was compatible with the Human Race, it could not be suitable for all Human Race members to cultivate, and other cultivation paths were indeed needed as supplements.

And the Golden Core Great Dao, created by Supreme Lord Laozi based on the characteristics of the Human Race, was also suitable for some Human Race members to cultivate and was suitable as a supplement.

However, Zhen Yuanzi made a few demands of Supreme Lord Laozi. First, he could not only preach the Great Dao without teaching specific cultivation methods; second, he could not interfere with the Human Race's destiny, but the necessary obligations must not be neglected; he could not simply take one or two disciples and consider it repayment for the Human Race's karma.

Supreme Lord Laozi naturally had no objection to this; after all, being able to preach to the Human Race was already rare, and with the Dao Venerable present, he dared not covet the Human Race's destiny.

Zhen Yuanzi also nodded slightly to this and said no more; he was merely giving Supreme Lord Laozi a slight reminder. With him present, even if Supreme Lord Laozi truly wanted to interfere with the Human Race's destiny, it would be impossible.

In the original historical trajectory of the Primordial World, Supreme Lord Laozi might have already perceived the situation of the Primordial World and the future of the Human Race. He knew that the Heavenly Dao needed a Postnatal Race that would cause little destruction to the Primordial World and contribute to its stability.

To achieve this, Heavenly Dao Hongjun even allowed the Demon Emperor Emperor Jun to obtain the method for refining the Witch-Slaying Sword, promoting the Demon Tribe's slaughter of the Congenital Human Race, leading to the near extinction of the Congenital Human Race and a drastic drop in the Human Race's potential.

Because if not for this, after the Demon Tribe suffered heavy losses, with the immense potential of the Congenital Human Race, the Human Race would inevitably rise completely, even surpassing the Demon Tribe, which was not conducive to Heavenly Dao Hongjun's control of the Primordial World, and the Human Race would not believe in gods and Buddhas, obediently offering incense and destiny.

Supreme Lord Laozi might have seen through this great trend of the Heavenly Dao, and he could profit from it by controlling part of the Human Race's destiny through the Human Teaching. Therefore, when preaching, he only taught the Golden Core Great Dao and not specific cultivation methods, to prevent the Human Race from growing too quickly.

In the original fate trajectory of the Primordial World, when the Demon Tribe slaughtered the Human Race, Saint Nuwa might not have been simply cold and heartless, or refrained from acting out of consideration for the Demon Tribe, but rather she also saw the great trend of the Primordial World that Supreme Lord Laozi saw.

After all, she was the first among the Six Saints to become a Saint.

But facing Heavenly Dao Hongjun and that irresistible great trend of the Heavenly Dao, even a Saint was helpless.

Moreover, although Nuwa created the Human Race, the Heavenly Dao also granted her immense Heavenly Dao Celestial Merit. To the Heavenly Dao, the Human Race was no longer Nuwa's private possession, and it would certainly not allow Nuwa to interfere.

But now, Hongjun had long been cast into the Land of Eternal Tribulation by him, and the Heavenly Dao was controlled by her, Zhen Yuanzi, so such things would naturally no longer happen.

Although Supreme Lord Laozi could spread the Golden Core Great Dao in the Human Race to achieve enlightenment and become a Saint, he could not control the kongtong seal, nor could he control the Human Race's destiny.

Only by truly contributing to the Human Race could one enjoy the Human Race's sincere incense offerings; otherwise, one would gain nothing.

And the Human Race would also gain a new path of cultivation and cultivation methods as a supplement, suffering no loss.

After instructing the Three Human Ancestors, Zhen Yuanzi's figure gradually dissipated. The Three Human Ancestors hurriedly bowed respectfully, sending him off, saying, "Farewell, Saint Father!"

...

Soon after, Supreme Lord Laozi entered the Human Race's territory and began his journey of travels.

Along the way, he often helped those Human Race members struggling in the harsh environment of the Primordial World, and thus he gradually gained the respect of some Human Race members.

During this period, Supreme Lord Laozi accidentally discovered a Congenital Human Race member with a top-tier Congenital Divine Saint foundation.

This child had extraordinary talent and exceptional bones. Supreme Lord Laozi recognized him as a promising talent at a glance, so he took him as his direct disciple, named him Xuandu, taught him various Daoist methods and divine abilities such as the Taiqing Heart Method, and even bestowed upon Xuandu many spiritual treasures such as the Heavenly Plow, Seven-Star Sword, and Xuandu Purple Mansion Sword.

Xuandu was completely engrossed in Supreme Lord Laozi's teachings, constantly staying by his master's side, diligently learning Daoist methods.

Taking Xuandu with him, Supreme Lord Laozi continued to travel among the Human Race.

Later, he successively took Wenshi, Gengsang, Boju, and Yinwen as registered disciples.

Although these disciples had different foundations, they all had a fervent passion for Daoist methods.

Supreme Lord Laozi, accompanied by these disciples, traveled while teaching the Human Race some simple but practical Daoist knowledge, and also frequently used divine abilities to help the Human Race solve various problems, such as resisting the invasion of Primordial World fierce beasts or quelling natural disasters.

His good deeds spread to every corner of the Human Race, making more and more Human Race members revere him, laying a solid foundation for his future missionary work among the Human Race.

However, after Zhen Yuanzi's specific guidance, witnessing the Western Duo's act of establishing Buddhism outside of Xuanmen, and with Hongjun already fallen, Supreme Lord Laozi was no longer satisfied with simply establishing a teaching and gradually conceived the idea of establishing a separate sect.

He wanted to open a new sect outside of Xuanmen and separate its destiny from Xuanmen.

With this thought firmly in his mind, Supreme Lord Laozi began to vigorously spread his Daoist methods among the Human Race.

However, the Immortal Martial Path passed down by the Dao Venerable was simply too powerful and highly compatible with the Human Race. In order to make his Daoist methods accepted by the Human Race, Supreme Lord Laozi not only taught the Golden Core Great Dao and detailed cultivation methods but also imparted all of his Taiqing Immortal Method, and even specifically improved the Eight-Nine Arcane Art.

The teaching of these Daoist methods further promoted his missionary work, and more and more Human Race members began to show strong interest in the Dao he taught.

Although these Human Race members still only constituted a small portion of the Human Race, it was enough for Supreme Lord Laozi's needs.

One day, during his travels, Supreme Lord Laozi suddenly felt that the time was ripe.

He looked up slightly, a faint smile on his face, and with a flick of the horsetail whisk in his hand, he elegantly stepped into the void.

His expression was solemn as he devoutly bowed to the Heavenly Dao. Then, a vast and ancient Daoist voice erupted from his mouth, like surging waves, sweeping in all directions, instantly filling the entire Primordial World.

"Heavenly Dao above, I, the Pangu Authentic Lineage, Supreme Lord Laozi, in response to the heavens' will and with the Dao Venerable's permission, preach to the Human Race and enlighten all beings, hereby establish a sect named: Dao! The purpose of my Dao Sect is to honor the Dao and value virtue, to be pure and inactive, to save the world and enlighten people, to achieve unity between heaven and man..."

His voice was like a grand bell, containing endless majesty and compassion, as if it had penetrated the boundaries of time and space, reaching every corner of the Primordial World.
