Blood Shura promoted to LV16

Zhu Qiang was silent and did not speak again.

After collecting all the spoils, the five of them, led by Ye Chen, left the hotel.

This Glutton was actually quite wealthy; the weapon he used turned out to be a four-star Divine Artifact.

A mountain-splitting axe!

However, none of the five in Ye Chen's group used axes, and the only one who might be suitable, the King Kong Ape, already had a better epic-grade weapon.

Ye Chen threw the mountain-splitting axe directly into the Battle Alliance Warehouse.

The useless loot captured over these past few days had all been tossed into the Battle Alliance Warehouse.

This delighted the members of the Star Alliance.

One must know that many of the items inside were weapons used by the Azure Alliance's captains, hall masters, and even Elders.

At the very least, they were weapons used by LV10 members.

While they weren't anything special in the eyes of Ye Chen's group, they were definitely treasures to the lower-ranked members.

As the mountain-splitting axe was tossed into the Battle Alliance Warehouse, it was like a boulder thrown into a calm river.

It immediately stirred up massive waves.

"Holy crap, a four-star Divine Artifact, just tossed into the warehouse by Boss Blood Fiend like that!"

"I don't want this mountain-splitting axe, give me the three-star rare longsword!"

"Holy crap, so many good things!"

"Boss is mighty! Long live Boss Blood Fiend!"

The group shouted in the War Alliance chat group as if they had gone mad!

Ye Chen also threw quite a few qi and blood pills and health recovery potions into the Battle Alliance Warehouse.

After all, no matter what, Ye Chen could now be considered a small-time wealthy man.

Hunting so many people from the Azure Alliance had contributed quite a lot of gold coins to Ye Chen.

Zhu Qiang took out the experience capsules and handed them to Ye Chen, saying, "Brother Chen, there are thirty-six thousand experience points in total here, you take them."

Ye Chen nodded, took the experience capsules, and immediately used them on the Blood Asura.

The Blood Asura had already reached LV16.

The Alchemist and Dark Ji were still at LV10; it was unclear if Dark Ji and the Alchemist could be promoted to LV11 before the big battle.

Just then, Ye Chen's phone rang, and the caller ID showed it was Fire Feather.

Ye Chen pressed the answer button and said, "Hello."

Fire Feather's voice came through: "Ye Chen, how are you guys doing now? Have you reached LV17 yet?"

Ye Chen said in a low voice, "Just reached LV16, not yet. What's wrong?"

Fire Feather said with a somewhat anxious tone, "Latest news: The Azure Emperor is going out to handle some business in the next two days. He will make a move against you as soon as he returns the day after tomorrow, so before that, you need to hurry up and promote to LV17."

"The Azure Emperor is going out? Leaving Qing County?"

Fire Feather nodded and said, "Correct, he will leave Qing County. Judging by what he said, he is going out to pick someone up."

Ye Chen frowned, but his brow soon smoothed out. Ye Chen said, "Brother Fire Feather, I have an idea, but I don't know..."

"Speak."

Ye Chen thought for a moment and finally said, "I want to take advantage of the Azure Emperor being away to launch a surprise attack on the Azure Alliance headquarters. Can you help with that?"

Fire Feather was silent for a moment before finally agreeing, saying, "Tell me what you need me to do."

"I was thinking, can you gather all the figures at the level of Hall Master or above in the Azure Alliance at the Azure Alliance headquarters, and then we can wipe out all the Hall Master-level figures in one fell swoop?"

Ye Chen explained his idea.

The Azure Emperor going out this time was indeed a rare opportunity.

If a full-scale war were to break out, even with Fire Feather and his friends acting as moles, there would still be a huge gap in both numbers and strength.

The Star Alliance only had barely over two hundred Pet Masters, and they were all below LV12.

They were simply no match for the deep-rooted Azure Alliance.

If they waited for the Azure Emperor to return and lead everyone from the Azure Alliance to attack, there would surely be heavy casualties.

If they took this opportunity to wipe out all the figures at the Hall Master level and above in the Azure Alliance, they could catch the Azure Emperor off guard when he returned.

This way, efficiency could be maximized while risks could be minimized.

Finally, Fire Feather nodded and said, "Alright, today probably won't work. I'll arrange everything tomorrow and send you a message; you can come over then."

"Alright, thank you!" Ye Chen said these thanks very sincerely.

After hanging up the phone, a smile appeared on Ye Chen's face.

The opportunity had finally arrived.

Before this, Ye Chen hadn't been able to think of a foolproof plan, but now, heaven had delivered the opportunity right before his eyes.

It was truly like someone delivering a pillow just as he was getting sleepy.

It was just unclear who the Azure Emperor was going to pick up by suddenly going out.

What kind of person could be worth the Azure Emperor going to pick them up personally?

Zhu Qiang looked at the beaming Ye Chen and couldn't help but ask, "Brother Chen, what are you smiling at? What's making you so happy?"

Ye Chen turned to look at the four of them and said sternly, "Tomorrow, we launch a surprise attack on the Azure Alliance headquarters."

"Ah!"

"Tomorrow?"

"Launching a surprise attack on the Azure Alliance headquarters tomorrow? Why so sudden? Brother Chen, you aren't confused, are you?"

Yu Nian looked at Ye Chen with a hint of worry between her brows and said, "Ye Chen, you're not joking, are you? Wouldn't this be too sudden?"

Ye Chen smiled and said, "It's fine, this is a once-in-a-thousand-years opportunity!"

"What opportunity?"

Ye Chen told the four of them about the phone call with Fire Feather and the plan.

After hearing this, the four of them finally felt relieved.

Lin Nuoyi was the first to ask, "Ye Chen, do we need to call the brothers from the Star Alliance?"

Ye Chen thought for a moment and said, "Call those above LV8."

People above LV8 would at least have the ability to protect themselves, and besides, they might not necessarily need to fight in tomorrow's battle.

They only needed to keep some of the guards occupied.

Lin Nuoyi said "Alright" and posted the message in the War Alliance chat group.

Immediately, a heated discussion erupted in the War Alliance chat group.

Every Pet Master above LV8 was eager to get started; they felt no fear at all regarding such matters, and were instead quite excited.

The five of them also discussed the combat strategy for tomorrow.

In order to minimize casualties tomorrow, Ye Chen exchanged three protective shields for each of the four people.

Two normal ones and one light-attribute one.

It cost Ye Chen nearly a thousand points.

Ye Chen couldn't help but lament, how great it would be if hunting Azure Alliance members gave points.

But this was obviously impossible; after all, the System did not support mutual slaughter between the same race.

Time had already reached the afternoon.

Yu Nian asked, "Ye Chen, what are we planning to do next?"

Without the slightest hesitation, Ye Chen said directly, "Hunt the Azure Alliance Elders and promote to LV17!"
