188: Jiang Feng appeared

When Jiang Feng walked out of the residential community gates, the midday sun was blazing.

The glaring sunlight spilled over him, yet it didn't affect his temperament in the slightest; instead, it made him appear even more clean and refreshing.

He was wearing a white shirt that Zheng Yiyun had ironed flat for him, its collar neatly buttoned.

His sleeves were casually rolled up to his elbows, revealing smooth-lined, well-defined forearms.

His skin was clean, and he wore no jewelry, yet he exuded a crisp, calm, and unhurried aura.

On his lower half, he wore black casual trousers that fit perfectly, making his legs look long and straight with excellent proportions.

On his feet was a pair of simple white canvas shoes, clean and tidy without a speck of dust.

He had no luxury car accompanying him, no famous watch to boost his image, and no luxury goods on his person... He looked like a clean and refreshing college graduate who had just finished school, as ordinary as could be... If thrown into a crowd, he wouldn't even warrant a second glance.

Yet, it was this seemingly ordinary young man who, the moment he appeared...

...caused the originally noisy and boisterous crowd to instantly fall deathly silent, so quiet that even the sound of a needle dropping on the ground could be heard clearly.

No one spoke anymore, and no one pointed or whispered.

Everyone's gaze was firmly focused on him, their eyes filled with shock and confusion.

They didn't understand why this ordinary young man could make everyone subconsciously fall silent.

It wasn't because of how handsome Jiang Feng was, nor was it because of how well he dressed.

It was because of Li Wei's reaction—the same Li Wei who just a moment ago had looked at Liu Ruyan with impatience and even a hint of disgust, his face so gloomy it could practically drip water.

The moment he saw Jiang Feng, it was as if a switch had been flipped, and he completely changed.

His back, which had been straight just now, was now bent even lower... The impatience and gloom on his face were instantly replaced by a smile of utmost respect... Even his eyes betrayed uncontrollable excitement, awe, and a hint of anxiety, fearing he might not provide adequate hospitality.

Obviously, he had seen the client's information and knew who the real owner of the car was!

He didn't even have time to say another word to Liu Ruyan, nor did he have time to tidy his clothes.

He jogged over to greet Jiang Feng, his pace so fast he stumbled slightly, nearly tripping over a small stone by the roadside.

He was in a state of disarray, but he didn't care at all.

"Mr. Jiang! You're finally here!"

Li Wei's voice carried a faint, imperceptible tremble—it was excitement, awe, and a sense of relief from finally having waited for the person.

His tone was respectful to the extreme: "I've kept you waiting. I'm truly sorry; it was all my oversight for not greeting you here sooner..."

He ran up to Jiang Feng and, without the slightest hesitation, bowed ninety degrees, bending his waist extremely low.

He respectfully handed over an exquisite black folder—its cover was made of genuine leather with a rich texture, devoid of any superfluous patterns, appearing simple yet elegant.

Inside were all the documents for the vehicle.

"Mr. Jiang, these are all the documents for the maybach you customized. The purchase tax, vehicle registration, and insurance are all settled. There are no issues; it will take effect as soon as you sign."

"The car keys are also here. Please take them!"

As Li Wei spoke, he pulled an exquisite car key from his pocket and presented it to Jiang Feng with both hands...
