19: This is the third-level privilege!

It was already evening when Han Fei returned to his apartment building.

Dragging his tired body, he looked at the police tape sealing off the entrance to his building, which stood out conspicuously in the night, and a wave of helplessness washed over Han Fei.

This thick, highly visible tape completely blocked the building's entrance, like an insurmountable barrier.

The surrounding night had fallen, with only the dim yellow streetlights casting a hazy glow, enveloping the residential area in an unusual silence.

Yet, on this quiet night, a crowd had gathered in front of the sealed building. They were all residents of the building, now chattering excitedly, their emotions visibly agitated.

"Let me in! My child is still at home!"

A middle-aged woman cried out, her eyes glistening with tears, filled with deep worry for her child.

"I'm a resident here. I have something very important at home. Can't I just go in and get it? It'll only take a few minutes."

A man in a suit, his face anxious, tried to explain to the Guard Members maintaining order.

Han Fei stood at the back of the crowd, listening to these voices, a mix of emotions in his heart.

He already had a rough idea that the building was likely sealed because of the Garbage Monster that had attacked him.

The air was thick with a palpable tension and anxiety, like an invisible mist clinging to everyone's hearts.

Everyone was trying to find a solution in their own way: some anxiously making phone calls, others whispering tactics, or silently pondering alone.

However, facing the cold, unyielding police tape and the ready Guard Team, they seemed to have no choice but to wait helplessly, hoping the problem would be resolved quickly so they could return to their ordinary but warm homes.

"There was a Garbage Monster here. We'll discuss it after we've dealt with it!"

The Guard Team's attitude was very firm, holding up their shields and not allowing anyone to approach a single step.

Han Fei felt a bit helpless at this.

"It seems I can't keep a low profile after all."

Shaking his head, Han Fei squeezed through the crowd and approached the police tape.

"Stop! Do not advance further!"

A Guard Member, dressed in a dark green uniform with a Third-Class police rank on his epaulet, pointed at Han Fei and shouted sternly.

The auntie next to him, seeing Han Fei still trying to go forward, quickly grabbed his arm and said, "Young man, don't go! They'll hit you! These people don't care what your reasons are."

Han Fei patted the auntie's hand, signaling her to let go, "It's fine, they'll let me in."

"Young man, don't be silly, they really will hit you," the auntie emphasized with a serious expression.

A Guard Team member also shouted at this moment: "Brat, step back immediately, or don't blame us for getting physical!"

Han Fei chuckled at him, "Are you sure you dare to hit me?"

The Guard Team member, angered, was about to say something when he saw Han Fei slowly take out a gleaming gold medal from hisHuai.

"City Hero Medal?!"

The Guard Member's pupils slightly contracted, revealing deep shock and disbelief.

His gaze focused on the medal in Han Fei's hand, which shimmered with a unique yellow light.

The information that suddenly flooded his mind caused the muscles in his face to twitch involuntarily, revealing the tumultuous waves within him.

One must know that to become a Guard Team member in this world, one must undergo rigorous training andSelection by layer at the Guard Academy.

In that Guard Academy, where honor and discipline were equally important, "Medal Recognition" was a compulsory course that all cadets had to commit to memory.

All successful Guard Members understood that the objects they truly needed to protect were not the city and its civilians, but the owners of those medals—the heroes who had rendered great service to the nation or made significant contributions to society.

A City Hero Medal meant that the person was a hero of this nation!

Third-Class Citizen privilege meant that the person could at any time command a fully armed, well-trained Guard Team to serve him, providing the most comprehensive security!

Although he really wanted to say that this medal was fake, he knew it was impossible.

All medals were manufactured by an epic magical item controlled by the Dragon Kingdom.

That magical item bestowed a special ability upon all medals.

Upon seeing the medal, information would instantly appear in one's mind: "This medal is real, and it truly belongs to this person."

It was a reminder from the depths of one's Bloodline; as long as one possessed the Dragon Kingdom Bloodline, one could clearly determine the authenticity of the medal.

In other words, the moment he saw that medal, the Guard Member understood from the bottom of his heart that this medal was real and genuinely belonged to this person.

The affirmation from his Bloodline prevented him from raising any further doubts.

"Can I go in now?" Han Fei rattled the medal in his hand and asked.

Looking at Han Fei's youthful face, the Guard Member could only nod heavily, "Go in."

At this moment, a Guard Member behind him quickly patted his shoulder and whispered a reminder: "Watch your tone, that's a Third-Class Citizen adult!"

The Guard Member quickly bowed his head in fright, immediately adopting a humble expression: "A-Adult, please enter. If you need anything, you can find us at any time."

Seeing the Guard Member's terrified demeanor, Han Fei was slightly surprised.

"It seems the online descriptions of Third-Class Citizens are not exaggerated at all."

After a slight nod, Han Fei walked forward.

Another Guard Member, quick-witted, immediately pulled out a shining pair of scissors from his waist tool bag and cut all the police tape blocking Han Fei's path.

His movements were clean and decisive, without any hesitation or sloppiness, clearly showing extreme reverence and respect for Han Fei.

The auntie nearby watched this scene, her eyes wide as copper bells in astonishment, her face filled with bewilderment and shock.

Her hand, which had been grasping Han Fei's arm, unconsciously loosened. She was clearly still reeling from the dramatic turn of events.

Everyone else around them was equally stunned, their mouths agape.

They couldn't help but recall how they had been roughly treated by the Guard Team earlier.

At that time, the Guard Team members were like fierce beasts, quick to resort to physical violence. Several hot-headed young men had even been beaten black and blue, looking utterly disheveled.

Yet now, those previously arrogant Guard Members, when facing this young man, were like docile little white rabbits, not daring to even breathe loudly.

Their respectful and fearful attitude stood in stark contrast to their previous arrogance.

All these changes undoubtedly instilled a deep sense of awe and curiosity about Han Fei's identity and status in everyone present.

As Han Fei entered the building, he couldn't help but sigh with emotion.

"This is the privilege of a Third-Class Citizen."

In the Dragon Kingdom, a powerful and orderly nation, the status of a Third-Class Citizen was as inviolable as that of royalty.

If any Guard Member dared to offend a Third-Class Citizen, they would face severe legal punishment and the cold reality of a prison sentence.

Even a slight provocative glance or verbal affront could be known by higher authorities in an instant, followed by swift and decisive action. At best, they would lose their jobs; at worst, they would face imprisonment.

If this was true for the Guard Team, a violent enforcement agency, it was even more so for other ordinary citizens.

A casual remark from a Third-Class Citizen could potentially alter the fate of an ordinary person.

Their power was far beyond what most people could imagine!
