Chapter 447 The Unspeakable

"Listen well, you ignorant masses. I come from a world you are simply not worthy of knowing. The technology there is a thousand times more advanced than yours."

"In our eyes, you are nothing but insignificant insects."

Elder Qin sneered and retorted:

"Insects? Then tell me, do you think the gap in technology between us and you is greater, or is the gap between us and locusts greater?"

Caesar frowned and said without hesitation:

"That goes without saying! Obviously, the gap between you and insects is greater!"

Elder Qin's expression remained calm, yet his words were forceful:

"Oh? Then are you aware that the war between us and insects has accompanied the entire span of human civilization, and even now, the outcome remains unknown?"

"Insects have not been exterminated; they still walk proudly across the world! Their numbers are no fewer than they were before the appearance of humans."

"By viewing us humans as insects, you seem to have forgotten one fact, and that is..."

"Insects have never truly been defeated!"

Caesar's eyes widened abruptly, filled with shock and anger, as if he had been stung by Elder Qin's words.

After a moment of hesitation, the corners of his mouth curled up, and he let out a cold sneer filled with mockery:

"Empty bravado!"

Elder Qin simply smiled calmly, said nothing more, and slowly shifted his gaze toward the battlefield.

Under the fierce attacks of the Great Xia Federation army, the number of fallen morty-class bio-warships under Caesar's command rose like a tidal wave. They collapsed one after another, their wrecks scattered everywhere. The burning flames and pervasive smoke intertwined, rendering the battlefield like purgatory.

This tragic battle lasted for days and nights. Both sides poured out everything they had, refusing to yield.

Finally, at the break of dawn, when the light of hope pierced through the clouds and spilled onto the devastated land, the last morty-class bio-warship turned into countless fragments amidst a violent explosion and was completely destroyed!

At this moment, the sunrise light gently bathed the steel bodies of the mechas, which were covered in dew. They slowly returned to formation in the light of victory. Although every mecha bore various wounds, they still exuded an aura of determination.

The Great Xia Federation mothership moved slowly until it stood opposite Caesar. Elder Qin spoke through the loudspeaker, his voice majestic as he questioned: "Your subordinates have all been eliminated by us, yet you do not seem the least bit anxious. If you have any other tricks, bring them out quickly!"

Caesar suddenly threw his head back and laughed loudly. The laughter began as a soft scoff!

Then it gradually grew louder, turning into wild laughter!

Finally, it escalated into a roar toward the sky, as if he had heard the most ridiculous joke in the world.

Just when everyone thought he would laugh endlessly, he abruptly stopped, his expression instantly turning cold, his eyes filled with endless chill!

He retorted:

"Do you think... you have already won?"

Elder Qin felt a shiver in his heart. He quickly looked around, his eyes filled with a trace of doubt and vigilance as he countered:

"Is that not the case?"

Caesar sneered coldly, his smile like shards of ice in the dead of winter:

"I suggest you take a closer look!"

Hearing this, everyone was astonished and turned their heads to look around.

Suddenly, someone exclaimed. They saw that a massive, dark red magic circle had quietly appeared underground at some unknown time. The circle resembled a demon's eye, mysterious and terrifying.

The blood flowing from the fallen morty-class bio-warships was drawn by some evil force, trickling along the formation marks into the ground, converging at the center of the magic circle, and emitting a nauseating, bloody stench.

Elder Qin instantly sensed that something was wrong. His face changed drastically, and he immediately ordered loudly:

"Evacuate this area immediately!"

As the order fell, the Great Xia Federation mecha army acted quickly. Mecha after mecha ignited their engines, attempting to escape this dangerous place.

However, some mecha units composed of soldiers from various countries were a step too slow in their reaction due to a lack of operational proficiency.

Just then, a bright red beam of light, like the scythe of the Grim Reaper, suddenly shot up from the ground, instantly enveloping these mechas.

In the next second, a hair-raising scene unfolded. The incredibly hard metal shells of these mechas, now shrouded in light, began to melt at a speed visible to the naked eye, turning into pools of unknown liquid that slowly flowed into the ground.

It was not just ordinary-grade mechas; even the powerful world-destroying grade mechas and the high-tech enhanced Third-generation Individual Mech could not withstand the erosion of this mysterious power.

The pilots inside the mechas were terrified. They struggled desperately, but it was futile. Soon, they also turned into pools of liquid, flowing into the ground along with the mecha wreckage. The scene was left with only a pungent smell of burnt matter and desperate cries.

Seeing this, Elder Qin was burning with anxiety and immediately ordered the army:

"Bombard that beam of light!"

"Boom! Boom! Boom!"

Receiving the order, the Great Xia Federation soldiers did not hesitate to pour their firepower frantically toward the light beam. Various shells and laser beams rained down upon it.

The Spear-Class Warship also charged forward at full speed, preparing to use its sharp bow to pierce the light beam and break this eerie stalemate.

However, despairingly, all attacks were like clay oxen entering the sea; they had no effect whatsoever!

The light beam remained standing, its glow becoming even more dazzling, as if mocking the Great Xia Federation army's helplessness.

Caesar strode slowly into the light beam, a smug, mocking expression on his face, and said to the Great Xia Federation army outside:

"Is this all you've got? If this is the extent of your capabilities, I won't wait any longer."

"Next, it is my turn to strike back!"

As his voice fell, the light instantly became intensely hot. The dark red magic circle on the ground seemed to have been injected with life, becoming increasingly scarlet, like a sea of blood boiling.

Before long, the ground shook violently, as if an ancient giant beast was about to break through the surface.

Everyone widened their eyes in horror, their hearts filled with fear and confusion.

"What is that?" A cry of alarm rang out!

"Something is about to crawl out from underground!"

"So... so terrifying!"

"Oh my god, I must be dreaming!"

"What is this monster!"

The entire populace of Blue Star witnessed this scene through the live broadcast and instantly fell into a stupor.

They saw with their own eyes a gigantic, unprecedented entity slowly breaking through the ground.

This giant entity looked extremely bizarre. Its head was a massive octopus head, and the eyes on that octopus head were enormous, resembling two bottomless black whirlpools. Gazing into its eyes would give one the illusion of being sucked into an endless abyss, teetering on the edge of madness.

Its chin was covered in countless moving tentacles. Those tentacles, like dancing poisonous snakes, writhed and exuded a dangerous aura.

Its body, however, was humanoid, dark green all over, and hundreds of meters tall, standing on the earth like a towering mountain.

On its back, it had a pair of huge, bat-like membranous wings. When the wings spread, they blotted out the sky. The wings were covered with vein-like patterns and mysterious runes. These runes seemed to flicker with an eerie light, as if possessing some kind of indescribable magic.

Besides these, its body was surrounded by a layer of black, smoke-like substance. This smoke constantly changed shape, sometimes forming various terrifying ghostly faces or tentacle shapes, making one's blood run cold.

Elder Qin was completely stunned.

He widened his eyes, his face full of horror and confusion:

"What on earth is this thing?"
