Chapter 255 Invisibility

Chapter 255 Invisibility
After a lot of effort, Zhang Cheng finally reached the area that the infected people around him were unconsciously avoiding.

There are distinct classes among the infection forces, and ordinary infected people cannot enter the infected person's lair without permission.

After all, the number of infected spores in an infected person's lair is always limited. Even if the secretions of infected spores have an effect on infected organisms, not every infected person has the opportunity to enjoy it.

What's more, this is the boss of the entire infection camp, Bertram's infection lair, so it is naturally even more impossible for ordinary infected creatures to enter it.

Bertram may still be healing his injuries, and the infection spores are also helpful in healing the injuries, but it is not known whether the infection spores can play a role in the damage caused by nightshade toxin to Bertram.

There were no other infected people around as cover, so Zhang Cheng needed to be more careful here.

Actions that are too blatant here may be directly exposed if you are not careful.

So after Zhang Cheng thought about it for a while, he slowly moved his steps and left the area.

After walking to a slightly remote place, Zhang Cheng looked around and saw nothing unusual, and then quietly summoned the drone from the cabin to strike.

The Xiying drone is the one with the highest quality and value among all Zhang Cheng's drones. Even in the entire game, the number of drones that can rival the Xiying drone can be counted on ten fingers.

The invisibility effect of Xiying is very incomprehensible, and Zhang Cheng also has an aura cloak with invisibility function, but compared with Xiying, the invisibility function of the aura cloak is not worse than 01:30.

There is still an hour left in the camouflage time limit of the camouflage device, so there is no need for Zhang Cheng to be too anxious.

He was worried that even if he was equipped with the aura cloak, he might encounter some accidents, so he planned to let Xiying explore the path for him in front, so that he could avoid many unexpected situations.

Let Xiying turn on the stealth skill in the cabin, so the infected people around did not notice that there was a transparent drone in the sky.

Controlling Xiying to fly toward the middle of the crack, Zhang Cheng observed Xiying's shooting angle through Xiying's camera, and then stopped in the distance without moving significantly.

As expected of a top-notch drone, Xiying's sneaking process went very smoothly, and within a short while, Xiying had already dived into the crack.

There was a pitch-black abyss in the crack. Without thinking about it, Zhang Cheng directed Xiying to go down the abyss.

At the same time, Zhang Cheng couldn't help muttering in his heart: "The infection nest is at the bottom of the abyss, so how should I get down? Even if I have a jet aircraft, it's impossible to use it blatantly."

This problem is very difficult, and Zhang Cheng can only pray that the infection nest will not be set up at the bottom of the abyss.

After a while, Zhang Cheng suddenly revealed a hint of suspicion in his eyes.

The pictures taken in his retina showed that there was a huge crack on one side of the mountain wall.

The crack was also dark, and the crack didn't let in much light, but fortunately, Zhang Cheng had good eyesight, and with some faint sunlight, he could barely see some content clearly.

It was very suspicious that such a large gap appeared here, so Zhang Cheng manipulated Xiying to sneak into it to find out.

Xiying silently sneaked towards the entrance of the cave. Not long after entering the cave, Zhang Cheng suddenly discovered that in the cave, there were clumps of thorny vines hovering around.

The ground and surrounding walls were covered with this kind of spiked vines, and purple infection spores could be seen everywhere in the cavities.

Infectious spores are also distinguished by quality. Generally, the higher the quality of the infected spores, the darker the color and the larger the volume. Although the color of the infected spores here cannot be clearly seen, from the outline, these infected spores are obviously larger than those before Zhang Cheng The ones I've seen are much bigger.
All the signs above indicated that this was Bertlem's infection lair.

And now the entire infection lair has been taken over by Bertram, and it is using numerous infection spores here to repair its injuries.

And Zhang Cheng had sensed the signal of the advanced accessories of the bloodthirsty necklace here before, but he couldn't find where these accessories were hidden from Xiying's shooting screen.

Maybe these accessories have already been absorbed into his body like the Black Flame Dragon before.

This also made Zhang Cheng more vigilant. At that time, the Black Flame Dragon had only absorbed one accessory, the bloodthirsty bat wing, and its strength had increased significantly. It was obviously impossible for Bertram to have only one advanced accessory.

I just don’t know if the advanced accessories were integrated with Bertram last time. It would have been better if the advanced accessories had been integrated at that time. With that kind of strength, Zhang Cheng can barely handle one or two now.

But if Bertram didn't have advanced fusion accessories at that time, it would only become more terrifying than before, and Zhang Cheng might have to pay a higher price to defeat Bertram.

Bertram had offered him a reward for such a long period of time, and Zhang Cheng had long been aggrieved.

However, he was able to put the overall situation first, and the bloodthirsty necklace was of great importance. He could not take risks, so that the bloodthirsty necklace would have a chance to fall into the hands of Bertram.

But now the situation is different. Zhang Cheng is no longer the same as Wu Xia Amon. He has spent hundreds of millions of alliance points, has the rank of second lieutenant, and has the various privileges approved by Justin. His current strength is It has increased many times than before.

Even if he couldn't defeat Bertram directly, he was sure that he could escape from Bertram now.

[Aura cloak is equipped. 】

Zhang Cheng had taken out the aura cloak from his backpack and put it on his body. The ability of the camouflage device to cover up the smell and the ability of the aura cloak to cover up the figure made Zhang Cheng disappear like air from the eyes of other infected creatures.

Zhang Cheng decided to go to the lair of the infected to take a look in person.

After all, Xiying is just a drone. It can only obtain some pictures. Some things still need to be confirmed by Zhang Cheng himself to be more accurate.

The attack has already scouted the road ahead for itself. Perhaps due to Bertram's complacency, no infected creatures have been arranged to guard the outside of its infected lair.

It's also possible that Burtram doesn't want other infected creatures to see him being seriously injured. Fights happen frequently among the infected forces, and he doesn't want to see himself being killed by the infected creatures around him when he is at his weakest. Loophole.

In short, there is no sign of intelligent infected creatures on the route from Zhang Cheng's position to the infected lair, so Zhang Cheng can move forward with confidence.
