The seed of Tao contains spirit, and the flame is passed down from generation to generation.

Nightmare slept for seven days.

Medicine Old Man kept watch outside the stone house day and night, personally brewing medicinal soups and occasionally entering to check Nightmare's pulse.

He discovered that although Nightmare's aura remained weak, it was recovering at a slow but firm pace; deep within that pulse, there was a faint, heavy, and vibrant feeling, like the world just beginning, which he could not comprehend.

During these seven days, Shiquan Village also underwent significant changes.

The gloom on the villagers' faces had been swept away, replaced by hopeful smiles and drive.

The fences were repaired to be sturdier, and they even began to Cultivate new land on the outskirts, attempting to plant some special crops Nightmare had mentioned in passing that might contain weak Qi.

The hunting team still went out, but they were more cautious and began consciously collecting various strange minerals and plant samples that Nightmare might need.

Stone Tiger and the younger generation had an unprecedented enthusiasm for Cultivation.

They no longer viewed their ancestral Body Refining techniques merely as a means to strengthen their bodies or hunt for a living, but truly studied them as a "path" leading to power.

The image of Nightmare breaking into the Forbidden Ground and turning the tide that day was deeply imprinted in their hearts, becoming the goal they chased.

On the evening of the seventh day, Nightmare slowly opened his eyes.

His eyes no longer held the previous weakness and exhaustion, but had recovered a bit of depth and clarity, though within that depth, there seemed to be a hint of indescribable Chaos color, as if nebulae were forming and vanishing within them.

He used his Divine Sense for internal inspection.

Within his body, that Chaos Seed had stabilized, about the size of a pigeon egg, completely gray and hazy, with countless tiny, naturally formed patterns slowly flowing on its surface, as if containing the supreme truths of heaven and earth.

It no longer needed Nightmare to intentionally guide it; it could rotate spontaneously and extremely slowly, breathing in vitality from the world tree seedling and the thin, inert energy from the outside world, converting it into threads of pure chaos qi flow, nourishing his Physical Body and dao Foundation.

Although the conversion efficiency was extremely low and the chaos qi flow produced was as thin as silk, this was a qualitative change!

It meant that his Chaos Dao Foundation finally possessed the Foundation to "be self-sufficient" in this world, no longer entirely dependent on the reserves of the primal cube space or external Opportunity.

The cracks in his dao Foundation had completely healed, and even more complex and mysterious dark gold patterns similar to those on the Chaos Seed had appeared on its surface, making it look more ancient and solid.

His Divine Sense had recovered more than half, enough to cover the entire village and the surrounding mountains and forests.

His strength had recovered to about the level of the Middle Stage of Foundation Establishment.

It was far from his Peak, but with the characteristics of the Chaos Seed, the essence and potential of his power were no longer what they used to be.

He clenched his fist gently, feeling the Chaos power in his body that, although weak, carried the potential to "evolve all things," and his heart was calm.

What was lost would eventually return, and it would return in an even stronger form.

"Mr. Ye, you're awake?" Medicine Old Man, who had been keeping an eye on the movement inside the room, immediately walked in with a bowl of warm medicinal soup, his face full of joy.

Nightmare took the medicinal soup, his Divine Sense stirring slightly, and he immediately analyzed its ingredients; it was a few types of herbs that strengthened the Foundation and nourished Qi and blood, which was indeed beneficial to his current condition.

He drank it slowly, and a warm current spread throughout his limbs and bones.

"Thank you, old man." Nightmare spoke; although his voice was still a bit hoarse, it had much more vigor.

"Sir, you are too kind; this is my duty." Medicine Old Man waved his hand quickly, then a hint of hesitation appeared on his face, but he still said: "Sir, everyone in the village, especially the younger generation, respects you like a god and is even more eager for power... I wonder if you could... offer some guidance?"

Nightmare looked at Medicine Old Man, he understood instantly.

If Shiquan Village wanted to truly establish itself in this Land of Absolute Spirit, relying on his protection alone was not enough; they had to become strong themselves.

The Chaos Dao he walked, while profound, had some basic concepts regarding developing one's own potential and invoking internal Qi that might be beneficial to the Body Refining techniques favored in this world.

He pondered for a moment and said: "The Dao I Cultivate is vastly different from yours, so it cannot be forced. However, we can discuss the methods of invoking one's own Qi and blood, condensing internal breath, and observing nature to comprehend 'momentum' and 'reason'."

Medicine Old Man was overjoyed upon hearing this!

For Nightmare to be willing to offer guidance, even if just a few words, was a supreme Opportunity for Shiquan Village!

"On behalf of the whole village, I thank you, Sir!" Medicine Old Man bowed deeply.

The next day, under the ancient tree in the center of the village.

Nightmare did not teach any specific Cultivation Technique, but let Stone Tiger and the other young hunters demonstrate their ancestral Body Refining techniques.

His Divine Sense stirred slightly, and the Chaos Seed rotated slowly, observing their Qi and blood circulation, muscle exertion, and the extremely weak interaction with the inert energy of the outside world from his unique perspective.

Then, combining the primal cube's analysis of life energy structures and his own understanding of "internal refining," he began to point out some inefficient or even erroneous parts of their techniques and proposed some ideas for improvement.

For example, how to more effectively vibrate Qi and blood to stimulate deep physical potential; how to better mobilize the whole body's muscles to form a combined force when throwing a punch; how to try to capture and refine the weak Qi contained in food and herbs through specific breathing rhythms and mental guidance, and turn it into his own use...

His guidance did not directly give them power, but "taught them how to fish," guiding them to discover and develop this Treasure Trove within themselves.

Stone Tiger and the others listened, mesmerized; many Bottlenecks that had troubled them for years were suddenly cleared up by Nightmare's few words of advice!

They tried it slightly according to the method Nightmare mentioned and felt that their Qi and blood circulation were smoother, and their strength seemed to have increased!

At this moment, their awe of Nightmare reached its Peak!

Nightmare looked at this group of energetic and eager young people, his heart calm.

He was not a selfless Saint; this move was firstly to repay the kindness of Shiquan Village for taking him in and protecting him, and secondly, he also needed a relatively stable stronghold with a certain amount of power.

Cultivating the strength of Shiquan Village would only be beneficial to his future exploration of the Land of Absolute Spirit.

Moreover, in the process of guiding them, he was observing the subtle characteristics of the Human Race's physical structure in this world, as well as their way of reacting to energy, which in turn deepened his understanding of the "inclusive" and "evolutionary" characteristics of the Chaos Seed.

The torch was quietly passed on in such plain and continuous exchanges.

Nightmare's status in Shiquan Village was no longer just a powerful guardian, but had become a spiritual mentor and a guide on the path of the Dao.

And his Chaos Seed, in this quiet sedimentation and absorption of new knowledge, was silently accumulating and growing, waiting for the next moment of blooming.
