The Origin Core and the Radiant Moon Chest!

The pale purple lightning bolt that White Night had transformed into streaked across the sky, and in just half an incense stick of time, he had already arrived beneath the seven-colored pillar of light.

Where the light pillar struck the ground, the earth had collapsed into a deep pit a hundred zhang in diameter. The walls of the pit were covered in spiderweb-like thunder patterns, with each pattern flowing with blinding electricity.

In the center of the deep pit, space appeared twisted into a vortex. The seven-colored pillar of light was erupting from the center of this vortex, and the rhombic crystal seen earlier was now hovering above the vortex, emitting a heart-palpitating fluctuation of laws.

"This fluctuation... it's far stronger than the previous Thunder-type Source Fragments."

White Night stood at the edge of the pit, the gray-black lightning at his fingertips pulsing slightly, resonating with the crystal inside the light pillar.

He could clearly sense that the Thunder Law contained within the crystal was even purer than the source of the primal thunder shadow.

Just then, a system prompt suddenly rang out:

【Detected entrance to the Eight-Star Secret Realm "Thunder Source Core". Do you wish to enter?】

【Secret Realm Level: Eight-Star】

【Secret Realm Description: A special space containing the Thunder-type Source Core, with Thunder-type supreme treasures and abundant Thunder vein resources inside.】

【Entry Requirement: Only those who have mastered the Thunder Law may enter.】

White Night chose "Yes" without hesitation.

A thunder pattern flashed beneath his feet, and his figure was sucked into the spatial vortex.

The moment he passed through the vortex, the surrounding scenery changed abruptly.

The interior of the Secret Realm was not the violent thunder domain he had imagined, but a tranquil crystalline space.

The ground was made of transparent thunder crystals, through which one could see golden thunder veins flowing beneath. Hanging from the sky were countless inverted thunder-patterned stalactites; every drop of "Thunder Liquid" that fell contained energy comparable to a Starlight-tier potion. The distant mountains were composed of pure thunder crystals, and the outline of a treasure chest could be vaguely seen on the summit.

White Night took a deep breath; the purity of the thunder energy in the air made the Thunder Law within his body become active.

He did not rush toward the mountains, but instead first scouted the surrounding environment.

In a forest of thunder crystals, he discovered the first treasure chest—the chest was embedded in the hollow of a thunder crystal tree. Its body was a pale gold, and its surface flowed with a Starlight-tier luster.

He casually put the treasure chest into his backpack and continued deeper.

Along the way, Thunder-type monsters appeared continuously, including Peak Fifth Turn "Thunder Crystal Lions", early Sixth Turn "Thunder Prison Snakes", and even a mid-Sixth Turn "Thunder-Patterned Longhorn Beetle".

The combat power of these monsters far exceeded their counterparts in the Thunder-Patterned Forest and the Thunder Vein Canyon, but before White Night, they were still vulnerable.

To deal with the Thunder Crystal Lion, he didn't even use the Eternal Demon Blade; just a single finger strike of 【Thunder: World Breaker】 pierced through its crystal core.

Soon after.

When he encountered a sneak attack from a Thunder Prison Snake, his passive "Thunder Prison Countershock" triggered automatically, blasting the snake's body to smithereens the moment it approached.

Immediately after, he encountered a Thunder-Patterned Longhorn Beetle. Although its shell was hard, it could not withstand the spatial penetration power attached to the Eternal Demon Blade, and it was sliced into two with a single strike.

Every time he eliminated a monster, White Night would carefully search the surroundings, often discovering hidden treasure chests.

Half an hour later, his backpack contained seven more Starlight-tier treasure chests, and he even found the first Shining Moon-tier treasure chest in the nest of a Thunder-Patterned Longhorn Beetle!

This treasure chest was entirely silver-white, with nine golden thunder patterns wrapped around its body, and the law fluctuations it emitted were nearly ten times stronger than those of the Starlight-tier treasure chests.

"A bountiful harvest!"

White Night's face revealed joy.

Next.

White Night put the treasure chests away and cast his gaze toward the distant mountains.

According to the guidance of the resonance of laws, the last Thunder-type Source Fragment was very likely on that mountain.

Just as he approached the foot of the mountain, an argument suddenly came from ahead.

"This Starlight-tier treasure chest was discovered by our Holy Light Civilization first!"

A middle-aged priest in white robes was glaring at a group of Apocalypse Civilization warriors. Beside him stood two other Sixth Turn powerhouses from the Holy Light Civilization, the three of them forming a triangular formation to protect the treasure chest behind them.

The leader of the Apocalypse Civilization was a one-eyed warrior. He weighed the giant axe in his hand and sneered, "So what if you found it? If you have the ability, then keep it!"

The ten Apocalypse warriors behind him simultaneously released their aura, the pressure of early Sixth Turn powerhouses surging toward the three from the Holy Light Civilization like a tide.

Just as both sides were at daggers drawn, footsteps came from not far away.

A group of people from the Starfall Civilization also arrived. The leader was an old man with a sinister face. He glanced at the two confronting sides, then looked toward the direction of the mountain, sneering, "A bunch of idiots, still wasting time over a single Starlight-tier treasure chest? Didn't you see the law fluctuations at the summit? That is where the real treasure is!"

After saying this, he led the people of the Starfall Civilization straight toward the mountain, not putting the Holy Light or Apocalypse Civilizations in his eyes at all.

The one-eyed warrior and the white-robed priest looked at each other, temporarily putting aside their dispute, and also led their people to follow.

White Night saw all of this but did not pay it any mind.

His goal was clear; he walked directly toward the summit.

Along the way, he encountered several other waves of professionals from other civilizations, including mages from the Phantom Flame Civilization, mechanics from the Watcher Civilization, and some powerhouses from civilizations he had never seen before. Most of them were gathered at the mountainside, fighting fiercely over treasure chests.

A few short-sighted individuals saw that White Night was alone and emitting a dense aura of thunder, so they wanted to step forward and rob him.

"This kid has quite a few treasure chests on him! Stop him!"

A Sixth Turn warrior belonging to the Savage Civilization roared and charged over, the stone hammer in his hand striking toward White Night with the power to split mountains and cleave rocks.

White Night didn't even turn his head; he just raised his hand and slashed into the void behind him. A gray-black blade light appeared out of thin air, instantly splitting the warrior and his stone hammer in two.

Blood splattered onto the faces of the other Savage Civilization professionals. Their charge stopped abruptly, and looking at White Night's back as he didn't slow down at all, their eyes were filled with fear.

Similar situations occurred twice more.

Once, three assassins from the Apocalypse Civilization attempted a sneak attack, only to be shattered directly by the thunder ring around White Night!

Another time, a small squad from the Starfall Civilization saw White Night and remembered the miserable state of the Three-Star Marshal; just as they wanted to flee, they were all annihilated by lightning casually flung by White Night.

The continuous slaughter made the civilization professionals along the way completely silent. No one dared to target White Night again; they only watched from afar as he walked toward the summit as if taking a leisurely stroll, their eyes filled with awe and wariness.

The scene at the summit was even more shocking than at the mountainside.

An altar carved from thunder crystals stood in the center, and the rhombic crystal seen earlier was hovering above the altar!

The Thunder-type Source Core!

This was the item White Night needed to complete the exclusive quest for the Thunder Sovereign!

And surrounding the core were seven scattered Shining Moon-tier treasure chests, each emitting different law auras.

More importantly, in the corner of the altar, a Thunder-type Source Fragment lay quietly; it was the last piece White Night needed.

【Obtained Thunder-type Source Fragment * 1, Current Progress: 10 / 10】

"Finally complete."

White Night gathered the fragment into his palm, feeling the ten fragments fusing within his body. The pure energy emitted caused his Thunder Law to improve by another notch.

Just then, the arguing at the mountainside suddenly stopped, and immediately after, a large number of footsteps surged toward the summit.

The powerhouses from the Holy Light Civilization, Apocalypse Civilization, Starfall Civilization, and several other civilizations all saw the treasures at the summit, their eyes blazing, like hungry wolves seeing fat meat.

"Shining Moon-tier treasure chests! At least seven of them!"

"And that crystal! That is the Thunder-type Source Core!"

"Grab it quickly!"

The crowd surged toward the altar like a tide; some even attacked professionals from other civilizations directly beside them in order to seize the initiative.

The sinister old man from the Starfall Civilization was the fastest. He brought out a Star Fall staff and pointed it from afar at the Thunder-type Source Core on the altar. A dark purple starlight shot out, attempting to take the core into his possession.

White Night's eyes turned slightly cold, and he stepped sideways to block the front of the altar.

The starlight shot into the thunder domain in front of him, like a clay ox entering the sea, and dissipated instantly.

"It's you!" The sinister old man saw White Night, his pupils contracting sharply, and his face displayed an expression of shock and anger. "An ant from a low-level civilization, how dare you block the path of our Starfall Civilization?"

The Starfall Civilization powerhouses behind him also roared in anger:

"Kill him! Avenge the Three-Star Marshal!"

"Rob him of his equipment and treasure chests!"

Not only the Starfall Civilization, but powerhouses from other civilizations also looked at White Night, their eyes flashing with greedy light.

One person monopolizing seven Shining Moon-tier treasure chests and the Thunder-type Source Core was enough to make the powerhouses of any civilization go red-eyed.

"Although this kid is strong, with so many of us, are we afraid of him?" a Peak Sixth Turn warrior from the Apocalypse Civilization roared. "Everyone, join forces, kill him, and we'll split the treasures!"

"Right! Join forces and kill him!"

More and more people responded, and skills of various colors began to gather. The pressure of Peak Sixth Turn powerhouses shrouded the entire summit like dark clouds, and even the Thunder-type Source Core on the altar began to tremble slightly.

White Night stood before the altar, facing hundreds of powerhouses from various civilizations, without a trace of fear on his face; instead, he curled his lips into a cold arc.

"You want to rob me?" He slowly drew the Eternal Demon Blade, the gray-black blade reflecting the ferocious faces surrounding him. "Then come and try."

The moment the blade left its sheath, a thunderous pressure, a hundred times stronger than before, erupted from his body. The gray-black lightning spread out like a tsunami, colliding with the surrounding skill lights and producing a deafening roar!

The battle was about to break out!
