189: Zhang Guangming gave birth to a demon, and Suiren wanted to prove the Great Luo.

"To be a dog, to be a dog for the Lord of Light."

That existence, whose entire body was surrounded by boundless power of light, had a trace of coldness on his face.

Indeed, for so many years, had he not been acting as a dog for that Lord of Light?

That One was the creator of the world, and they, the later generations, were all cultivating That One's Dao.

Hunyuan is unique; while That One has not fallen, who among the later generations could break through to that Realm?

Yet they had no choice but to do so. One step in the cultivation of a Hunyuan Expert is the 'Evolution of Dao'; the Lord of Light uses them, existences who Cultivate the Dao of Light, to evolve his own Dao.

The Dao they Cultivate will ultimately become nourishment for that Lord of Light.

Wishing to Cultivate other Daos within this Great World of Light would make one a heretic.

Without the favor of heaven and earth, even achieving the Daluo Realm is a pipe dream, let alone existences at the Quasi-Saint level.

Yet in doing so, it also extinguished any hope they had of advancing.

This is the Dao of the Lord of Light, and also his method of Cultivation.

The experts of a Great World all Cultivate the Dao of Light together, providing him with a continuous stream of insights and innovations, thereby allowing him to step into a higher Realm.

Luo Hu does not do this. Although he is the Dominator of the Demonic Path, he does not force all living beings to only Cultivate the Demonic Path and not Cultivate other Daos.

Theoretically speaking, it is possible to Cultivate multiple Daos within the Demonic Path.

But whether one can actually succeed is hard to say; after all, the Hunyuan Realm is far too advanced.

After all, for those existences with extraordinary Aptitude who Cultivate the Demonic Path, those with truly good Aptitude either Cultivate according to the Legacy of heaven and earth, or they open up their own Dao.

Or they use the Demonic Path as an auxiliary Dao to enhance their own means.

The vast majority of those who Cultivate the Demonic Path are those with no hope for the future.

Feeling that they cannot break through that Bottleneck, they have to resort to some heterodox methods to complete their transformation.

This majestic existence, whose entire body radiated the power of light, fell silent. Even though that Lord of Light had bestowed upon him a sliver of authority over the Great World of Light, allowing him to mobilize a sliver of the world's power.

Within this world, he was not much weaker than an existence who had just broken through to the Hunyuan Realm.

But why bestow this power of authority over the Great World of Light? It was nothing more than to have them govern this world for him.

Severing their Dao, binding them tightly with a chain, and then granting them a bit of authority—Luo Hu's words could be said to have struck directly at his heart.

They were not the invincible ones of the world, nor the strongest under the Hunyuan Realm, but merely a dog—a dog raised by the Master of the Great World of Light.

Perhaps it didn't matter before, but now with the Fusion of the worlds, there is no restriction on breaking through to the Hunyuan Realm in the Honghuang World; one only needs to resolve all Karma with heaven and earth.

It seems desperate, but there is ultimately a tiny, insignificant sliver of hope, and furthermore, there are indeed existences in that world who have achieved this Realm.

His heart was filled with confusion: should he unhesitatingly follow in the footsteps of the Lord of Light, or should he fall into darkness from now on and become the—King—of that darkness?

If he chooses to fall into darkness, then the best method is to choose to inherit everything from That One.

His gaze turned to Luo Hu. This person before him was truly worthy of being a Hunyuan Expert; the one currently remaining in this world was naturally not his true body, but an insignificant Incarnation.

Yet even if it was just an Incarnation, it was still mysterious and unfathomable; even without relying on the authority of the Great World of Light, he had no way to Seal it.

Coupled with this accumulated power of darkness from countless years, all the negative forces of the Great World of Light, the Hunyuan Realm was truly not a pipe dream. The only thing that needed to be considered was how to evade the prying eyes of that Lord of Light.

"Have you thought it through? Once you have, you just need to act. As for other matters, leave them to Me to resolve."

As Luo Hu spoke, a black seed condensed. This was a key, a key that could trigger the boundless power of darkness and Luo Hu's understanding of the Dao of Darkness.

Once obtained, one could use the power of this key to rapidly improve.

Even achieving the peak of the Quasi-Saint level in one go, or reaching for the Hunyuan Realm, was not impossible.

That existence, whose entire body radiated Holy Light, looked into the darkness, and in the end, made a decision.

A thought entered it, and that dark seed subsequently vanished into the Void Realm.

"Congratulations, you have made the right choice."

Within the Great World of Light, Luo Hu's voice echoed eerily, and then his aura gradually became weak. The dark power accumulated in this nameless divine mountain also gradually hid itself.

Since this one had already agreed, it was time to start a war with the Great World of Light, providing an opportunity for this one to achieve the Hunyuan Realm.

As for whether they would join forces, that would be somewhat laughable. Light and darkness are inherently opposed, and furthermore, the source of these dark forces was right there—it was the negative power accumulated by the Great World of Light over countless years.

Once he successfully breaks through to the Hunyuan Realm, his Dao aura will spread to the entire Great World of Light; this will be a battle of the Dao.

They will seize authority over the Great World of Light from each other, eventually achieving uniqueness.

...

In the Primordial World, time flowed bit by bit, and the changes between heaven and earth were extremely great. In the territory of the Human Race, high above the firmament, one Human Race figure after another gathered, as if waiting for something.

At this moment, in that firmament, endless starlight shone and reflected. Lu Lin's figure condensed, looking toward the Human Race, and she spoke leisurely:

"By the order of the Demon... *cough cough*..."

Lu Lin seemed to have thought of something, coughed twice, and then resumed a serious expression.

"By the order of Lord Heavenly Emperor, the Human Race's reproductive ability in these years can be considered to be in the forefront of heaven and earth, and they are specially granted a selection quota for the daluo loan."

As soon as these words were spoken, many Great Luo Experts fell silent.

A daluo loan quota? No, why? They had clearly used so many means to make the Human Race's reproduction slow, and their growth rate had gradually stagnated.

Why could the Human Race still possess a daluo loan quota?

The Heavenly Wolf Ancestor was even more furious in his heart. His gaze fixed on the list; the Human Race's ranking was at the 100th place, while they, due to continuous internal strife among the various races, had been squeezed to the 101st position.

If he had just a little more time, to suppress the Human Race for a while longer, or to kill some of them, then this position would have been his Heavenly Wolf Clan's.

Among the Human Race, The Fire Discoverer was unhurried. He took a step forward, bowed to Lu Lin, and then respectfully said:

"Senior Star Deer, I wonder if our Human Race can give up this quota opportunity in exchange for other things."

As soon as these words were spoken, the existences present were stunned.

Giving up a daluo loan quota? What kind of ridiculous joke is this? What is Daluo? It is the pinnacle of the Primordial World; once achieved, one is among the upper echelons of heaven and earth. To think someone would actually give it up.

Lu Lin did not take this matter to heart, but just calmly said:

"Do you know what this opportunity is? It is something that billions of races cannot beg for. Are you sure you want to give it up?"

The Fire Discoverer's gaze was firm as he said in a deep voice:

"Yes, that is correct. This quota is too precious; our Human Race cannot afford it. Billions of races are watching in the dark, and because of this, countless clansmen have fallen. I cannot let their blood and flesh forge my Daluo position."

"Furthermore, I just want to try and see if, in this world, one can attain Daluo without a daluo loan."
