Four-armed gorillas and their reunion

Beginning World.

A massive Primal Hawk swooped down. The sentry Four-Armed Orangutan noticed the rapidly expanding shadow and let out a shrill, warning cry.

In an instant, the Four-Armed Orangutans that were wandering among the trees and looking for food hurriedly scrambled to hide.

The Primal Hawk, having missed its target, was not in a hurry. Instead, it used its talons to firmly grab a tree that was not very tall but had a trunk with a metallic sheen.

"It's Wood!"

As far as the eye could see, there was nothing but endless Wood!

Night Raid Widow Village's eyes lit up, but as soon as he saw the countdown on his panel about to hit zero, he scratched his head in anxiety but felt helpless.

"If only Cat Master were here."

He really couldn't think of any good ideas on his own.

"Damn game! No map, and can't even mark anything!"

Who knows how long it would take for his other teammates to find him.

"Papa Hawk, good Papa Hawk, can you help me get some more Wood?"

The Primal Hawk, of course, could not understand Night Raid Widow Village's plea. After gathering enough Wood to carry back, it prepared to return home.

"Damn it!"

If it goes back now, who knows when it will come back!

Night Raid Widow Village gritted his teeth and jumped directly off the Primal Hawk.

Seeing its "cub" playing a "jumping-off-a-building game" right on its back, the Primal Hawk was so startled that it dropped the Wood in its talons.

By the time the Primal Hawk returned to the ground to search, the "cub" was already nowhere to be found.

Wait, where's my cub!

Where did such a big cub go!?

"Screech—"

The shrill cry shook down a large patch of leaves, and a Four-Armed Orangutan with its head stuck in a tree hole and its rear end exposed hurriedly tucked its butt in.

...

When Night Raid Widow Village got up from the Game Pod, the messages on his phone were already 99+.

After briefly explaining his adventure to everyone, Night Raid Widow Village sincerely asked:

"Big boss, what should we do next?"

He had absolutely no idea where that forest was located, nor could he find the location of the players' spawn point.

Of course, it would be simple for him to go back; he could just commit suicide on the spot and wait eight hours.

Soon, Sorrowful Sword Elegy gave a reply:

"We've contacted Wood on our end. His First Sequence ability can perform dark energy tracking once developed. Don't worry, we will find you."

Your Dad Flies in the Sky: "Widow, did you really adopt a pair of bird parents in the game? Are you really going to commit to this bird-man identity to the very end!"

Night Raid Widow Village: "Get lost! Your dad is a great hero now, and besides, I'm not the only bird-man in our team!"

My Cat Can Do Backflips: "Alright, stop arguing. Our top priority right now is to help the big boss get first place in the main quest."

Rose with Leg Hair: "Indeed, the value of a Gold Weapon in the early stages of the game goes without saying."

Night Raid Widow Village hesitated.

"Then, are we bringing Brother Fu and the others this time?"

Rose with Leg Hair: "Duh! The main quest is a collective mission. What would it look like if only our guild completed it? Besides, they didn't hold anything back in our previous cooperation and were even willing to teach us martial arts. If we act stingy and hide things, wouldn't we just be making a joke of ourselves?"

Sorrowful Sword Elegy: "Rose is right. Everyone must remember, this game is not a competition between players, but a game of collective external resource exploration. When it comes to major issues, we must stick together."

Night Raid Widow Village: "Hehe, you know I'm not the type to care about that. After all, it's not just a simple game; resources and rewards are sensitive topics. It's better to bring them out into the open so we can work together effectively."

Don't let his carefree attitude fool you; he's not stupid when it counts.

Two hours passed quickly.

When Night Raid Widow Village logged back in, the Primal Hawk was long gone.

"Sigh... I guess it thought I was dead?"

For creatures living in the wild, the death of a cub must be a very common occurrence, right?

It's normal that they wouldn't be too sad about it.

But why do I feel a faint sense of loss?

Night Raid Widow Village used the yuan energy he got from the hawk's nest to trade for a blue weapon.

In reality, he and Your Dad Flies in the Sky were just as ordinary as ordinary people could be.

They were neither Transcendents like Sorrowful Sword Elegy, nor did they have the mysterious, specialized skills that Cat Master, Sister Rose, Dog Brother, and Shen Qing possessed.

They usually played mages when gaming.

So, he was a bit lost when it came to choosing a weapon.

After much thought, Night Raid Widow Village finally chose a longbow with double blades.

It could fire light arrows from a distance and also be used for melee attacks.

Just then, a red berry fell from the sky, its red juice splattering and exploding over Night Raid Widow Village's head.

"Damn! Have some manners!"

Night Raid Widow Village looked up, and a Four-Armed Orangutan was baring its teeth at him in a show of intimidation.

"Geez, I couldn't handle the big lizard or the Primal Hawk, but I'm supposed to be afraid of a Tier 2 ape like you?"

Night Raid Widow Village rolled up his sleeves and stepped forward.

The next second, hundreds of Four-Armed Orangutans poked their heads out, staring fixedly at Night Raid Widow Village.

"...Excuse me."

Night Raid Widow Village ran for his life.

All kinds of stones, Wood, and berries rained down from the sky.

After his health bar dropped by a quarter, Night Raid Widow Village suddenly realized:

"Wait, I can fly."

First Sequence ability, [Wind Striking Wing]!

"Hahahaha!"

Night Raid Widow Village gave a middle finger to those behind him.

"If you've got the guts, keep attacking me."

"Hoo—"

A Four-Armed Orangutan that looked extremely strong exhaled two puffs of foul air from its nostrils and waved its large hand behind it.

Soon, a slightly smaller Four-Armed Orangutan sycophantically handed over a wooden stick that was thick at the top and thin at the bottom, and another Four-Armed Orangutan threw a basketball-sized stone forward.

With a "thud," the moment the stick collided with the stone ball, it even bent significantly.

The stone ball flew toward Night Raid Widow Village like a small cannonball.

Night Raid Widow Village was stunned:

Apes can play baseball!?

After dodging in a panic a few times, Night Raid Widow Village fired a light arrow at the Four-Armed Orangutan that was clearly the leader.

With a "whoosh," the light arrow landed at the feet of the Four-Armed Orangutan Leader.

"Hoo—"

The anger in the Four-Armed Orangutan Leader's eyes intensified. It waved a hand at its subordinates, and two Four-Armed Orangutans carried over a massive boulder and placed it into a vine net woven from some kind of climbing plant.

The two ends of the vine net were firmly tied to two giant trees, just like a giant slingshot.

"Holy crap?"

These guys are about to evolve into humans, right!?

The boulder smashed toward Night Raid Widow Village at high speed.

Night Raid Widow Village was just preparing to meet it with his blade, but several wind blades were faster than his speed.

"Wind Split!"

The boulder shattered into several pieces in mid-air.

Night Raid Widow Village was stunned, and so were the Four-Armed Orangutans.

"Big boss!!!"

Night Raid Widow Village felt a lump in his throat and hugged Sorrowful Sword Elegy, crying like an 800-pound fat man.

"I thought I'd never see you guys again, wuwuwu..."

"Alright," Rose with Leg Hair couldn't bear to look, "Didn't we just talk? Who are you putting on a show for?"

Father Can Rival a Nation took out his spear, his gaze sweeping over the dense crowd of Four-Armed Orangutans in front of him, "Yo, new wild monsters?"

Seeming to sense that the newcomers meant trouble, the group of Four-Armed Orangutans vanished in an instant.

Night Raid Widow Village: "..."

"Pfft! What a bunch of bullying, cowardly apes!"

"Alright, cutting Wood is the priority," Sorrowful Sword Elegy cast his gaze toward the distant forest, "The only thing left for the main quest now is Wood."

Wooden Head, who was on the side, spoke up weakly, "Since there's nothing left for me to do, I'll be off then."

Father Can Rival a Nation turned back, "You're not doing the main quest?"

Even now, Father Can Rival a Nation couldn't be sure if this Wooden Head really understood the significance of this game.

Even if this person was naturally indifferent to fame and fortune... this was just too indifferent, right?

"If you're willing, I can provide you with great benefits both in and out of the game, as long as you're willing to join the Dragon Flame Guild."

Wooden Head waved his hand, "I'm not interested in those things. Have fun."
