68: Settling on Shattered Star Island
The next day, Linn said goodbye to the Sea God Clan and led the army, the Orcs, and the remaining Minotaur Slaves toward the western part of Shattered Star Island.
After several days of marching, they arrived at their destination. During these days, Linn had been sitting in a sedan chair he designed, carried by Minotaurs. His body had recovered and stabilized at the Gold Intermediate Rank thanks to the high-level magic plant provided by Dolia.
The May weather was warm. Linn looked at a huge flat land before him, with a river running through it straight into the sea, and issued an order:
"Clay, Shirei, immediately organize the remaining Minotaurs to cultivate the territory. Establish a temporary settlement first and wait for the arrival of everyone from Iron Sand Island."
"Batu, Augus, you lead your tribes to establish your settlements over there," Linn pointed to a mountain range on the left side of the flat land.
"Angus, you lead the Divine Arrow Army to be responsible for hunting to maintain the food source for the current army and the Orcs."
"Ocean Jack, Hogan, your Second Battalion is responsible for building the pier," Linn pointed to a large bay not far away. "From now on, this bay shall be named Star Sea Bay."
"Clay, your task is more important, along with the Guard Army. Take my letter to the territory of Viscount Nocturne, and then bring all the supplies, Slaves, and Freemen for a full-scale migration."
"Yes, my Lord." Everyone received their orders and began to build their new home. Except for the dull Minotaurs, everyone else seemed full of energy.

Thunder Island! Viscount Nocturne's territory.
"Has Brother Linn really established a foothold in the Shattered Star Archipelago?" Viscount Nocturne looked at the letter in his hand and looked at the travel-worn Clay in disbelief.
"Yes, my Lord Viscount! Before leaving, my Baron instructed me to make sure this letter is delivered into your hands." Clay replied respectfully.
"Hahaha! As expected of Brother Linn! He always gives people unexpected surprises." Viscount Nocturne looked at the contents of the letter again, pondered for a long while, and then spoke:
"Brother Linn's conditions are not harsh, I agree. I will prepare the supplies now, and you can take them with you. However, I may not be able to deliver that many Slaves all at once. Although I was prepared, there is a shortage in the number of Slaves. If Brother Linn only wants Slaves, I can deliver them in batches."
In the letter, Linn stated that he would abandon all his foundations in the Saru Archipelago to concentrate on developing the Shattered Star Archipelago. He would sell the two islands of Iron Sand Island and Ironwood Island to Viscount Nocturne, including the workshops on the original islands. The exchange conditions were 3,000 Slaves and 5,000 Gold Coins, or if no Gold Coins were wanted, they could all be converted into Slaves.
The Nocturne Family was not short of Slaves, as his Family possessed a large number of Slave prisoners of war in the Aulai Kingdom military.
"Then I will trouble the Viscount to deliver the Slaves in batches. My Baron also said that he is willing to cooperate with the Viscount in the future by exchanging 1 bottle of level three potion for 10 Slaves."
"Oh! Is this true?" Viscount Nocturne was delighted. He knew that a bottle of level three potion could sell for 30 to 35 Gold Coins, while 10 Slaves were worth no more than 25 Gold Coins. There was a huge profit in this.
"Yes, my Lord, there is absolutely no falsehood." Clay replied: "By the way, there is one more thing. The procedures for exchanging noble territories are cumbersome, and I hope the Viscount can maneuver through it."
Viscount Nocturne was in a great mood and waved his hand heroically: "This is simple. There is no need for Brother Linn to come forward; I will handle this matter properly."
Clay said goodbye to Viscount Nocturne and took the first batch of 3,000 Slaves to board the ship and return to Iron Sand Island. The first fleet led by Morton had already set off for the Shattered Star Archipelago.
————
"Young Master! This old servant has missed you so much!" On the pier of Star Sea Bay, which was beginning to take shape, Morton shed tears as he looked at Linn.
Linn smiled: "Old Mo, don't do this. Aren't we reunited again?" Helping Morton up, Linn asked: "Old Mo, how many Slaves did you bring in this batch?"
"Steward Morton, long time no see!" Elise, who was on the side, greeted Morton.
"Replying to the Young Master, all cargo ships from Iron Sand Island were dispatched. The first batch brought most of the food and iron ingots, as well as all the Freemen, arriving at Shattered Star Island first."
"Good, Old Mo." Linn patted Morton on the shoulder and said earnestly: "You! You finally came. With you here, I don't have to worry about logistics. You should immediately take the Minotaur Slaves to participate in the construction and formally build our home." Immediately after, Linn took out the pre-planned map and handed it to Morton.
"Old Mo, I plan to build a city here!" Linn pointed to the flat land in front.
Morton was startled: "Build a city?"
"Yes, build a city! Star Sea City! For future development, I intend to establish a city directly. I will build houses and castles in the central area directly with stone, so as to avoid the trouble of reconstruction later. Now there are more than a thousand Minotaur Slaves on the island. They have great strength, so let them quarry stone. When the main force of Slaves arrives, they will immediately be put into construction."
After hearing Linn's plan, Morton was very excited and took out the whip that had been hungry for a long time: "Leave it to me, Young Master. These Minotaurs probably don't know why the flowers are so red yet." After speaking, he rushed towards the Minotaur Slaves.
Linn and Elise smiled at each other.
In the blink of an eye, the migration had been going on for two months. The travel-worn Clay brought the last of the supplies and population, all transferred to Shattered Star Island, including the Slaves exchanged by Viscount Nocturne.
Temporary Lord's Hall. Everyone gathered together for the first official meeting of Shattered Star Island.
"The old rules, report the current population and resources of Star Sea Territory in order." Linn opened the meeting.
Morton was still tidying up his clothes, and under Ocean Jack's muttering, he took out the list: "Young Master, everyone, our Star Sea Territory now has 2,000 Freemen, 12,500 Slaves, 1,600 Minotaur Slaves, and 3,600 Gold Coins. The food and grass are enough for the entire territory to consume for half a year. 60 tons of iron ingots." Morton finished his report and returned behind Linn.
Clay stepped out. Clay was currently responsible for all military details: "My Lord, the current Guard Army, Divine Arrow Army, and the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Battalions have a total of 1,800 soldiers, including the 4th Battalion composed of 500 Orcs."
Immediately after, Batu stepped out: "My Lord, our tribe currently has 1,120 people, 500 of whom are soldiers in the 4th Battalion."
After the report, Linn looked at everyone.
"First, you need to select the population to make up for the previous battle losses. In addition, the Guard Army and the Divine Arrow Army will each expand to 200 people." Linn looked at Batu and Augus again. "The Orcs also need to multiply and develop. Keep 300 high-quality warriors in the 4th Battalion. The rest will return to the tribe to multiply and develop."
"Yes, my Lord."
Batu felt grateful to Linn in his heart. He didn't just use the Orcs' combat power; he was sincerely planning for the future of the Orcs.
"Ocean Jack, speed up the construction of the pier. Morton, lead the Slaves to develop farmland and build villages. After everything is done, we will make every effort to build our city, 'Star Sea City.' It doesn't matter if it's slow, it must be sturdy and neat. Great Master Henry is responsible for building the ironware workshop and the shipyard."
After arriving at Shattered Star Island, Henry expressed his willingness to join Star Sea Territory and become a member of Star Sea Territory.
"Shirei, lead the 3rd Battalion to scout the surrounding situation and mark the usable resources as best as possible. Everyone else performs their duties and reorganizes the army."
The issuance of one order after another turned the western part of Shattered Star Island into a huge construction site.
