194: Chapter 194 The Supreme Enlightenment
In the Primordial World, within the territory of the Human Race, an old man rode a Green Ox, traveling among the humans. He seemed to have no cultivation at all, not even an Immortal.
Yet, within this vast world, he suffered not a single scratch.
This had nothing to do with the cultivation of the Grand Supreme Elder Lord, but rather the majestic Luck he possessed. Why is it that when a powerhouse undergoes Reincarnation, as long as they aren't completely broken, they face no disasters or tribulations?
This was the reason. They possessed Luck so immense that, aside from beings of the same Realm, no one could possibly kill them.
But such beings usually handle everything while they are alive, leaving no opportunity for those who come after.
The Grand Supreme Elder Lord was the same. Although he had transformed into a mortal, it did not mean he couldn't restore his Peak cultivation and power. Furthermore, atop Kunlun Mountain, the Jade Pure Primeval Lord of Heaven and the Supreme Pure Spirit Treasure Heavenly Venerable were watching over him.
If any being could still disrupt this, the one acting would have to be a Hunyuan.
And not a Hunyuan from within the Primordial World, but a Hunyuan Expert from one of the many other worlds.
If such beings truly managed to sneak in, Hongjun and Rahu could be considered incompetent. After all, they had prepared for countless ages; how could they not have guarded against this?
Within the Human Race, the old man transformed from the Grand Supreme Elder Lord wandered through human territory.
Compared to the beginning, the Human Race was now significantly better off.
For instance, the original Acquired Human Race could only cultivate by trying every means to excavate the Innate Bloodline within their bodies. But they were Acquired by nature; how much Innate Bloodline could they truly contain?
Almost none. Those who possessed even a trace of Innate Bloodline were regarded as the Prodigies of the Human Race.
Yet even these so-called Prodigies found it difficult to achieve Immortal Ascension, let alone reach the so-called Immortal Golden Immortal or Taiyi Realm.
This was the original Acquired Human Race; with no path for cultivation, they could only follow in the footsteps of their Seniors. But what of those Seniors? In the Primordial World, they were merely the lowest level of existence.
Over the years, things gradually changed. An, using the cultivation methods of the Demonic Path combined with the techniques of the Myriad Innate Races, barely carved out a cultivation path for the Human Race.
Of course, this basic cultivation path could at most reach the level of an Immortal and carried severe side effects.
Within a small tribe of the Human Race, the Grand Supreme Elder Lord had stayed for over two thousand years.
For the vast Primordial World, where even an ordinary member of the Acquired Human Race could live for ten thousand years, this amount of time was incredibly short.
"Are you going to seek immortality again? Seeking immortality, seeking immortality... don't forget that a large portion of those Immortals and gods are enemies of our Human Race."
"If not for Emperor Sui, our Human Race would have been wiped out long ago."
Within the tribe, two young human men were arguing. One of them spoke angrily.
The other sighed and spoke slowly.
"Wu, do not be so absolute. There are still many Immortals and gods in the Primordial World. Not all beings at the level of Immortals and gods have a prejudice against our Human Race."
"The Holy Mother, the various Immortals of the Heavenly Court—do they? Certainly not. Our Human Race's cultivation methods are too scarce; we have no so-called Innate Legacy, nor the Aptitude to be born into the Daluo Realm."
"I seek immortality to find another path for the Human Race."
The young man's eyes were extremely firm as he spoke without the slightest hesitation.
"Hmph, ridiculous. How many living beings in the world are willing to leak their cultivation methods? If you ask me, to get their methods, the only way is to fight, to strive, and to seize. We must extract all sorts of techniques from their bodies."
Wu dismissed the young man's words and proposed his own opinion.
The young man shook his head and spoke helplessly:
"Wu, I cannot convince you, and you cannot convince me. Let us prove everything through our actions."
With that, the young man flashed away, walking firmly toward the borders of the Human Race.
The Grand Supreme Elder Lord, riding his Green Ox, approached the young man.
"Little fellow, I heard you say you want to seek immortality. Is the Human Race not good enough? Is Emperor Sui not powerful enough within the Human Race?"
The Grand Supreme Elder Lord posed his question. The young man looked slowly at the old man. Did he have some impression of him?
It was said he had fled here from another tribe. That tribe was near a small Innate race, where members were born at the level of Immortals and gods.
Even the weakest Immortal surpassed their imagination and was an existence they could hardly resist. However, this old man seemed to have experienced much and possessed some mysterious methods.
For instance, if some of the Acquired Human Race fell ill, he could use simple means to help them recover.
Naturally, the same applied to ordinary injuries.
Although he had no name, the humans of this tribe called him Lao Dan.
He looked at the old man and spoke slowly:
"The Human Race is good, but not strong enough. If I stay within the Human Race, perhaps Immortal Ascension wouldn't be very difficult, but achieving the Immortal Golden Immortal or Daluo Realm would be almost entirely impossible."
"Our Human Race lacks such knowledge. This is exactly why I want to seek immortality and find a teacher within the Primordial World."
"While I cannot give the knowledge my teacher imparts to the Human Race directly, once I achieve a certain Realm, I can give my own knowledge to the Human Race."
"Furthermore, I can use that to bring some convenience to the Human Race."
Upon hearing this, the Grand Supreme Elder Lord nodded in agreement. This was the natural order of things, a very normal occurrence.
He looked at the young man before him, a hint of satisfaction in his eyes. While Wu wasn't wrong, he was being too idealistic.
To seize, to fight, to strive—it sounds good, but does the Human Race have the capability?
Did An's cultivation methods regarding the Demonic Path come from seizing?
They can only seize from weak races. What use are the cultivation methods of weak races?
They themselves cannot achieve the Daluo Realm. Even if one cultivates those seized methods perfectly, they would still be below the Daluo Realm, and might not even reach the level of those weak races.
In an instant, a realization dawned in his heart. Perhaps his Great Dao lay in this. What does the Primordial World lack now? Undoubtedly, it is cultivation methods and knowledge.
What Hongjun preached was the Dao, which was too profound and obscure. One had to at least reach the Immortal Golden Immortal Realm to be qualified to listen and truly understand.
And how many actually listened? It was certainly impossible to inform all living beings between heaven and earth.
Then what he must do is bestow a technique upon the living beings of the world, a technique that allows them to cultivate continuously. It wouldn't be based on Bloodline Power or Innate Legacy, but rather like pointing out a path.
Instead, he would break those things down so that ordinary Innate Living Beings could digest them and find their own paths.
For a moment, the Grand Supreme Elder Lord reached a realization.
