9: Chapter 9: One person doing the work of two?

The Asura God's blood-red pupils constricted sharply. Though his heart was filled with hatred, wanting to grind Qian Chongguang to dust, he was clear about the current situation.

He let out a heavy, cold snort, and the Asura Demon Sword in his hand suddenly took form. A blood-red sword light tore through the sky, locking onto Qian Chongguang without retreating a single step: "Consider this brat lucky. Let's join forces to take him down first; afterwards, his Divine Soul will be mine to dispose of!"

"Sigh, I originally wanted to just watch the fun, but I didn't expect I'd have to step in myself." The Evil God King sighed. The Laws of Evil and Emotion spread out around him simultaneously, while the smile at the corners of his lips vanished completely, his eyes filled with solemnity. "Brat, you really have caused us a massive amount of trouble."

The Goddess of Kindness and the Goddess of Life exchanged a glance, both helplessly shaking their heads while simultaneously unfolding their own Domains.

The green light of the Goddess of Life enveloped the entire area, ready to repair injuries for everyone at any moment; the Law of Emotion of the Goddess of Kindness slowly spread out, attempting to suppress the wild Battle Intent on Qian Chongguang.

The next second, the Five Great God Kings moved simultaneously!

The holy sword in his left hand carried the sacred heat of the Law of Light, following the upright and expansive orthodox sword techniques of the Angel God, with every Move aiming directly at the weaknesses of the Goddess of Life and Goddess of Kindness, sealing off all paths for auxiliary support; the holy sword in his right hand was wrapped in the silence and slaughter of the Law of Darkness, its Moves tricky and vicious, all of them Life-for-Life techniques honed from mountains of corpses and seas of blood, specifically targeting the soft spots in the Divine Power circulation of the Destruction, Evil, and Asura God Kings.

What made the gods' scalps tingle even more was that his feet were not idle either. The leg wind kicked out by his left foot was wrapped in rich Holy Light, seamlessly protecting the vulnerabilities around his body; the energy swept out by his right foot carried bone-eroding Devilish Qi, with every Move targeting the blind spots of the God Kings. One offense, one defense, one light, one dark, coordinated flawlessly.

Even though it was only one body, it forcefully produced the effect of two top experts attacking in tandem, as if two independent consciousnesses were controlling it simultaneously, without a shred of stagnation or conflict.

"Something is wrong!"

The Asura God slashed out with his sword, clashing head-on with the holy sword of darkness, and was shaken back repeatedly. His expression changed instantly: "This brat is not right! We are clearly encircling and attacking one person, so why does it feel like we are fighting two people at the same time?!"

"How can he simultaneously control two completely contradictory Laws and execute two unrelated sets of Moves? Is his Divine Soul split into two, each fighting separately? This simply does not conform to the iron Law of Divine Soul operation!"

They could clearly perceive that Qian Chongguang had only one divine body and one strand of primary soul, yet they completely failed to understand how he achieved this ultimate operation of multitasking, or even multi-tasking. They could only be beaten back step by step by this bizarre fighting style in exchange after exchange.

The battle had lasted no more than a hundred breaths, and the expressions of the Five Great God Kings were becoming increasingly ugly. Their power was infinite; even if a God King were to fall into them, they would have to shed a layer of skin.

At this moment, in order to take down Qian Chongguang, they actually unleashed them simultaneously without any reservation!
