31: The final exam is over

Li Changkong had a strange feeling, as if he was being watched by someone.

But looking around, there was nothing.

Shaking off this strange thought, Li Changkong continued to immerse himself in battle.

One hour, two hours, three hours.

Twelve hours quickly passed.

As the last Yao Beast fell to Li Changkong, his points total had already reached twenty thousand.

"Twenty thousand points, that should be enough to pass, right?"

Looking at the points on the token in his hand, Li Changkong felt a bit uncertain and muttered softly.

His words were also transmitted to the examiner's ears via a remote camera.

Upon hearing this, the examiner felt a mix of amusement and exasperation.

He hadn't expected Li Changkong to still be worried about failing at this point.

If twenty thousand points weren't enough to pass, then there would be no need to hold this major exam at all.

After the time was up, Li Changkong felt a strange force pressing against his body.

A flash of white light, and he was carried away from the space by that strange force.

Both the points and the evaluation Rank would only be announced after the complete exam results were released.

So, it was impossible to know immediately whether he had passed or not.

After Li Changkong emerged, quite a few students had already gathered in the plaza.

If one died in the Secret Realm, one would be transported out of the Secret Realm early.

The reason these students were waiting here so early was because they had died in the Secret Realm.

From the expressions on these students' faces, it was clear they were all full of sadness.

"How was it, your score?"

In the distance, Wang Yan had already walked over, quite concerned about Li Changkong's score.

"It was pretty good, passing shouldn't be a problem."

Li Changkong scratched his head and estimated.

"With your strength, if you didn't pass, you must have slept for twelve hours in the instance."

Wang Yan chuckled, not asking any more questions.

The results would be out in two days, and then there would naturally be a ranking.

After waiting for a while, other students gradually emerged from the instance.

These students also had mixed expressions of joy and worry, and they were discussing the recent Secret Realm with each other.

However, most people felt uncertain in their hearts; this Secret Realm was indeed a bit too difficult.

The Rank of the monsters was either too high or too low.

Killing low-Rank monsters naturally didn't yield many points, and it also took time to find monster groups.

Killing high-Rank monsters was inherently very dangerous, and one might easily fall there if careless.

Even if they could be killed, it would take more time.

Even if other students worked as a team, the speed of improvement was still limited.

"I really don't know if I can pass this time. I feel like it's a bit touch-and-go. I should have worked harder when I was raising my Rank before."

"I was almost killed by a Yao Beast during the fight. Luckily, my teammates were strong enough, otherwise I would have been directly eliminated."

"I got about four thousand points this time. I really don't know if I can get into university."

...After those students came out, they began discussing among themselves.

"Li Changkong, how's your score?"

After Xu Xiayang exited the Secret Realm, he immediately found Li Changkong and asked about his situation.

"Fighting the Secret Realm alone, he might have already been eliminated early, why ask him?"

An annoyed voice came from afar. Li Changkong looked in the direction of the voice and found it was an acquaintance.

It was the Fire Pulse Sorcerer from the Overbearing Guild, looking at Li Changkong with disdain.

Li Changkong had almost forgotten about the incident with the Overbearing Guild, but who knew this Fire Pulse Sorcerer still held a grudge.

Now, upon seeing Li Changkong, he couldn't help but mock him a little.

"Oh."

Li Changkong replied indifferently.

Fire Pulse Sorcerer Cheng Hao saw Li Changkong's calm expression, clearly not putting him in his eyes, which made him somewhat furious.

"The major exam is over now, and it's finally time to settle our score. After returning this time, you'd best not appear in any instances."

"I originally thought you were a man of backbone, but who knew you'd run to the school when you encountered some trouble. You're just a coward."

Cheng Hao looked at Li Changkong and spoke with anger.

Li Changkong, who hadn't intended to bother with him, felt a bit confused when he heard "school."

He asked, confused: "What school?"

"Are you still pretending here?"

"The principal specifically warned our Overbearing Guild before the college entrance exam not to cause you any trouble."

"Is there any other possibility besides you asking the principal? Coward!"

Cheng Hao snorted coldly, scoffing.

Hearing this, Li Changkong suddenly realized why the Overbearing Guild hadn't been making trouble during this period; it was because of the principal's warning.

Although the Overbearing Guild was powerful in Blue Sea City.

But when encountering the principal of Blue Sea No. 1 High School, they still needed to show him some respect.

"No problem, I'll be waiting."

Li Changkong spread his hands, looking indifferent... After the major exam ended, Li Changkong returned home.

Although his old classmates were holding a gathering, Li Changkong still declined as usual.

As soon as he got home, Li Wanwan ran over excitedly: "Brother, how was the major exam?"

"It was pretty good. Anyway, supporting Wanwan in the future won't be a problem."

Li Changkong showed a smile and rubbed Li Wanwan's head.

Li Wanwan didn't ask much about Li Changkong's score; she had one hundred percent faith in her brother.

"Let's eat first. After eating, we still need to train."

Li Changkong sat at the table, looking at Li Wanwan with a smile.

"Ah? Still need to train?"

Li Wanwan pouted, clearly a bit unhappy.

"You have your major exam in one year. If you don't work hard now, when will you?"

"After training, I'll take you to Ten Thousand Treasures Pavilion to have some fun and buy some things."

Li Changkong said with a smile.

"Go to Ten Thousand Treasures Pavilion?"

Upon hearing this, Li Wanwan's eyes lit up.

As a gathering place for professionals, Li Wanwan had only heard of Ten Thousand Treasures Pavilion but had never been inside.

If not led by a professional, ordinary people could not enter Ten Thousand Treasures Pavilion.

So, upon hearing about this opportunity, Li Wanwan immediately became energetic.

After quickly finishing her meal, she began training.

Li Changkong's main purpose for going to Ten Thousand Treasures Pavilion this time was to purchase some Materials needed to make potions.

He had obtained the Apothecary profession for a while, but Li Changkong had never tried it.

After all, he had been busy leveling up during this time, so he naturally had no time for these life professions.

Now that the major exam was complete, Li Changkong also wanted to see if this life profession was as magical as rumored.
