The girl looked at the Thunder Light at Chen Ye's fingertips, her eyes widening instantly, her face full of disbelief, and she subconsciously took a step back.

"Crackle!!" The Thunder Light exploded, and the snake-headed man let out a miserable hiss.

His dark green scales were scorched black and curled by the electricity, and his body convulsed violently.

After only a moment, he collapsed to the ground, completely still, his body charred black and a gruesome sight to behold.

Chen Ye withdrew the Thunder Light and pursed his lips, unable to help but complain inwardly: "Are these two guards really that weak? Did they never think I would try to escape?"
