16: Chapter 16 Did Doflamingo run away in fear?

Two Marine soldiers immediately rushed forward, quickly tied Sentomaru up like a rice dumpling, and hauled him straight to the top of the ten-meter-high mast.

After dealing with Sentomaru, Karl walked straight to the balcony of the captain's quarters and sat down in the armchair with an imposing air.

He pulled his exclusive golden Den Den Mushi from his chest pocket and dialed the top-secret direct line to the Fleet Admiral's office in Marineford without hesitation.

"Brrr-brrr-brrr..." The Den Den Mushi only rang once before it was instantly answered.

The Den Den Mushi's face immediately contorted into the visage of Fleet Admiral Sengoku, who was furious to the extreme. "Karl! How dare you hang up on me!"

Sengoku's roar came through the Den Den Mushi, loud enough that even Smoker on the deck covered his ears.

"You actually dared to destroy thirty Pacifista! You even severely injured Sentomaru! You even forced back Borsalino!"

Karl, however, just leisurely picked up the black tea from the small table beside him and took a gentle sip. "Are you done shouting? Old man."

"Listen, Sengoku." Karl's voice was not loud, but it carried an undeniable pressure.

"You relay this to those five old geezers in Mary Geoise." "I don't care what kind of 'highest authority' they are, and I don't care about their bullshit absolute orders."

"I hit whoever I want to hit. If I want to take my nephew home to do his homework, not even the King of Heaven himself can stop me."

Sengoku, on the other end of the Den Den Mushi, instantly gasped, cold sweat breaking out on his forehead: "Karl... do you have any idea what you are saying?!"

"Don't understand?" "Today, I just took apart a few dozen of their toys and beat up an unruly fat man."

"You tell those five old immortals to keep their dogs on a leash. If they dare to reach their claws toward my nephew again..." Karl paused, enunciating every word. "I will personally go to Mary Geoise." "And use the seven wolves belt in my hand to ask them if they want to retire early!"

Sengoku, on the other end of the Den Den Mushi, was completely stunned by these shocking words! Threatening the Gorosei?!

"You... you've gone mad..." Sengoku said with a trembling voice, lacking even the strength to curse. "Click." Karl didn't give Sengoku a chance to continue babbling and ruthlessly hung up the phone.

The whole world was quiet again. Karl tossed the Den Den Mushi onto the table and stretched comfortably. "A bunch of old bones who only know how to hide behind the scenes and point fingers—do they really think they're invincible?"

Karl snorted coldly, stood up, and looked out at the vast and boundless Grand Line. Just then, the radar operator in the warship's watchtower suddenly shouted in terror.

"Ad... Admiral Karl! Vice Admiral Smoker! It's bad!" The radar operator's voice was distorted by extreme tension.

"In the mist two nautical miles ahead, a massive pirate warship has been spotted!" "They haven't fired any cannons, but they are sailing toward us at full speed, blocking our course!"

Smoker frowned and asked loudly: "Whose ship is it?! Can't they see the Admiral's flag flying here?!"

"I... I see it clearly!" The radar operator swallowed a mouthful of saliva, his voice trembling. "The bow of that ship... is a giant pink flamingo!"

"The Jolly Roger on the mast is a strange, crossed-out smiley face!" "It's the Seven Warlords of the Sea! The Heavenly Yaksha, Donquixote Doflamingo's Donquixote Family flagship!!!"

"The Heavenly Yaksha, Doflamingo?" Standing on the bow, Karl watched the approaching pirate ship, a cold, excited sneer curling the corners of his mouth.

He flicked his wrist, and with a "crack," the dark purple seven wolves belt whipped through the air, creating a shrill sonic boom.

"My hands are itching just right. Since you, a non-mainstream street hoodlum who loves wearing pink feathers, have delivered yourself to my doorstep, I'll let you taste what 'paternal love as heavy as a mountain' feels like!"

Karl was just about to leap and use Moonwalk to cross the sea and loosen Doflamingo's bones. At that very moment. On the deck of the flamingo pirate ship opposite, stood a man draped in a pink feather coat, wearing his signature red sunglasses.

Doflamingo was holding high-powered binoculars and locked eyes with Karl, whose eyes were filled with 'nuclear' kindness and who was eagerly brandishing his belt. Even from a full two nautical miles away!

"Turn the helm! Turn the helm for me right now!!!" Doflamingo screamed in terror, his voice cracking from extreme panic.

"Young Master? What's wrong? Isn't that just an ordinary Marine warship?" his subordinate, Trebol, asked with a confused look.

"Ordinary my ass! That's Admiral Karl's warship! Turn the helm! Retreat at full speed! If we're a second late, we're all going to be whipped by his belt!"

Doflamingo no longer had any of the prestige of one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea; he was so anxious that his pink feather coat even fell onto the deck, and he rushed into the wheelhouse himself to frantically spin the steering wheel.

Accompanied by a harsh sound of wood grinding, the flamingo pirate ship performed a sharp drift on the sea, plunged into the mist without looking back, and fled in a panic!

"This... they ran?!" Smoker held his binoculars, his cigar dropping to the ground.

The dignified underground king of the New World, the unbridled Heavenly Yaksha, was actually so scared that he scrambled to flee just by catching a glimpse of Admiral Karl from far away?!

Karl stood on the bow, watching Doflamingo's retreating back, and curled his lips in boredom. "You're lucky you ran fast, kid." Karl tucked the seven wolves belt back into his waist. "Otherwise, I definitely would have taken off those non-mainstream sunglasses of yours today."

Meanwhile. Marineford, the center of the highest power of the Marine Headquarters, the Fleet Admiral's office. "Click... click..." The loudspeaker Den Den Mushi kept emitting the busy signal from being unilaterally hung up.

"Bang!" Fleet Admiral Sengoku's eyes were red as he slammed a heavy fist onto the solid wood desk, instantly smashing the expensive table into pieces!

"Too much bullying! This is too much bullying!!!" Sengoku was shaking with rage, his chest heaving violently, as he pointed at the Den Den Mushi and cursed.

On the office sofa. The Marine Hero Garp was sitting with his legs crossed, holding a large bag of donuts, eating them with a "crunch, crunch" sound, clearly enjoying himself.

Seeing Sengoku's furious appearance, Garp not only didn't sympathize but instead laughed heartlessly. "Pfft, hahaha! Sengoku, save your energy!"

Garp chewed on a donut while speaking indistinctly: "That kid Karl has been a living Yama since he was little! Have you forgotten? Ten years ago, to catch Dragon and his sister, he hung Dragon up for three days and three nights."

"That belt of his makes even me shudder. You want to use your status as Fleet Admiral to suppress him? Keep dreaming!"

Hearing Garp's words, Sengoku clutched his chest in anger, feeling a sweet, bloody taste in his throat, and almost spat out a mouthful of old blood.

"Garp! You old bastard, you still have the face to laugh!" Sengoku roared, pointing at Garp's nose: "Luffy is your grandson! Dragon is your son! Karl is your daughter-in-law's own brother! This is all your family's mess! And now you want me to clean up your shit?!"

"Oh my, it's a good thing for young people to have energy, hahaha!" Garp continued to play dumb.

Sengoku slumped powerlessly onto the sofa, rubbing his temples. He knew that from this moment on, the Marine Headquarters had completely lost control over Karl. On this vast sea, a monster that was not bound by any rules had appeared.
