156: Dragon Flag Expands Across the Seas, Hearts Return to the World

Chapter Nineteen: The dragon flag Expands Across the Seas, the World Submits

The spring breeze of eternal unity's first year swept across the vast land of Huaxia and also over the boundless blue waves of the four oceans. The lingering prestige of the enthronement ceremony had not yet faded, but Lin Zhou, as the eternal unity Heavenly Emperor of the Huaxia Empire, had already unfurled a brand new blueprint for order to the entire world.

The Taiji Hall in Dadu Imperial City had been reshaped into the Universal Nexus by Red Alert engineering units. A real-time global star map was projected onto the dome, displaying land and sea territories, fleet positions, vassal city-states, resource nodes, and demographic data, allowing him to control everything within his sight. Below, civil and military officials were arrayed; Lu Xiufu led the Central Plains officials on the left, while Southern Ocean lords, prairie kings, and Western Regions city lords were on the right. Western Seas vassal kings, Mediterranean Sea monarchs, European envoys, and African tribal chiefs all prostrated themselves beneath the imperial steps, none daring to look up at the dragon's countenance, none daring to breathe loudly.

The grand spectacle of all nations paying tribute had become a daily occurrence.

Lin Zhou sat upon the Nine Dragon Throne, his dark imperial robes flowing like an abyss. A faint light shimmered around him; the global command system was linked to his mind, and with a single thought, he could command fleets across the four seas and armies across the eight wastes. He did not revel in the majesty of his enthronement but swiftly implemented the Huaxia eternal unity New Policies, using technology to benefit the people, establishing order across the world, expanding into the unknown with the dragon flag, and clearing rebels with divine might, perfectly blending gradual progress with thunderous ruthlessness.

Ding—Huaxia Empire Global New Policies activated, binding the global governance system.

New Policy for People's Livelihood: Red Alert improved grain seeds, medical cabins, and basic education modules are fully distributed to vassal states. All who submit shall share Huaxia technology, eradicating famine, plague, and ignorance.

New Policy for Waterways: Global sea areas are divided into twelve major trade zones. The dragon flag provides escort, pirates are eradicated. All who comply with Huaxia laws shall have unimpeded merchant ship passage, low-tax trade, and fair transactions.

New Policy for Infrastructure: Launch the Global Grand Road Project. The Central Plains will be traversed by east-west expressways, the Southern Ocean will have cross-sea bridges, the Mediterranean Sea will have coastal stone roads, and West Africa will have port road networks, all constructed by Red Alert machinery, without conscripting civilians or disturbing their lives.

New Policy for Colonization: Establish the aircraft carrier Ocean Exploration Fleet, with the aircraft carrier as its core, carrying unmanned exploration units, colonization modules, and engineering clusters, to cross the Atlantic Ocean westward, open up the unknown New Continent, only establishing flags, building ports, and conducting trade, without slaughtering natives or destroying civilizations.

New Policy for Suppressing Rebels: Global radar, satellites, and unmanned reconnaissance aircraft patrol 24/7. For all who partition, rebel, plunder, or defy orders, precise destructive strikes will be launched directly without warning, clearing the entire territory and leaving no future trouble.

As the imperial decree was issued, the four seas trembled, and all nations rejoiced.

Across the Central Plains, Red Alert agricultural machinery worked day and night. Ten thousand acres of fertile land shimmered with golden wheat waves, and granaries from prefectures to counties and townships were piled high. The common people no longer suffered from hunger or cold. Standardized schools and medical clinics sprang up like mushrooms after rain; children could all read, and the sick could all receive medical care. A peaceful and prosperous era, unprecedented for a thousand years, truly settled upon every han chinese people.

In the Southern Ocean, Western Regions, grasslands, and Liaodong, vassal tribes enjoyed stability and prosperity for the first time. High-yield grain seeds brought abundant harvests to barren lands, and medical machinery ensured plagues no longer ran rampant. Huaxia rites and technology advanced in tandem, gradually bringing the light of civilization to savage lands. Chiefs of various tribes and vassal kings submitted memorials one after another, vowing to serve as Huaxia's bulwark for generations and for their descendants to forever submit to the Heavenly Emperor.

The Western Seas nations, in particular, were reborn.

Merchants from Venice and Genoa sailed their ships, protected by the dragon flag, traversing the four seas without fear of plunder. Byzantium, relying on Huaxia's protection, repelled the remaining Ottoman forces, ensuring the continuation of its dynasty. Portugal, Castile, France, and England introduced Huaxia ironware, textile, and shipbuilding technologies, their national strength advancing by leaps and bounds. Monarchs and nobles prostrated themselves daily, regarding the eternal unity Heavenly Emperor as a true god descended.

Pirate forces in the Mediterranean Sea, Indian Ocean, and Atlantic Ocean were completely wiped out within three days of the new policy's promulgation. Red Alert unmanned attack aircraft and patrol boats coordinated, destroying on sight. There was no trial, no negotiation; any ship flying a pirate flag or daring to attack a merchant vessel was destroyed, its crew killed, and sent to the bottom of the sea. In just seven days, the maritime banditry that had plagued the seas for a thousand years completely vanished from the four oceans.

The world's order was completely renewed.

But there were always stubborn fools who did not recognize divine might and dared to challenge the bottom line of the Huaxia Empire.

In the heart of Central Europe, a German feudal lord, who had carved out his own territory, prided himself on his sturdy castle and fierce knights. He refused to submit to Huaxia laws, set up private checkpoints, plundered passing merchant caravans, and even murdered Huaxia's dispatched trade envoys, shouting, "The Eastern Heavenly Emperor has no right to govern Europe." When the news reached Dadu, the entire hall of vassal kings and nobles trembled with fear, prostrating themselves and daring not to speak, fearing the Heavenly Emperor's wrath might affect them.

Lu Xiufu stepped forward and reported, "Your Majesty, this villain is a rebel, unforgivable. I implore the Heavenly Army to strike, to serve as a warning to others."

Lin Zhou's gaze was calm. He lightly touched the control crystal on the armrest of his throne and uttered only four words:

"Total wipeout."

No need to deploy fleets, no need for ground combat.

High above the castle in Central Europe, a precision-guided bunker-buster bomb, dropped from a Mediterranean Sea strategic bomber, descended from the sky. It instantly pierced through the thick stone walls and exploded with a roar at the castle's core. Flames shot into the sky, giant rocks splattered, and this medieval fortress, once boasted as "never falling," along with its lord, knights, and defenders, was utterly reduced to ashes.

There were no civilian casualties, no damage to surrounding buildings; only rebels were destroyed, the innocent left unharmed.

This strike, like divine punishment, shook the entire European continent.

All feudal lords, kingdom monarchs, and church powers knelt down, dispatching envoys to Dadu overnight to plead guilty, offering all their military and tax authority, and swearing to obey Huaxia laws forever, daring not to harbor disloyalty.

Ding—Rebel forces wiped out, completing the first global precise suppression of rebellion.

Universal Deterrence Value has broken through the upper limit. Global Submission Level: 10%.

Unlocked: Global Absolute Rule Authority, Interstellar Observation Module, Deep Sea Exploration Authority.

With the rebels cleared, the sea expansion began.

Led by the aircraft carrier, the aircraft carrier Ocean Exploration Fleet, composed of ten frigates, eight engineering ships, twelve transport ships, thirty-six carrier-based aircraft, and thousands of unmanned mechanical units, weighed anchor from Lisbon Harbor and sailed majestically westward into the vast, unknown depths of the Atlantic Ocean. This was humanity's first transoceanic voyage, not for plunder or conquest, but to plant flags, build ports, conduct trade, and spread Huaxia civilization.

Lin Zhou did not go in person but watched the entire process via global satellites. What he wanted was not bloody expansion, but for the dragon flag to be planted on the New Continent for the first time, and for Huaxia's order to cover the entire Earth.

In the Universal Nexus of Dadu, Lu Xiufu held the global people's livelihood memorial, tears streaming down his face, and bowed again: "Your Majesty, since Pangu opened the heavens, the Three Sovereigns governed the world, and the Five Emperors established order, Huaxia has never seen such a grand spectacle! All barbarians submit, pirates are annihilated, the people live in peace and happiness, and the dragon flag expands across the oceans. This is a peerless emperor of all ages, a prosperous era unmatched for ten thousand generations!"

All civil and military officials in the hall, vassal states from the four seas, and global envoys knelt in unison, their cheers shaking the Taiji Hall:

"Long live our Emperor! May Huaxia prosper forever! Great harmony under heaven!"

Controlled personal guards and elite soldiers lined up outside the hall, their golden armor gleaming in the sun, their long spears like a forest. Their emotions surged, their hearts filled with love for their home and country, shedding tears for Huaxia's glory and vowing allegiance to the Heavenly Emperor's majesty until death. In every eye, the flame of absolute loyalty burned.

Lin Zhou stood up and walked to the panoramic viewing platform of the Universal Nexus, looking down at Dadu's magnificent palace complex, gazing at the vast Central Plains, his eyes piercing through the clouds to fall upon the aircraft carrier fleet breaking waves in the Atlantic Ocean, upon the territories of all nations that had submitted across the four seas, and upon the New Continent, Antarctic ice sheet, and deep sea abysses that had not yet been fully explored.

The spring breeze rustled his imperial robes, and the dragon flag fluttered.

His voice was not loud, but it carried the majesty of ruling the world and controlling the universe, spreading throughout the Nexus and, through global broadcast, echoing across the five continents and four seas:

"Today, the dragon flag expands across the seas, and the world submits.

Tomorrow, the world will be unified, without distinction, the four seas as one family, sharing great peace.

I shall use technology as wings, benevolence as foundation, and order as guiding principle, to let the light of Huaxia illuminate every inch of darkness across the globe, and to let the era of eternal unity extend for ten thousand generations and a thousand autumns."

"Wherever the sun and moon shine, wherever rivers flow, all shall be Huaxia.

Wherever destiny lies, wherever hearts turn, all shall be My subjects."

As his voice fell, Huaxia dragon flags were simultaneously raised in all cities, ports, islands, and fleets across the globe;

Salutes from cannons across the four oceans boomed in unison;

In the Central Plains, Southern Ocean, Western Seas, grasslands, Western Regions, and Africa, millions of people bowed, their praises like a tide.

The aircraft carrier fleet cut through the giant waves of the Atlantic Ocean, advancing at full speed towards the New Continent. The dragon flag fluttered in the wind on the mast, pointing towards a new era.

Great harmony under heaven is no longer a vision.

Universal unification is right before our eyes.
