30: A sudden light appears amidst the darkness, and the banana tree comes into view.

"Dominate the Primordial World!"

"Unify the Primordial World!"

After hearing Donghuang Taiyi's words, Fuxi and Nüwa fell silent.

They had established the Xi Huang Palace for self-preservation, and also harbored some ambition, but at most, it was to carve out their own territory and occupy a region for their own use.

But today, Donghuang Taiyi's words had brought them immense shock and stimulation.

Unify the Primordial World!

This was something the Vicious Beast race of the Ancient Era had not accomplished, and something the Dragon, Phoenix, and Qilin Three Clans of the Ancient Era had also not accomplished.

Now, the two brothers Dijun and Donghuang Taiyi wanted to accomplish this. Could they really do it? Was it truly possible? Could they truly suppress the Wu Tribe?

Although everything was filled with uncertainty, it was undeniable that this grand ambition moved Fuxi and Nüwa.

After exchanging a glance, the brother and sister duo spoke: "In that case, let's wait for Fellow Daoist Dijun to return and discuss this properly!"

"Good!"

The corners of his mouth lifting, Donghuang Taiyi knew the two were truly tempted and would join the Demon God Palace.

Without further delay, he immediately waved for the five Grand Unity Golden Immortals to leave, then laughed heartily and said: "Fellow Daoist Fuxi, Fellow Daoist Nüwa, please follow me!"

"I will now send a message to my elder brother to stop his actions. He will return then to discuss the follow-up matters with you."

"Good!"

"Good!"

Agreeing, Fuxi and Nüwa did not refuse.

Immediately afterwards, the party of three sped towards a palace located further down the branch vein, signaling the end of this matter...

On the other end, after flying for some time, Li Yun suddenly halted his movement.

For no other reason than that his Purple Gold Divine Pupils had seen the banana tree he had dreamed of and searched for over many years.

It grew inside a cave. The surrounding Heaven and Earth Spiritual Qi was abundant, and the forces of Earth, Fire, Water, and Wind churned, transforming this area into something akin to a forbidden zone.

The raging Earth, Fire, Water, and Wind alone felt sufficient to annihilate a Golden Immortal. Furthermore, it was rife with dangers, along with Restrictions, barriers, and Formations constructed from the power of Earth, Fire, Water, and Wind.

To put it bluntly, even if an ordinary Grand Unity Golden Immortal mistakenly entered, they would most likely flee in disarray, and might even perish within.

For instance, within a few hundred meters outside the cave, the ground was now piled with numerous bleached white bones, giving off a grim and terrifying feeling.

"Finally, I've found you."

"banana tree, I never expected you wouldn't be in the central region of Mount Buzhou, but rather at the edge of Mount Buzhou."

The corners of his mouth lifting, a sharp glint flashed in Li Yun's eyes, his breathing quickening with excitement.

After all, he had searched for hundreds of years previously. Who would have thought this thing would be in such a remote place?

As for those Restrictions, grand Formations, and churning Earth, Fire, Water, and Wind, while they might be a deadly threat to ordinary Cultivators, they were nothing much to Li Yun.

Without any hesitation, Li Yun dispelled the 72 Transformations, rode a cloud, and arrived at the outer perimeter of the cave.

"Purple Gold Divine Pupils, open!"

With a low shout, the Purple Gold Divine Pupils activated at full power.

In an instant, the barriers, Restrictions, and Formations within became crystal clear.

In just a dozen or so breaths, Li Yun had already found a winding path leading into the cave.

Without hesitation, Li Yun lifted his foot and stepped forward, heading inside.

With the Purple Gold Divine Pupils avoiding all dangers, the churning Earth, Fire, Water, and Wind, though powerful, could not threaten his Physical Body, which rivaled the strength of a Medium Grade Innate Spirit Treasure.

Not long after, Li Yun entered the cave.

At that very moment, Li Yun's expression changed.

Inside this cave passage, the forces of Earth, Fire, Water, and Wind were no longer singular. Instead, they were mixed together, causing their power, destructive force, and lethality to increase tremendously.

Even his Physical Body, which rivaled a Medium Grade Innate Spirit Treasure, now felt a faint ache. Fine gaps had even begun to appear on his skin, with traces of blood seeping out.

"It truly becomes more perilous the closer you get."

"But even this cannot stop me."

Glancing at the injuries on his body, Li Yun immediately and without delay mobilized the twelve-grade creation azure lotus within his Sea of Consciousness.

"twelve-grade creation azure lotus, appear!"

Azure light erupted. The twelve-grade creation azure lotus appeared in the area above Li Yun's head.

Creation and Life Qi surged forth, directly constructing a barrier that enveloped his entire person, shielding him. The raging Earth, Fire, Water, and Wind forces were directly isolated outside, unable to affect his body.

Furthermore, the power of the twelve-grade creation azure lotus rapidly repaired the injuries on his body. Within a few breaths, those wounds were completely healed.

In this state, Li Yun continued striding deeper into the cave.

A quarter of an hour later, Li Yun finally saw one of the ten great innate spiritual roots he had been yearning for: the banana tree.

However, the banana tree was not yet fully mature.

Like the gourd vine and the creation green lotus of the past, the current banana tree radiated a four-colored glow. Earth, Fire, Water, and Wind Origin converged within it. On its branches, four palm-sized banana leaves were continuously absorbing Heaven and Earth Spiritual Qi to grow.

"Excellent, excellent, excellent~"

Seeing this scene, Li Yun couldn't help but laugh heartily.

Confirming the banana tree was not yet mature, far from being disappointed, Li Yun grew even happier.

As one of the ten great innate spiritual roots, whether it's the banana tree, the creation green lotus, or the innate gourd vine, once mature, they would give birth to sentience.

In the original story, when the banana tree matured, even when the Three Pure Ones found it, they merely seized the four banana leaves. The banana tree itself directly escaped using a special escape art.

It must be known that the Three Pure Ones of that era were at the Quasi-Sage realm.

To be able to escape right under the noses of three Quasi-Sages, the power of the banana tree's innate escape art was beyond doubt.

If Li Yun encountered the banana tree in such a state, forget about fusing with its Main Body, even seizing its leaves would not be simple.

But now it was different.

The current banana tree was not yet mature, not yet sentient. Wasn't this his opportunity?

Without any hesitation, Li Yun strode forward, directly extended his right hand, and touched the Main Body of the banana tree, declaring resolutely: "Fusion!"

*Hummm—*

Treasure light erupted. The ability to fuse with all things activated at this moment. Accompanied by a humming sound, the banana tree seemed to want to struggle but was powerless to resist.

At that very moment, the banana tree shook. The four banana leaves upon it quietly fell off, and its Main Body was completely absorbed into the Fusion space within his upper dantian.

*Swoosh—*

*Swoosh—*

At that moment, the four immature banana leaves flew up, swiftly fleeing towards the area outside.

"Not good!"

Seeing this, Li Yun's expression changed.

These banana leaves were treasures that could be refined into banana-leaf fans, and they carried the Origin power of Earth, Fire, Water, and Wind.

If he could master them all, he could fuse and obtain the Earth, Fire, Water, and Wind Origin to enhance his own foundation. If he let them escape, wouldn't all his efforts be in vain?

Unable to care about anything else, Li Yun instinctively wanted to act to stop them. His left hand shot out, mana erupting, as he roared towards the four banana leaves: "Come to me~"
