Remnant Pearl, Protoss Beacon

On the platform, the survivors of the disaster were still kowtowing in excitement, grateful to Nightmare, this 'great god' who had suddenly descended. Nightmare, however, had already cast those insignificant noises to the back of his mind, his primal cube precisely locking onto that trace of residual, special fluctuation.

With a flash of his figure, he appeared at the location where the raider starship had previously been annihilated. The Void Realm was empty, with only a few lingering spatial ripples that had not yet fully subsided. But under the microscopic perception of his primal cube, a diamond-shaped crystal, about the size of a fingernail, entirely silver-white, with fine star patterns engraved on its surface, was quietly floating there.

It emitted an extremely faint, yet exceptionally pure fluctuation of the Power of the Stars, which was completely out of place in this Chaos Frontier environment, and even more distinct from the foul aura of that dilapidated starship.

The primal cube instantly captured it and began an analysis.

[Target: Unknown beacon/key (damaged). Material: High-purity Star Spirit alloy. Energy characteristics: 99.7% match with Star Spirit Race creations. Internal structure: Core runes 85% damaged, residual information extremely incomplete.]

[Analysis of residual information fragments: ...Alert... Highest authority... 'Sanctuary' coordinates... (Unable to recognize)... 'god devourer'... (Unable to recognize)... 'Seed' has... (Data completely lost)...]

Something from the Star Spirit Race? And it looks like some kind of Advanced alert beacon or authority key? How could it appear on a raider's broken starship?

Nightmare raised an eyebrow. Could this 'Vulture' Carlos have some connection with the Star Spirit Race? Or did they rob some unlucky soul who possessed a Star Spirit relic?

'god devourer'? 'Seed'? These fragmented words combined together exuded an ominous feeling.

He attempted to inject a trace of the Power of Annihilation into this damaged beacon, trying to activate its final function. The beacon glowed faintly, projecting a blurry, almost unrecognizable star chart fragment, which flickered for less than half a second before extinguishing completely. The star patterns on its surface also dimmed, as if it had exhausted its last bit of energy.

'It seems useless now.' Nightmare felt a slight sense of regret. The beacon was too severely damaged, and even the primal cube could not recover valid information from a pile of garbled code.

He tossed the useless beacon into his primal cube space and placed it with those Chaos crystals, considering it a memento; perhaps it would come in handy if he encountered more Star Spirit Race items in the future.

After dealing with this small interlude, Nightmare returned to the platform. The survivors, under his 'reminder,' had begun to tremble as they cleaned up the aftermath and repaired the ground corroded by acid. Their gazes toward him were filled with awe, as if they were looking at a walking deity.

The old priest, Norton, followed closely behind him, his posture humble to the extreme.

Nightmare ignored them and went straight back to the bottom secret chamber, once again focusing his attention on the star core fragment and the primal cube. Compared to those unclear, fragmented pieces of information, these two items were the real gains.

He sat cross-legged, the primal cube establishing a connection, starting to deeply query the detailed information regarding the repair technology for the 'Standard Realm Stellar Core,' while simultaneously diverting a wisp of his mind to continue studying the mysteries of the Star Spirit Race encrypted runes inside that fragment.

Su Wanqing stood guard quietly on the side, also taking advantage of the relatively safe environment here to continue consolidating her cultivation and digesting what she had witnessed earlier.

Time passed quietly amidst the silent study.

I don't know how long it had been, when the primal cube suddenly sent a notification that was not urgent but carried the implication of a 'new discovery.'

[Beep! primal cube database deep retrieval complete. Found related entry: Purification plan for 'contaminated/mutated' standard energy (Theoretical Chapter).]

[Note: This plan requires coordination with 'Order-aligned High-dimensional Energy' or 'Source-level Purification Law' to be implemented; current conditions are insufficient.]

[Additionally: Based on the reverse deduction of the residual structure of the Star Spirit Race encrypted runes inside the fragment, partial coordinate parameters have been completed (Confidence 62%). This coordinate points to a region located deep within the 'Chaos Frontier,' marked as 'High Risk - Unknown.']

The purification plan couldn't be used for now, but the completed coordinate parameters stirred Nightmare's heart.

Deep within the Chaos Frontier? High risk? Unknown? It sounded... very interesting.

His strength had greatly increased, and he needed more resources and opportunities to push for a higher Realm, as well as more information about this Universe to find a way out. These completed coordinates seemed to point to a place that might hide the secrets of the Star Spirit Race, or at least be related to the Star Spirit Race.

Risk? Opportunities always coexist with risks. With his current strength and trump cards, as long as he didn't run into those old monsters that had lived for several epochs, moving sideways through this Chaos Frontier wouldn't be a problem.

'Decided. The next target will be to go and check out this coordinate point.' Nightmare made up his mind.

He opened his eyes and looked at Su Wanqing, who was waiting on the side: 'How is your recovery?'

Su Wanqing smiled, 'I am already fine. Senior Brother, do you have a plan?'

Nightmare nodded and shared the completed coordinate information with her: 'We are going to explore this place.'

Su Wanqing never had any objections to Nightmare's decisions, just nodding obediently: 'Okay.'

Nightmare looked at the old priest Norton, who was serving cautiously on the side, and casually tossed him a few pieces of Chaos crystals with gentle energy and a small bottle of diluted World Tree dew (mixed from scraps).

'These should be enough for you to sustain yourselves for a while. Take care of yourselves.'

Norton took the items, feeling the pure energy within, and was so excited that he wanted to kneel again, but was stopped by a look from Nightmare.

'Your grace, my lord, we will never forget it! May I ask for your name, so we can offer our respects day and night...' Norton asked cautiously.

'No need.' Nightmare said indifferently. Names and such were meaningless. He pulled Su Wanqing up, triggered his primal cube, and directly constructed a spatial gate, locking onto the newly obtained coordinates.

A silver-gray light flashed, and their figures disappeared from the platform, leaving behind only a group of survivors kneeling on the ground, shedding tears of gratitude.

Norton gazed at the place where they had disappeared for a long time without speaking, finally letting out a long sigh, and tightly clutching the crystals and jade bottle in his hand. This was the last hope for the survivors of the Star Observatory.

... Chaos Frontier, unknown region. The spatial gate opened, and Nightmare and Su Wanqing stepped out.

The scene before them stunned them slightly. This was not the treacherous wasteland they had expected, but rather... unusually 'clean.'

In the Void Realm, countless huge, mirror-smooth silver slabs were floating. These slabs were arranged in an orderly manner, forming 'passages' or 'corridors' that stretched endlessly.

Between the corridors, a faint, metallic-textured silver mist permeated the air, blocking the probe of Divine Sense.

There were no twisted monsters, no chaotic energy, only a kind of absolute and oppressive 'Order' and 'Silence.'

The primal cube's scan showed that the spatial structure here was extremely stable, and the Laws also presented a regulated feeling of having been 'combed,' which was completely different from other places in the Chaos Frontier.

'This place... is so peculiar.' Su Wanqing said softly, her Nine Aperture Exquisite Body seeming to be subject to some invisible restraint here.

Nightmare's primal cube scanned the silver slabs and mist deeply, and he frowned slightly. The technological level or the application of Laws of these Materials seemed to be very high, and the style... was different from all the civilizations he knew.

The primal cube also had no clear records about this place.

Just as he was preparing to explore deeper along a corridor— Click. An extremely faint sound, as if a mechanism had been activated, came from behind a silver slab not far ahead.

Immediately after, a cold, emotionless voice, like metal colliding, suddenly rang in their minds: 'Unauthorized visitor detected.' 'Identity verification: Failed.' 'Threat level assessment: High.' 'Executing clearance protocol.'

Hum! The silver slabs around them, which had been still, instantly lit up with countless complex blue energy patterns on their surfaces! The silver mist between the corridors also began to surge violently, condensing into silver humanoid Puppets holding energy blades, with no facial features!

A murderous aura instantly permeated the air.
