150: Ivy Breakthrough

Just as the flames of war raged in the outside world and the armies on both fronts had each achieved phased results, within the Breath of Life Demi-plane, time flowed quietly at ten times the speed.

For Linn and Aivi, two and a half years had passed since their last seclusion.

At the core of the Demiplane, by the side of the divine spring.

The life energy, rich enough to condense into liquid pale golden mist, rippled slowly like a gentle tide.

Linn slowly awoke from deep meditation, not naturally, but startled by an elemental fluctuation that was overwhelming yet carried the deep rhythm of the ocean.

He opened his eyes, his gaze immediately locking onto the source of the fluctuation: Aivi's figure floating in the air at the center of the divine spring.

At this moment, Aivi was completely different from her usual self.

Her sea-blue long hair danced wildly without wind, each strand seemingly transformed into flowing seawater, shimmering with crystalline waves of light.

Her simple blue Cultivation attire had long since been billowed by the surging energy, and she was surrounded by layers of tangible, azure water elemental halos.

Most striking was the faint, vast ocean phantom emerging behind her, within which giant whales patrolled, storms brewed, and deep-sea vortices spun endlessly, emitting an ancient, vast, and majestic Aura.

She was breaking through the Legendary barrier!

Linn understood instantly, excitement and anticipation surging in his heart; he immediately restrained all of his own Aura, like the most patient spectator, quietly watching this crucial moment.

For him, who was also walking on the path to Legendary, witnessing a powerful expert's Breakthrough firsthand was in itself an incredibly precious inspiration and realization.

Aivi's Breakthrough process was filled with the unique rhythm and beauty of the Sea God Clan.

There were no earth-shattering explosions, nor violent, out-of-control energy turbulence.

The vast water elements, like the most loyal subjects, obeyed the summons of their queen and flowed into her body in an orderly fashion, cleansing, washing, and reshaping every inch of her flesh, bones, and even her Soul.

The scale-like markings of the Sea God Clan on her forehead bloomed with a dazzling deep blue light, like a heart of the ocean.

Faint sounds of tides, whale songs, and ancient Sea God prayers echoed in the Void Realm.

Time passed bit by bit.

The energy of the divine spring was heavily extracted, and the pale golden mist became somewhat thinner.

The water elemental halos surrounding Aivi became increasingly solid, finally converging above her head to form an illusory crown made entirely of flowing seawater and starlight—the prototype of a Legendary crown!

The moment the crown completely solidified, descended slowly, and merged with the light on Aivi's forehead!

"Hum...!"

A strange resonance, as if from the very bottom of the deep sea, resounded throughout the entire Demiplane.

Aivi's Aura erupted like a submarine volcano that had been dormant for ten thousand years, but at the moment it rose to its peak, it perfectly restrained and internalized, returning to simplicity.

The Legendary pressure flashed and vanished.

But that momentary palpitation was enough to shake Linn's mind, as if he had seen the mighty power of a boundless ocean.

Aivi slowly opened her eyes.

Those blue eyes, which were originally like the deep sea, were now so profound that they seemed to contain the entire sea of stars; as her gaze shifted, there seemed to be tides rising and falling, and all things living and breathing.

She landed gently back on the ground, her toes touching the floor, ripples appearing and then instantly subsiding.

Success!

The Sea God Clan princess, one of the mistresses of the Star Sea Territory, Aivi Ossiana, had spent two and a half years of bitter Cultivation within the Breath of Life Demi-plane and finally broken through the Legendary barrier to become a true Legendary Expert!

"Congratulations." Linn stepped forward, his voice filled with sincere joy and a trace of imperceptible emotion.

Aivi's Breakthrough meant that the high-end combat power of the Star Sea Territory had achieved a qualitative leap.

Counting Destiny, the Star Sea Territory now had two Legendary Experts stationed; this strength was enough to make any enemy reconsider.

Aivi smiled sweetly, a smile that seemed to brighten the entire Demiplane.

Feeling the brand-new power within her that was as vast as the sea and under her complete control, she said softly: "Finally... I have taken this step. Linn, thank you, and thank this place."

She was referring to the Breath of Life Demi-plane and the resource support provided by Linn.

Linn shook his head: "This is the result of your own talent and effort."

He paused and asked: "How does it feel? How is the Legendary Realm different from the Sky Realm?"

Aivi pondered for a moment, stretched out a hand, and turned her palm upward.

Without her making any gesture, a clear water sphere condensed out of thin air; inside the water sphere, miniature storms, vortices, icebergs, and even phantom fish appeared and disappeared, as if it contained a miniature world.

"It is a kind of... essential transformation," she described softly, "My perception and control of water elements—no, of the laws of 'Water'—have reached an unprecedented level of clarity and depth. It is as if I am part of the ocean itself; wherever my thoughts go, the rules follow. The increase in the total amount of power is secondary; the most important thing is the difference in 'quality' and 'understanding'."

Linn's eyes flickered as he listened, and his yearning for the Legendary Realm grew even stronger.

Aivi's realization undoubtedly pointed out the direction for his future path.

"What are your plans next?" Linn asked, "Stabilizing your Realm takes time; you can continue to Cultivate here."

Aivi shook her head, a sharp light flashing in her eyes: "The Realm needs actual combat to stabilize. Besides, the Star Sea Territory is at war, and since I have already broken through, how can I continue to hide here and Cultivate in peace? I am going to the front lines."

Linn looked at her determined eyes and knew that persuasion was useless, nor was it necessary.

A newly promoted Legendary Expert arriving at the front lines would have an immeasurable impact on boosting morale and deterring the enemy.

"Alright. Which direction do you intend to go? The Eastern Front or the Western Front?"

At this time, Linn had not yet received news that the Werewolf King was about to break through!

Aivi looked toward the emptiness of the Demiplane, as if she could pierce through space to see the battlefield outside: "The Western Front is advancing faster and has already approached the Gravel Wasteland. The environment there is complex, and perhaps there is a place for me to play a role. Moreover... that guy Ocean Jack, although brave, is sometimes too impulsive. I will go and keep an eye on him."

Linn smiled: "That works too. With you stationed on the Western Front, I will be more at ease. However, remember, stabilizing your Realm is the top priority; unless necessary, there is no need to take action yourself. This is also a form of training for them."

"I understand." Aivi nodded, then looked at Linn with anticipation in her eyes: "You must also work hard, Linn. I look forward to the day when I can stand with you at the pinnacle of the Legendary Realm."

"It won't be too long." Linn smiled confidently.

The two exchanged more insights on Cultivation and the external war situation, and then Aivi prepared to leave the breath of life and head to the Western Front.

With Aivi's Breakthrough and departure from seclusion, another crucial weight had been added to the scales of war for the Star Sea Territory.

The stalemate on the Eastern Front and the steady advance on the Western Front would also face new variables because of this.
