63: May every person in China be like a dragon.

Sunlight shone on the steps of the main hall. Shen Xiaochuan stood at the door, still holding that scroll. The wind blew in from outside the city, carrying the scent of gunpowder. He didn't move, merely watching the busy crowd in the distance.

An announcement suddenly popped up on the Blue Star Channel.

Trump appeared on the screen. He stood before the ruins of the White House, with scorched earth behind him. He lowered his head and read a statement, his voice soft but clear: "The US admits its acts of aggression against the Huaxia Divine Domain and announces its defeat. We accept all terms of the Jiachen Covenant."

The entire area fell silent for a moment.

Immediately after, new messages popped up one after another on the channel. The representative of Dongying issued an apology, stating that the Yamamoto Family has been destroyed and the new Main God is willing to declare a permanent ceasefire. The British Empire followed closely behind, stating it would return the three faith Ore veins it had plundered. India, Kimchi Country, the Polar Bear... one by one, they all issued brief but clear statements of surrender.

Cheers erupted within Skydome City.

Shen Xiaochuan did not smile. He turned and walked into the main hall with steady steps. Old Karl was waiting in the hall, clutching a pile of data pads, his forehead dripping with sweat.

"Lord Shen!" Old Karl stepped forward quickly. "The warehouse is full, truly full! Gold and silver Ore is piled up at the street entrance, Exotic Beast carcasses can't be moved in, and there's not even a place to put the faith crystal cores!"

Shen Xiaochuan stopped to look at him. "What are the Believers doing?"

"They're all moving things, but no one is directing them. Some are rushing to carry boxes, others are blocking the intersections and arguing. If this continues, things will fall into chaos."

Shen Xiaochuan nodded. "Set up a temporary dispatch center. Allocate shares according to War Merit Rank. Register first and then distribute; private transport is not allowed."

Old Karl was stunned for a moment. "But many people didn't participate in the war, and they also want a share."

"That's fine," Shen Xiaochuan said. "But there must be order. Everyone must register uniformly. Newcomers and marginal Believers can also receive basic resource packs, but priority will be given to combat personnel."

Old Karl noted down the details and breathed a sigh of relief. "I'll go arrange the personnel right away."

Shen Xiaochuan walked to the communication console by the wall and pressed the encrypted frequency. A few seconds later, the screen lit up, and White Snow Princess's face appeared.

"Did you see the news?" she asked.

"I saw it," Shen Xiaochuan said. "The whole world has bowed its head."

White Snow Princess was silent for a moment. "What do you plan to do now? The reparations from the twelve nations plus the spoils of war are enough to build ten divine domains."

"I don't want to build just one divine domain." Shen Xiaochuan looked at her. "I want all Huaxia Deities to be able to stand tall. It shouldn't be just me, and it shouldn't be that only a few strong people have a voice. I want to give more people the chance to become strong."

White Snow Princess frowned. "Are you talking about sharing resources?"

"Yes," Shen Xiaochuan said. "This wasn't won by me alone. Every Huaxia God who has been bullied, everyone who has hidden in a corner afraid to speak out—today, they should all lift their heads. I won't be the only king; I want everyone to be qualified to become a king."

White Snow Princess stared at the screen, her expression shifting.

"How do you plan to do it?"

"The first step is to use these resources well," Shen Xiaochuan said. "Not hoarding them, not just dumping them into my own divine kingdom. I'm going to use them to support newcomers and assist those small divine domains that have been suppressed. Whoever has potential and is willing to work hard can get starting capital."

White Snow Princess nodded slowly. "You want to build a new set of rules."

"The old rule was that the strong take all," Shen Xiaochuan said. "Now I want to see if I can let ordinary people rise as well. In the past, we were called the nouveau riche and mocked because wearing work clothes doesn't make one look like a God King. But today, I want to tell everyone—clothes don't matter, origin doesn't matter; as long as you are willing to guard this land, you deserve to possess power."

White Snow Princess said softly, "If those words get out, many people won't believe them."

"I know," Shen Xiaochuan said. "So I won't just say it; I have to do it. Are you willing to come to Skydome City? Help me manage these matters. Not to take orders from me, but to set the rules with me."

There was silence on the other end of the screen for a few seconds.

"I'll be there tomorrow," White Snow Princess said.

Shen Xiaochuan turned off the communication and walked out of the main hall. A lot of people had already gathered outside. They stood in the square, looking up toward the main hall, some holding flags and others shouting his name.

He stepped onto the balcony, and the crowd immediately went quiet.

"I know what you're thinking," he said. "'What will I get? Can my child undergo Awakening? Will I have a chance to turn my life around in this lifetime?'"

No one spoke below.

"I'm telling you—yes." Shen Xiaochuan raised his left hand, the copper gear pendant reflecting the sunlight. "My parents were workers, no one had high hopes for the school I attended, and on the day I underwent Awakening, my mentor called me trash. But I stand here now, not because I was born strong, but because I refused to accept my fate."

He lowered his hand, his voice becoming deeper. "I don't want to just be someone who won a war. I want to be someone who can let others win too. Starting today, Skydome City is launching a Resource Support Plan. Any Huaxia newcomer deities, as long as they pass a basic assessment, can receive weapons, skill books, and summoning scrolls. What's lacking, we will supplement. What's needed to start, we will provide."

Someone in the crowd began to applaud.

"I'm not trying to be a God King," Shen Xiaochuan said. "I want every ordinary person to be able to stand above the clouds. I do not seek eternal reverence; I only wish for my Huaxia that everyone may be like a Dragon."

Applause exploded.

Someone jumped up and shouted, "Lord Shen! My son only awakened a B-rank Talent; can he apply for support?"

"He can," Shen Xiaochuan answered bluntly. "As long as he is a Huaxia God and as long as he is willing to guard this land, he can."

Another person shouted, "I come from a small divine domain in the northwest and have always been suppressed by the major powers. Do we have a share too?"

"Yes," Shen Xiaochuan said. "And with priority."

The crowd boiled with excitement.

Old Karl stood to the side, watching this scene, and couldn't help but whisper, "In the past, fighting was for survival. Now... it seems to be for making people believe."

Shen Xiaochuan didn't answer. He looked out at the city lights as street after street lit up. Over at the warehouse, things were still being moved, but a queue had already formed. Administrators were registering names on lists, and Believers were receiving supplies in order.

There was no scrambling, no fighting.

He touched the copper gear on his sleeve, his fingertips brushing over its rough texture.

The communication console suddenly sounded a notification. He walked back, and the screen lit up with a System notification.

[faith points settlement update: Current total 8,742,300 points]

[+1 faith point per second → Upgraded to +3 faith points per second]

[Second Divine Ability "Divine Sense Resonance" is on cooldown; estimated available in 6 hours]

Shen Xiaochuan glanced at the data and closed the interface.

He sat back in his chair and opened the internal dispatch map. The distribution of resources across the city was marked densely. He clicked on several red-dotted areas and wrote down instructions:

"Temporarily store Ore in the South District, prioritize refining;

Hand over Exotic Beast Materials from West Street to the Research Team for processing;

After the open space at the North Gate is cleared, convert it into a Newbie Training Ground."

Instructions sent successfully.

He leaned back in his chair and closed his eyes for three seconds. When he opened them again, his gaze fell on a report at the corner of the desk.

It was the post-war casualty statistics table. Skydome City had lost three hundred and seventy-six people, one hundred and forty-two of whom were new gods participating in battle for the first time.

He picked up a pen and wrote a string of numbers in the blank space next to it:

"Double the pensions; include family members and children in the Resource Support Plan, and prioritize arranging Awakening Tests."

After writing, he pushed the report aside.

Footsteps came from outside the door, and Chen Yan walked in, holding a new intelligence summary.

"Reparations from various countries have begun to be transported," he said. "The first batch will arrive within forty-eight hours."

Shen Xiaochuan nodded. "Notify the Logistics Group to prepare for reception. Additionally, issue a public recruitment order—any Huaxia Gods willing to participate in resource management can come to the main hall to sign up. No limits on Rank, no limits on background."

Chen Yan paused for a moment. "Are you really going to hand such a large operation over to outsiders to manage?"

"It's not handing it to outsiders," Shen Xiaochuan said. "It's handing it to the future."

Chen Yan didn't ask further and turned to leave.

Shen Xiaochuan stood up and walked toward the balcony again. The night wind blew in, carrying the chill of early spring. The city lights were still burning, and more people were walking on the streets, discussing the distribution plans and talking about whether their children could join the training camp.

He raised his hand, the copper gear shimmering faintly under the moonlight.

His fingers tightened, the metal edges pressing into his palm.
