Lowering expectations helps stabilize the mindset.

The first tens of thousands of words’ promotional effects were indeed mediocre and disappointing.

Little Fish kept reminding myself to remain a content fish, stabilize the mindset, maintain the pace, ensure the plot is steady, and make the story more interesting... until around the Three Rivers recommendation, the book’s performance started to improve a bit.

2. [First Subscription Bonus]

The first 24-hour subscription for a new book is very important.

It concerns the author’s reputation and also determines how far a book can go.

Little Fish decided to add extra Chapters according to the proportion of subscriptions.

Books that explode in performance on Qidian can have a collection-subscription ratio of 5:1.

Books with quite outstanding performance on Qidian can have a collection-subscription ratio of 10:1.

This book is still far from exploding in performance, so Little Fish decided to set the extra Chapter node at 12:1, rounded up.

If the collection-subscription ratio reaches 12, five more Chapters will be added.

Reducing by one number will add five more Chapters.

If the first 24-hour subscription ratio can reach 10:1, Little Fish will grind out fifteen more Chapters to thank everyone.

3. [Reward Bonus]

Rewards from the author or between friends don’t count towards the additional Chapters.
