The mother nest's writhing gradually subsided, and its horns lit up with a blinding gray light once more.

Liu Lingwei's delicate body shuddered violently; the force struck her slender waist, sending her flying backward.

Bright red blood instantly seeped from her shoulder, her cold, aloof brows furrowed tightly, and a pained groan escaped from beneath her mask.

Chen Ye, halfway through his lunge, was hit head-on by the shockwave, his back slamming hard against the cold iron door.

A turbulent sensation roiled in his chest, a sweetness rose in his throat, and he spat out a mouthful of blood.

"Even with enhanced physical strength, I couldn't withstand this blow? What kind of monster is this?!"

In just an instant, all combatants on the rooftop had been sent flying and incapacitated!

Everyone was huddled at the rooftop entrance, covered in injuries.

Zhang Lei was curled up at the stairwell, his fat face as pale as paper, his entire body trembling.

Liu Lingwei was half-kneeling on the ground, blood staining her shoulder, her cold, aloof expression filled with exhaustion and helplessness.

Above them, the sky remained shrouded by the gray barrier, with not a single ray of sunlight to be seen.

The mother nest was not destroyed, the barrier was not broken, and they remained trapped in this cage of death!

"Roar!!"

The crowd of Mutated Beasts, controlled by the mother nest, roared as they lunged again.

Sharp claws and venomous beaks were only a few meters away from everyone!

"We cannot sit and wait for death!" Chen Ye's eyes were bloodshot.

Forcing down the injuries in his body, he poured all his mental energy into his beast-taming Superpower.

Purple-red light surged, instantly seizing control of the four lunging Mutated Beasts to strike back!

Pale blue Thunder Light surged from his limbs and bones, crackling electricity surrounded his body, forming a huge electrical energy field!

The black flesh was scorched and carbonized by the lightning; the sizzling, burning sound shot into the sky, and a foul, pungent odor filled the entire Residential Community!

The mother nest let out a deafening, painful roar, its massive body twisting and struggling wildly, its broken horns shattered into dust by the lightning.

The deformed head at the top instantly turned charred black and collapsed, with black liquid splattering like a rainstorm!

The Thunder Light shot into the sky, tearing through the gray clouds, electric snakes dancing wildly, and the entire building trembled slightly under the lingering power of the lightning.

It was spectacular to the extreme, and shocking to the extreme!
