1: Starting with a professional awakening

Clang!

A strange noise suddenly echoed from the back of the classroom.

Everyone instinctively turned their gaze toward the last row, looking at a boy sitting in an awkward posture.

Students who sit there are usually the 'special figures' of the class, and many faces showed expressions of anticipation for a good show.

"Consultant, what's gotten into you? Stand up!"

The Class Teacher looked at the boy, his face extremely gloomy.

Magical Beasts proliferated here; the entire world was fraught with hidden dangers, and there were even numerous non-human races living within it.

As for the last question... Consultant recalled what had happened moments before. One second he was playing a game at home, and the next he appeared in this place. The only possible explanation was—

He had transmigrated!

"Consultant, you seem quite calm, don't you?" The Class Teacher looked at Consultant with displeasure, coldly tapped the blackboard, and asked, "Repeat what I just taught. If you can't, get out!"

This question was easy. It was common in games, so Consultant relied on his 'experience' to make things up.

"You said that the melee professions after Awakening include Warrior, Swordsman, Knight, and Samurai, among others."

"Ranged professions include Hunter, Mage, Warlock, and Astrologer, among others."

"Additionally, there are auxiliary professions such as Apothecary, Shaman, Priest, and Beast Tamer, among others."

"Every profession has different opportunities for job changes and promotions, requiring only that certain specific conditions are met to level up."

As he spoke, many people in the class began to whisper quietly, discussing the professions they hoped to Awaken.

Consultant was thinking the same thing. In his past gaming experience, ranged characters were squishy, support professions were useless, and only melee professions were the true gods!

I hope I can Awaken as a Swordsman... Consultant secretly thought.

Seeing that Consultant wasn't stumped, Liu Black Hand's expression turned sour. He could only coldly look at the entire class and snap, "Everyone shut up. I'm going to prepare the items needed for the Awakening. Class Monitor, watch them for me!"

And so, a few minutes later, Liu Black Hand returned to the classroom, holding a thick stack of cards and a semi-transparent glass sphere.

He placed these on the podium, cleared his throat, and held a roster—
