109: Vanished into thin air, arrived in the land of kimchi

After Jiang Chuan finished his conversation with Hou Liang, he immediately informed Jiang Wenli about the matter.

Jiang Wenli told Jiang Chuan to simply cooperate with them.

Jiang Chuan agreed with a smile.

After the father and son finished their call, Jiang Chuan gave Yang Yong a call.

He asked him to find a way to inquire about Hou Liang's social connections.

Jiang Chuan also returned to his villa and used his technical skills to search for all information related to Hou Liang.

After a thorough search, he found absolutely nothing.

"It seems this person used a fake identity. I hope Liu Yong has some findings."

Jiang Chuan trusted his skills, and since he hadn't obtained any useful news, he guessed that the other party might have used a false name.

Three days later!

Liu Yong contacted Jiang Chuan and told him that he hadn't managed to find any information about Hou Liang; this person seemed to have appeared out of thin air and vanished just as quickly.

"I understand. Don't try to inquire about this matter for now."

Jiang Chuan indicated his understanding and told him to stop inquiring so as not to alert the enemy.

"Old Jiang, we are going to South Korea today. Do you have time? If you have time, let's leave now."

"Sure. Aren't we taking a private jet?"

Jiang Chuan asked.

"No need. I'm already on my way to pick you up. I've already bought the tickets, so we can go straight to the airport."

Xu Jia smiled, having prepared in advance.

"Alright."

Jiang Chuan didn't say anything else and agreed with a smile.

Half an hour later, Xu Jia arrived instantly at Jiang Chuan's villa, planning to take him to the airport.

"Brother Wang, Brother Qin? Are you two also going to South Korea?"

Jiang Chuan was slightly surprised to see Xu Jia driving an off-road vehicle, and upon seeing Wang Cong and Qin Dong sitting in the back seat, he asked with a smile.

"We're going along to have some fun. It's been a while since I went to South Korea. Since you guys are going to South Korea this time, we also thought about going over to relax for a while."

Wang Cong said with a smile.

Jiang Chuan didn't say much; naturally, he couldn't interfere with where others chose to go.

The group of four arrived at the airport, took a flight, and successfully reached the capital of South Korea—Hanyang.

"Are you here yet? I've already arrived at Hanyang Airport."

As the four of them got off the plane, Wang Cong was speaking fluent South Korean.

"Brother Wang is truly versatile, mastering multiple languages."

Jiang Chuan hadn't expected Wang Cong to speak South Korean, and he chuckled as he said this.

Qin Dong and Xu Jia couldn't help but laugh when they heard Jiang Chuan call Wang Cong versatile.

Jiang Chuan looked at the two of them, completely bewildered.

"Brother Wang's exact words were: 'I learn these languages just so there's no language barrier between us, allowing us to better communicate about life.'"

"A true talent!"

Jiang Chuan was speechless upon realizing that Wang Cong learned multiple languages just to communicate about life, and he could only utter those two words.

"Did you two fellows just talk bad about me?"

Wang Cong ended his call, looked at Qin Dong and Xu Jia, and stated confidently.

"No, Xiao Chuan said you were versatile, and we both agreed."

Qin Dong said with a smile, but Wang Cong wouldn't believe it.

He could understand Jiang Chuan praising him. If these two praised him, pigs would surely fly.

"They're here."

Wang Cong didn't say anything else. Upon seeing a familiar license plate and hearing a familiar engine sound, Wang Cong smiled happily.

Over a dozen top-tier sports cars quickly pulled up in front of them.

Over a dozen young men stepped out of the sports cars.

Leading them was a handsome, fashionably dressed young man with gray hair.

The young man was named Jin Zhengdao.

One of the heirs of the Hanwha Group.

Wang Cong knew him naturally because their families' companies had business cooperation, and since both enjoyed having fun, they were kindred spirits and became familiar with each other.

"Old Wang, it's been a long time since you came to South Korea."

"Old Jin, how dare you say that to me? It's been a long time since you came to Modu to find me. I know you went to Japan to have a good time recently, but you didn't call me."

Jin Zhengdao and Wang Cong greeted each other warmly upon meeting.

Wang Cong then introduced Jiang Chuan and the other two.

"Get in the car. I brought the sports car you like."

After everyone got acquainted, Jin Zhengdao called out with a smile.

The people who came with Jin Zhengdao left four supercars behind.

Wang Cong showed no courtesy, walked up to a Bugatti, decisively got in, started it, and as the engine roared, Wang Cong looked excited.

"I'll drive this Aventador."

Xu Jia also loved sports cars. He walked up to the Aventador, sat in the passenger seat, stepped on the accelerator, and his face showed unconcealed excitement.

Qin Dong also loved cars; he chose a Ferrari.

Jiang Chuan didn't have much interest in cars, so he chose the last one, a McLaren.

Jiang Chuan had always believed that a car was merely a symbol of status; as for other functions, like how fast it could go, he wasn't interested.

Vroom, vroom, vroom.

As everyone got into their cars, the engine sounds continuously erupted.

Jin Zhengdao was the first to speed off.

Unwilling to fall behind, Wang Cong quickly chased after Jin Zhengdao.

The others followed closely behind, none willing to lag behind the rest.

For a moment, over a dozen supercars immediately began a spectacular street race around the airport.

Jiang Chuan watched everyone begin their competition without much interest. He drove steadily, following slowly behind them.

"Who are these people racing at the airport? Isn't anyone going to stop them?"

"Who dares to stop them? The person leading them is one of the heirs of the Hanwha Group, one of the top ten conglomerates in South Korea."

The racing naturally attracted the attention of airport personnel. A group of people started discussing it, but once they knew Jin Zhengdao's identity, everyone fell silent.

In South Korea, there are only two types of people you absolutely cannot provoke.

One is the prosecutor whose power is paramount.

The other is naturally the chaebol who can influence elections.

Ten-odd minutes later.

The group successfully arrived in the city center, and their speed gradually slowed down.

Jin Zhengdao and the others parked their sports cars outside a Chinese restaurant.

Since Wang Cong had come to South Korea, Jin Zhengdao naturally needed to fulfill his duties as the host. Knowing that Wang Cong liked Huaguo cuisine, he naturally brought them here.

"Old Wang, your skills are pretty good. You were almost keeping up with me. Keep working hard, and maybe one day you can become a professional racer."

Jin Zhengdao watched Wang Cong get out of the car and said with a smile.

"I can't compare to professional racers like you."

"Your driving is too strong. You deliberately slowed down later on; I saw it!"

Wang Cong merely gave a wry smile and didn't take it to heart.

Jin Zhengdao just smiled, and the group entered the Chinese restaurant.

The Chinese restaurant was completely empty, causing Wang Cong to frown.

"Don't overthink it. This Chinese restaurant has very good business. If I hadn't spent enough money, the owner wouldn't have been willing to let me book the whole place."

Jin Zhengdao noticed Wang Cong's surprise and said with a smile.

"Fine. That's just how you are."

Wang Cong wasn't too surprised to hear that Jin Zhengdao had reserved the entire venue, which explained why it was empty.

Jiang Chuan also arrived here shortly after.

As the host, Jin Zhengdao naturally started livening up the atmosphere, and everyone began a unique drinking competition.

Jiang Chuan and the other three followed the local customs and accepted every challenge.

The four representatives from Huaguo were battling against over a dozen people from South Korea.
