30: Chapter 30: The Military's Trump Card Turned to Meat! Forcing the U.S. President to Bow Down!

Through the lens of the communication device, Chu Feng's cold face was clearly projected onto the massive screen inside The Pentagon.

The highest levels of both The White House and The Pentagon were deathly silent.

"Chu Feng..."

The President of the Eagle Nation braced his hands against the conference table, his knuckles turning white from excessive force.

He stared at the screen, his voice squeezing out from between his teeth, carrying rage repressed to the extreme:

"You are declaring war on the entire United States of America!"

"Do you have any idea who you are stepping on? That is the finest soldier in the USA!"

"The finest soldier?"

Chu Feng sneered, the curve of his lips becoming increasingly cruel.

The military boot beneath his foot suddenly exerted force.

"Arghhhhh!"

Ghost let out a shrill, pig-like scream, and a large amount of blood mixed with chunks of internal organs gushed from his mouth.

This Delta Force commander, who once killed without blinking on the battlefield,

was now beneath Chu Feng's foot, worth less than a stray dog being beaten.

The screams traveled through the communication device, clearly reaching the ears of every general in The Pentagon.

The General of the Special Operations Command was livid.

His fists were clenched so tightly they cracked, yet he dared not utter a single sound.

"In my eyes, this is just a pile of rat meat that only knows how to hide in the dark."

Chu Feng stared coldly into the lens.

"Is this your so-called ace card? Too weak, so weak that I can't even muster a bit of interest."

"What exactly do you want?!"

The President roared hoarsely.

"One hundred billion US dollars have already been transferred to you! What more do you want!"

"That was just money to buy the lives of those Wall Street fat pigs in the building."

Chu Feng blew a smoke ring, the smoke curling in front of the lens.

"Now, we are talking about another account. You cut off the water and electricity in Los Santos, causing my women to not even have hot water to shower with, and I am very unhappy."

Kneeling nearby, Evelyn and Stussy trembled upon hearing this.

Stussy even lifted her stunningly beautiful face, looking at Chu Feng with an expression of near-maniacal adoration.

This man was actually threatening the President of the Eagle Nation just so they could take a hot shower!

"I'll give you ten minutes."

Chu Feng's tone left no room for negotiation, as if he were issuing an imperial decree.

"First, restore the electricity and water supply to the entire city of Los Santos."

"Second, the one hundred thousand National Guard troops outside must immediately retreat fifty kilometers. Clear out the entire city of Los Santos for me."

"Impossible!"

The Secretary of Defense could not help but roar from outside the screen.

"If the army retreats fifty kilometers, it is equivalent to ceding Los Santos directly to you! This has never happened in the history of the USA!"

"Impossible?"

Chu Feng sneered. He leaned down slightly and grabbed Ghost by the hair.

He forcibly pulled his blood-soaked, mangled face toward the lens.

"Open your dog eyes and look clearly."

"Bang!"

Chu Feng did not use a gun, nor did he use a knife.

His right hand, enhanced by advanced genetic serum, smashed directly into Ghost's skull with a single punch!

It was like a hammer smashing a watermelon.

The disgusting red and white liquid instantly exploded onto the Persian carpet of the control center, even splashing onto the camera lens, turning the image on The Pentagon's screen into a sea of crimson.

The headless corpse twitched twice before going completely limp on the floor.

Inside The Pentagon, several civilian intelligence personnel saw this extremely bloody and visually shocking scene and immediately doubled over to vomit.

The President was so frightened that he collapsed into his leather chair, cold sweat pouring down his body.

"Ten minutes. For every minute that passes, I will throw the Goldman Sachs partners, Morgan executives, and the relatives of those senators in this building off the roof, ten at a time."

Chu Feng shook the blood off his hand, his voice like a whisper from the Grim Reaper.

"Anyway, the civilians in the city are already starving to madness; if a few pieces of fat meat fall from the sky, they will surely be very grateful to the politicians in Washington."

"The timer starts now."

After speaking, Chu Feng threw the communication device onto the blood-stained coffee table, but he did not cut the feed.

He wanted the people in The Pentagon to watch time tick away with their own eyes.

Silence.

Only the faint humming of electronic equipment remained in the control center.

Stussy skillfully picked up a clean towel and, with a fawning expression, carefully wiped the bloodstains from the back of Chu Feng's hand.

She didn't even care about the pungent smell of blood, her movements as gentle as if she were polishing a rare treasure.

Time passed minute by minute.

Inside The Pentagon, it had descended into complete chaos.

"Mr. President! You cannot agree to this! This is a humiliation to the nation!"

Several radical hawkish generals pounded the table frantically.

"Then what do we do? Launch an assault? Two hundred stealth special forces didn't even last a minute!"

"If he really starts throwing Wall Street bigwigs off the building, tomorrow's stock market will crash! We will be torn to shreds by the consortiums behind us!"

The Secretary of the Treasury was as anxious as an ant on a hot pan.

The President held his head in his hands, his eyes fixed on the countdown numbers on the screen.

Eight minutes. Nine minutes. Nine minutes and thirty seconds.

"Sir!"

A communications soldier rushed in, his face pale.

"A large number of armed personnel have appeared on the roof of the Global Financial Center! They have dragged the executive director of Goldman Sachs to the edge of the rooftop!"

The psychological defense line completely collapsed!

"Restore the power! The water!"

The President suddenly looked up, looking as if he had aged twenty years in an instant, his voice hoarse and desperate, "Order the National Guard to retreat fifty kilometers across the board... do as he says!"

The moment the order was given.

Los Santos, this super-metropolis of ten million people that had been plunged into darkness and slaughter for dozens of hours.

"Hum—"

Accompanied by a massive surge of electrical sound.

The streetlights on the main roads of the city lit up, one row after another.

Immediately after, the neon lights of the skyscrapers and the windows of residential areas spread rapidly across the entire Los Santos like sparks being ignited.

The giant water pumps at the water treatment plant roared back to life, and clear water surged into the dry pipes of thousands of households.

Light returned to this city.

The civilians and thugs on the streets who had been killing each other stopped their actions one after another as they looked at the suddenly lit streetlights.

Some even threw away their blood-stained machetes, kneeling on the ground and crying frantically toward the sky.

They thought it was God who had heard their prayers, thinking it was the benevolence of the government.

Yet they had no idea that the one who brought them light was the devil who treated them as bait and stepped on the neck of The Pentagon to force the government to bow.

And on the outskirts of Los Santos, the one hundred thousand fully armed National Guard troops, like a defeated remnant army, indignantly started their armored vehicles and retreated in shame toward the desolate Nevada desert.

Global Financial Center, control hall.

Chu Feng leaned back on the sofa, looking through the holographic Skynet screen in front of him at the entire city that had instantly lit up, and the army that was receding like a tide.

He casually crushed the communication device on the table that connected directly to The Pentagon.

With a "crackle," electric sparks flashed, and The White House's view was completely cut off.

Chu Feng stood up and walked to the massive floor-to-ceiling window.

Beneath his feet was an undefended city, no longer occupied by the USA military, completely trampled under his feet.

"The water is here."

Chu Feng's voice was low.

"You two, go get cleaned up, then crawl over here."
