Chapter 124 124: Sudden Reunion.

Leo leaned back in his chair and he thought about how he should use the System Shop to the best of its capabilities. He asked, 'System, can I ask you to calculate, how much is the income that I personally draw from the various channels?'

The system replied, 'Ping: Certainly host, at the moment you are earning one million eight six thousand seven hundred and two Yuan from various channels.'

Leo thought about it and said, 'Then system, set aside the sum corresponding to the upper limit of the amount I earn and then lock it on the Advanced Prosthetic designs.'

The system replied, 'Ping: Setting aside a sum and as long as the host issue a research project order in the company, the system will use the sum accumulated in parts and give out several levels. For example, after accumulating ten thousand yuan, the project research would be able to discover one breakthrough point in the path of a better prosthetic.'

Leo thought and nodded, he said, 'Thank you, System.'

The young man had taken a look through the entire shop and he did find some things such as advanced laser weapons, or plasma cannons. He even found blueprints and source codes of mecha and artificial intelligence respectively, however, they were far too costly for him to buy straight away. Even with one million Yuan a day, he was still far away from spending two billion yuan for an Ai.

Yes, it was that exaggerated, and Leo was not in the mood to yet unlock everything, which would later on reduce him into a lazy and fat person. He shook his head, and just then, Fragrance knocked on his door. Leo smiled and said, "Come in."

The young lady came inside the office with a smile on her face. Her smile revealed the dimples on her cheek, as she asked, "Sir, you called for me?"

Leo nodded and gestured her to sit down on the chair, as he asked, "Did the charity funds handle the issue with the orphanages?"

Fragrance nodded and replied, "Thanks to you, things have started to look up. The director of the orphanage has been improving everything from infrastructure to the educational means every day. They are thankful to you."

Leo shook his head and said, "I am just doing my bit for the society."

Fragrance smiled and said, "You are so similar to your mother, and father."

Leo raised his brow and asked, "What do you mean by that?"

The young lady smiled and she took out her mobile before opening a picture and passed it to Leo. The young man took the phone and looking at the picture on the screen, he was surprised, and then suddenly he said, "Little Birdie!"

Fragrance chuckled and said, "Hey, I am no longer a little birdie, big lion."

The two people looked at each other and then they began to chuckle. Leo said, "I always felt that I have seen you somewhere, but to think that you were Little birdie, that is kind of a pleasant surprise."

The girl nodded and said, "Big brother, I wasn't sure but lately the more I met you the more I recalled those days, and so, I went back to the Orphanage, and found a picture in one of the albums. That's when I realized why you were so familiar."

Leo nodded, and said, "I think you got adopted by a family a few months after that summer vacation because whenever I would come around with my parents you were not there."

Fragrance nodded and replied, "I stayed with that family for three years, before they sent me to another orphanage. After that I stayed in the Tulip Hill City. One time, Mister Cardinal happen to recognize me during his trips, and he was surprised that something like that happened and he arranged someone to look after me. All the while till my high school he even supported my education. However, even after he passed away, he had deposited enough money for me to get through the college.

Though, when I entered the college and wanted to meet them, I found out about the accident on the news. It was shocking, and since I hadn't seen you many years, I couldn't find you at all."

Leo shook his head and said, "I wasn't very capable to move, so it is understandable, however, what we need to focus now upon is that you are here. Over the years I had wanted to find you but things weren't all dandy. When father found you, I was in boarding school so they might have forgotten to mention it to me."

Fragrance nodded, and said, "Actually, Uncle had the intention to bring me back with himself, but I refused, saying that I was used to my life in the Tulip hills."

Leo smiled and said, "That was a blessing in disguise. Had you been a part of out household, you would have been implicated."

Fragrance shook her head and said, "The family that made me feel like I belong somewhere, I won't mind sharing hardships with them."

Leo smiled, but didn't say anything. He would let the time decide if Fragrance would stick to this statement or not. He stood up from his chair and said, "Come, let's go and meet your sister-in-law. Now that you have come, I can finally ask someone about how to please her if she gets angry with me."

The girl chuckled and they moved out of the office and Leo led her to Snow's office, and knocked on the door, a calm voice sounded, "Come in."

Leo opened the door, and went inside with Fragrance. Snow raised her head and asked with surprise, "What caused you to come here?"

Leo smiled and said, "Remember I once mentioned about a sister I had?"

Snow thought for a bit and said, "Little Bird, the one you met with your parents?"

Leo nodded and pointed at Fragrance behind him and said, "I give you, Little Birdie, big lawyer."

Fragrance was trying to keep a straight face, couldn't help but chuckle and said, "What the hell, Big Lion, don't make fun of me."

Leo chuckled, and said, "Although we have been working together for sometime now, we have found out about each other's identity only today."

Then he went on to explain the entire episode to Snow, and the young lady smiled and she stood up to approach Fragrance and embraced her gently. Fragrance was a little surprised and Snow said, "I have looked forward to meet you in the past. Didn't expect that it would come true now."

Fragrance smiled and said, "Aunty Martha used to say, better late than never. Sister-in-law, if he bullies you, tell me. I will tell you his embarrassing secrets."

Snow chuckled and Leo looked at the two in disbelief before he sighed and said, "I get it now, only my Lily loves me. She is the only one who cares about me. Humph."

After saying that, he snorted and said, "I am going out to buy a few gifts for my darling."

Then he left the office, and Snow and Fragrance chuckled. They began to talk about various things, trying to get used to the thought process they both had regarding different things. However, despite the difference their equation was very harmonious.

Leo picked up a set of documents from his desk and then he went down to meet Percie Hibiscal, who respectfully handed him the sales agreement, and then they both left for their own tasks. Work life was busy but it was what it was.

Leo sat down in the car with Jock. They were riding a company sedan. The reason, because Snow said a big boss should use a sedan for business deals. Leo was even told to sit in the back sit, and this was all told to Jock and the latter had to ask the young man to cooperate or the Madam would deduct his salary.

Leo wanted to say that he would pay the sum, but Jock said, "Madam said that she has access to the account details. If you went behind her back, she would have you sleep in the backyard."

Leo had no option but to give up his struggles. In the back seat, he opened the dossier and began to read the report about breakthroughs made by the Utopia Research Center. They had come up with the data stimulation of the aircrafts they designed.

After some thought, Leo took out his mobile and sent a message to the Research Head, Amina, "Start building the prototype and test if it is possible. If it is then we will go for the military cooperation and also, I will instruct the processing plant to cooperate with you."

After half an hour, which Leo spent reading the document, Jock said, "Sir, we have arrived."

Leo looked out of the window and found they have reached the hotel. He put aside the dossier, and Jock opened the door for him. The young man said, "Jock, that Dossier is important, handle it with care. I will sign the deal and come back."

Jock nodded and then he said, "Yes, Sir."

Leo tidied his suit and fastened the buttons as his expression changed and he entered the hotel.
