165: The Invincible Divine Sword Bai Tianyu [Add more, please give me good reviews]

Lu Jiuyuan's figure clearly appeared in the center of the square.

The Guhong Sword pointed diagonally at the ground, and blood slowly dripped along its unique four-edged blade, gathering at the tip, and falling to the ground with soft 'tap... tap...' sounds, clearly audible in the dead silent square.

Around him, the bodies of one hundred and eight warrior monks lay scattered.

Blood stained the bluestones, converging into trickling streams that flowed towards the lower ground.

A strong smell of blood rose to the sky, making one nauseous.

A gentle breeze blew, stirring his sky-blue robes and revealing traces of blood at the corner of his mouth.

He slowly raised his head, his gaze calmly sweeping over the corpses on the ground, landing once again on the ashen face of Abbot Xinhu.

His voice was still indifferent, as if he had just casually brushed away dust from the corner of his clothes: "The One Hundred and Eight Arhat Formation cannot stop me! Pfft!" Lu Jiuyuan spat out a mouthful of blood, then looked up and asked:

"Great Master Abbot, now, can you hand over the person?"

The sunlight shone on him, casting his tall figure into a long shadow.

That shadow seemed to be condensed from one hundred and eight departed souls, carrying suffocating blood and oppression.

Thousands of people in the entire venue were silent.

Only the 'tap... tap...' of dripping blood, like a death knell, struck everyone's heart.

Lu Jiuyuan leaned on his sword, waiting for an answer.

"Heavenly Demon Disintegration Skill, it's one of the ten great Demonic Techniques of the Demonic Sect, he's severely injured!" Great Master Xinzhu slowly said, standing beside Abbot Xinhu:

"The Heavenly Demon Disintegration Skill harms a thousand enemies but injures eight hundred of oneself. The more it's used, the faster one dies.

Killing his way through the Luohan Formation, he's at the end of his strength, he won't last much longer!"

Lu Jiuyuan assessed his physical condition. He had consumed a lot, and the Guhong Sword had absorbed a lot.

But the consumption was greater than the absorption, so he was now considered to have suffered some minor injuries.

He took out a handkerchief from his in my arms, wiped the corner of his mouth, and then placed it over the face of a monk beside him.

He leaped directly back onto his chair, one hand resting on the armrest, the other supporting his head.

He narrowed his eyes and softly said, "Old monk, do you have any other ideas? You can use them all. If you speak too slowly, I might just fall asleep."

"Arrogant!" Xinzhu, one of the Seven Great Seat Holders of Shaolin, was furious. He was already at the end of his strength, yet he still dared to put on a brave front.

"I will kill you!"

Lu Jiuyuan closed his eyes, as if he had fallen asleep.

A Fei naturally stepped forward: "You are not worthy; let me kill you!"

"Hahahahaha...!"

A long laugh, like a cloud-piercing stone, suddenly came from down the mountain. The laughter was bold and unrestrained, containing an irresistible Internal Energy that made everyone's eardrums buzz.

It actually tore a gap in the tense and murderous atmosphere of the arena!

"Gee-up! Gee-up!"

Immediately after, the urgent and crisp sound of hooves, like a sudden storm, approached from afar, moving at an astonishing speed!

Everyone looked on in astonishment, only to see a white, lightning-fast steed galloping up the mountain path. On its back was a young man,

dressed in brocade robes with a flowing cape, handsome in appearance, exuding an imposing Aura, and with an ancient, unadorned black saber at his waist, possessing an extraordinary Aura!

He arrived before his voice, which boomed like a great bell, overpowering all other noise:

"Brother Lu! How could such a lively scene be without me, Bai Tianyu?

I, Bai, brought good wine and arrived late. Please forgive me!"

Before his words finished, the steed had already rushed to the edge of the square. The man on horseback laughed loudly, not even reining in the horse. He lifted his body, soaring from the horse's back like a great roc,

and with several elegant aerial maneuvers, he flew over the heads of the crowd, landing with incredible precision in the center of the arena, perfectly blocking the space between Great Master Xinzhu and Lu Jiuyuan's bamboo chair!

"Bang!"

He landed steadily, the bluestone beneath his feet trembling slightly. In his hands, he held two large wine jars, their mud seals unbroken, but the aroma of wine seemed to subtly waft out.

The newcomer's gaze was like lightning. He first quickly scanned Lu Jiuyuan, who sat calmly on his chair, then looked at the more than 100 corpses in the arena.

A hint of admiration and concern flashed in his eyes, then he suddenly turned to face the aggressive Great Master Xinzhu, his smile undiminished, his spirit soaring:

"Tsk tsk tsk, what a grand formation! Shaolin's One Hundred and Eight Arhat Formation lives up to its name, but alas, it couldn't stop Brother Lu's peerless sword edge."

His tone shifted, and his smile took on a hint of sharpness: "What? The formation is broken, and now the old monks want to play a war of attrition, ganging up on the weak, bullying my Brother Lu because he's exhausted?"

Great Master Xinzhu was forced to stop, his face ashen. He stared intently at the uninvited guest and sternly said,

"amitabha! Bai Tianyu, this is a grudge between Shaolin and Lu Jiuyuan; do not meddle in others' affairs!"

"Others' affairs?" Bai Tianyu laughed heartily, his voice echoing far and wide, "Hahahahaha! As the saying goes, old friends, meeting for the first time.

Lu Jiuyuan is my brother, Bai Tianyu; his affairs are my affairs! How can they be others' affairs?"

He suddenly tossed one of the wine jars behind him. The jar arced through the air and landed steadily in Lu Jiuyuan's hands, not a drop of wine spilled.

"Brother Lu, have a drink to calm your Qi first! Watch me deal with this Shaolin High Monk for you!"

Bai Tianyu declared loudly, then he himself cracked open the mud seal of the other wine jar, tilted his head back, and took a large gulp, wine spilling down, fully displaying his heroic spirit.

"Good wine!" Lu Jiuyuan cracked open the mud seal and took a sip.

He laughed, "Brother Bai, you've come at just the right time! You stand aside and watch how I flatten this Shaolin mountain gate!"

Bai Tianyu shook his head, "How could I miss such a magnificent scene? If I don't get involved, wouldn't I have come for nothing?" He then directly addressed Xinzhu:

"Old monk, if you want to touch my Brother Lu, you'll first have to ask if the 'Black Saber' in my hand agrees!"

Great Master Xinzhu was so enraged he laughed instead: "Good! What a 'God Saber Invincible' Bai Tianyu! Since you're meddling in this matter, today this old monk will send you to your next life, acting on behalf of Heaven!"

He said no more. His withered figure suddenly swelled a few points, his monk robes billowed, and his right hand's five fingers curled into a claw, carrying an incomparably fierce gust of wind, grabbing straight for Bai Tianyu's face! It was Shaolin's ultimate skill, Dragon Claw Hand!

Bai Tianyu did not dodge or evade; instead, he laughed loudly: "Excellent!"

He flipped his wrist, and the ancient, unadorned black saber at his waist was already unsheathed. The saber's gleam was not dazzling, but it carried a tragic and domineering Killing Intent, striking first though moving later, slashing diagonally towards Xinzhu's wrist!

The saber Move was grand and sweeping, utterly ruthless, precisely his famous ultimate skill that shook the Jianghu, the Bai Family's Divine Saber.

The Dragon Claw Hand twisted, grabbing towards the back of the saber.

Saber and claw met instantly!

"Clang!"

A loud clang, like the clash of metal, erupted!

Qi surged, making their clothes flutter loudly.

Bai Tianyu's figure also swayed slightly, and the Battle Intent in his eyes grew stronger: "Old monk, what profound Internal Energy! Take another one of my saber Moves!"

He pressed his advantage, the black saber cutting through the air with a shrill whistle. The saber's light transformed into a streak of white, striking Xinzhu again!

The saber's momentum was tragic and soul-stirring.

Great Master Xinzhu's face was solemn. He unleashed both claws, grabbing, seizing, or striking. The Shaolin Dragon Claw Hand was used with consummate skill in his hands, fierce and sharp, clashing head-on with Bai Tianyu's blood saber.

"Clang! Clang! Clang!"

Deafening clashes rang out continuously, and the ripples of colliding Qi spread outwards, forcing the surrounding crowd to retreat repeatedly, clearing a larger area.

The two fought quickly, exchanging more than ten Moves in a blink of an eye.

Great Master Xinzhu's cultivation was profound, his claw strength powerful, and his Moves exquisite, fighting steadily.

Bai Tianyu's saber Move was domineering and tragic, his Aura like a rainbow, each saber strike carrying an unyielding resolve, subtly suppressing Xinzhu!
