80: Chapter 80 The Last Strength

High in the air, Tu Nie relied on the power of the Arid Land Bear King within him to forcefully lift the falling meteorite.

"You old beast, take this back!"

After saying this, Tu Nie threw the meteorite toward the Dark-Winged White Tiger.

The Dark-Winged White Tiger was scared out of its wits and turned to flee; if that meteorite were to hit it, it would likely lose another layer of skin.

But how could Tang Mo let it get its way? He frantically unleashed all his skills upon the Dark-Winged White Tiger.

"Realm of Death!"

"Highly Toxic Vine!"

"Poison Rain!"

"Piercing Poison Arrow!"

As soon as the four Highly Poisonous Skeletons appeared, they raised their giant weapons to strike at the Dark-Winged White Tiger, while the Highly Poisonous Vines directly entangled the Dark-Winged White Tiger's remaining two legs.

How could the Dark-Winged White Tiger, whose body was already severely unbalanced, withstand such torment? It stumbled and fell down again.

The massive meteorite pressed tightly down on the crater created by the explosion, just leaving enough space for the Dark-Winged White Tiger's huge head.

The Dark-Winged White Tiger's remaining one-third of health dropped sharply by another notch.

Tu Nie, who had forcefully resisted the meteorite, exhausted his internal energy and ended his fusion state with the Arid Land Bear King; both man and bear fell into a state of total exhaustion.

With a roar, the Dark-Winged White Tiger struggled out from under the meteorite.

It walked with unsteady steps, panting heavily as it approached Tang Mo and the other.

"Hahaha, damn... ants, to think you've injured me time and time again, causing me to end up like this!"

"You must all die! You all must die!"

"Roar~!"

The repeatedly injured Dark-Winged White Tiger went completely insane; it craned its neck and let out a long howl that shook the heavens and the earth.

Tu Nie's face turned pale, and a mouthful of blood gushed out instantly. The Arid Land Bear King naturally didn't fare well either and was immediately recalled into the Beast Taming Space by Tu Nie.

Tang Mo, however, used his elemental passive to immune the Dark-Winged White Tiger's sonic attack.

Subsequently, he backhanded a Piercing Poison Arrow directly at the Dark-Winged White Tiger's throat.

The Piercing Poison Arrow was shattered by the sound waves before it could even touch the Dark-Winged White Tiger.

Tu Nie fell to the ground in pain, blood beginning to seep from his ears and nose.

The violent roaring also aggravated the wounds on the Dark-Winged White Tiger's chest, causing blood to gush out, which in turn caused its health bar to drop another notch.

The pain caused the Dark-Winged White Tiger to regain its senses, and it was forced to stop its sonic attack.

"Uncle Tu, you go first. Leave this to me."

Knowing that he was powerless to fight and was only holding Tang Mo back, Tu Nie immediately started running toward Jiangkou City.

"Kid Tang Mo, don't you dare die. When you return, I'll throw a celebration feast for you!"

After Tu Nie left, Tang Mo was finally free of constraints. He stood calmly as a dark green mist barrier rapidly enveloped the entire area.

Seeing this, the Dark-Winged White Tiger let out a sneer, "Hehehe, I told you long ago that your poison is still far from enough!"

"To think you didn't run away with that guy; you will regret your actions in a moment!"

Tang Mo's lips curled slightly, and he chuckled, "Oh? Is that so? Then why don't you absorb this Corrosive Poison Barrier again? Are you unable to?"

"The cooldown for that Purify skill just now shouldn't be short, right? It's not ready yet, is it?!"

The expression on the Dark-Winged White Tiger's face froze instantly. Having been battered and covered in wounds by the magic energy crystals, it was unable to use many of its skills; it was already at the end of its tether.

The skill Purify, which specifically counters toxins, alone has a cooldown of about fifteen minutes, and there are still about nine minutes left until it finishes cooling down.

Although the toxins of the human before it didn't feel like much at first, as time passed, they were actually more fierce than the damage from that old poison turtle.

Now it was restricted everywhere, and its protective Talent could not be activated. If it continued to tangle with him, it would likely lose its life right here.

Watching the Poison Barrier quickly envelop it, the Dark-Winged White Tiger couldn't dodge; after all, having lost two legs, its movements were no longer as swift as they were at the beginning.

The Corrosive Poison Barrier began to rapidly erode its body, and its already tattered fur was completely corroded away, leaving only crimson flesh.

Then came the Poison Rain.

The black rainwater dripped directly onto the Dark-Winged White Tiger's flesh, which had no fur to protect it.

In an instant, the toxins within the Dark-Winged White Tiger climbed back up to 10 stacks.

"Roar~!"

The Dark-Winged White Tiger roared again, but this time it wasn't a sonic attack; its voice spread outward like waves, with very low lethality but high penetration.

"It's summoning its minions!!"

Tang Mo immediately understood the Dark-Winged White Tiger's intention and began manipulating the Highly Toxic Vine and Piercing Poison Arrow to attack its neck.

"You still dare to summon minions? Let's see if I don't shut your mouth!"

Attacked, the Dark-Winged White Tiger had no choice but to give up on continuing to summon, lowering its head to shield its neck. After all, it was already injured there, and being hit again would only aggravate the wound.

Tang Mo saw the Dark-Winged White Tiger's weak spot. Aside from the Corrosive Poison Barrier and Poison Rain, his skills specifically targeted the Dark-Winged White Tiger's heavily injured areas, forcing it to twist and turn its body to avoid the damage.

Where had the former Lord of the Hundred Beasts ever suffered such grievances?

Tang Mo seemed to think it wasn't enough and released the Realm of Death again.

The four Highly Poisonous Skeletons also joined the battlefield.

But they were quickly swatted to pieces by the Dark-Winged White Tiger's claws.

It is said that a starving camel is bigger than a horse; even though this Dark-Winged White Tiger was at the end of its tether, it could still easily wipe out the Highly Poisonous Skeletons.

The Highly Poisonous Skeletons turned into gusts of toxic gas, once again enveloping the Dark-Winged White Tiger in layers.

After a round of fighting, the number of toxin stacks within the Dark-Winged White Tiger soared directly to over 40.

With over 2.4 million damage per second, the Dark-Winged White Tiger's remaining health bar finally began to move.

After its remaining health dropped by another half, the Dark-Winged White Tiger's skill Purify finally finished cooling down, and it impatiently used Purify, clearing the toxins from its body completely.

Tang Mo gave another wicked smile; he had already calculated the cooldown time of Purify.

Ever since the Dark-Winged White Tiger first released Purify, Tang Mo had been tracking the time, and it had been exactly fifteen minutes until now.

In other words, it would have to wait another fifteen minutes before it could use Purify again.

"Fifteen minutes, that's plenty of time."

The Dark-Winged White Tiger had only cleared the toxins from its body; the Corrosive Poison Barrier shrouding it and the Poison Rain in the sky still existed.

As long as the skill duration hadn't ended, they wouldn't disappear.

Afterward, Tang Mo began the process of accumulating toxin stacks again.

With several skills attacking in turns, the toxin stacks accumulated quite quickly.

When the toxin stacks within the Dark-Winged White Tiger were once again accumulated to 100, it finally couldn't hold on any longer and collapsed to the ground with a thud.

Looking at the Dark-Winged White Tiger, whose eyes had already lost their luster, Tang Mo's heart was almost in his throat.

This was his first time battling such a powerful ferocious beast, and his first time being so close to death; of course, it was also his first time killing such a powerful ferocious beast.
