118: Successful infiltration

When the long spear left Guan Ning霜's right hand.

A whistling sound rose, and a sonic boom appeared.

The long spear was as fast as lightning, like a meteor falling from the sky, tearing through the firmament, dragging a long fiery tail.

Along the way, strong winds swept through.

Trees, flowers, rocks, and grass all dissipated and collapsed, turning into molecules and returning to nothingness.

Boom!

With a loud bang, the Fairy race's barrier was instantly pierced by the long spear as if it were air.

After piercing the barrier, the long spear did not stop, but continued to fly far away.

Boom!

Another loud bang came, and the long spear once again penetrated the top barrier and flew towards the sky.

Looking at the huge hole that could not recover for a long time, Allen swallowed hard.

"Is this the power after half an hour of charging?"

Thinking of this, Allen mechanically turned his head to look at Guan Ning霜.

She was sprawled on the ground, her face pale, and large beads of sweat continuously rolled down her forehead.

"Why are you still standing there dumbfounded? Hurry up and go in!"

Guan Ning霜 saw Allen standing foolishly motionless and angrily rebuked him.

One must know that such a move cannot be used whenever one wants.

After this one use, who knows how long she would need to rest.

This was the only chance; missing it would make it difficult.

Allen immediately snapped to attention upon hearing this.

"Right, right, right, I almost messed up a big matter. I'll leave now; you hurry back to Home."

Saying that, Allen leaped into the broken hole.

As his feet landed, he immediately sank into the ground.

Watching Allen successfully infiltrate, Guan Ning霜 breathed a sigh of relief.

Then, with a thought, she instantly disappeared from her spot and returned to Liu Yang's Home.

When she returned to Home, everyone else had already come back.

"Sister, are you alright? Quickly, take this healing potion."

"Frost Skill, there's a bed here; lie down and rest quickly."

"Now that Frost Skill Sister has returned, it means Allen has successfully infiltrated. I hope everything goes smoothly from here on."

"It's really exciting, watching those terrifying enemies rush towards you, it's like dancing on a mountain of blades."

"Oh, right, we're all back, where's Captain?"

As everyone talked about Liu Yang, he was currently fleeing frantically.

"Stop, you thief ahead! Quickly hand over my race's secret scroll. No matter how you run, it's useless."

"That's right, you can't escape. This is the Fairy Forest, a place independent of the world. Unless we help, you can forget about leaving."

"Don't worry, as long as you hand over the secret scroll, our race will surely reward you handsomely."

Listening to the shouts behind him, Liu Yang pressed the accelerator harder.

"Hmph, if I stop and give it to you, won't you decide what happens then?"

"However, this being a closed realm is indeed bad news for me."

"In that case, even if I save Feifei, I still won't be able to get out."

"Sigh, if only I could have another Fengyun Bounty Order."

Liu Yang pondered in his heart while fleeing.

Actually, he could have directly used the return-to-city function to go back to Home.

However, to make it easier for Allen to act, he had to continue being bait.

Seeing that Liu Yang had no intention of stopping, the Fairy race behind him immediately began to set up their formation.

Orders were issued in a special way, and in various parts of the Fairy Forest, Fairies began to act in compliance with the commands.

Soon after, Liu Yang was surrounded.

"Human, why don't you run? Let's see where you can run to."

"Now, obediently hand over the secret scroll. That is our Fairy race's possession, not something you can have."

Watching the Fairies slowly approach him without immediately attacking, Liu Yang glanced at the secret scroll in his hand and instantly understood why.

"Don't move."

Liu Yang held the secret scroll up to his chest, grabbing both ends, making a gesture as if to tear it apart.

"All of you, back off."

"I merely stumbled in here. Once I find a way to leave, I will depart on my own."

"If you want this secret scroll, you can exchange it for treasures then."

"But for now, it's impossible for me to give it to you until I am certain of my safety."

Hearing Liu Yang's words, one of the Fairies said:

"Our race has plenty of treasures. Whatever you ask for, and if we have it, we can give it to you."

"If you are willing to trust us, we can even send you out."

Then the Fairy began to tempt him in various ways.

Liu Yang completely disregarded his words.

Because he was only saying this to stall for time.

But he didn't refuse; instead, he feigned a delighted expression and began to haggle.

Inside the Fairy race's barrier.

Allen cautiously moved underground, fearing he might run into another barrier or something similar.

His heart was in his throat as he watched the yellow dots occasionally passing overhead.

These Fairies were simply too numerous.

Coming and going, an endless stream.

Who knows how much time had passed.

Suddenly, the passing yellow dots gradually decreased.

Allen's spirits lifted, and he thought, 'The opportunity has come.'

After waiting for some more time, no yellow dots appeared in the vicinity for a long while.

And when he did encounter yellow dots, they were fixed in one spot, motionless.

Finding an uninhabited place, Allen cautiously poked his head out.

Looking around from a distance, it was already night.

Under the dim moonlight, he clearly saw the scenery within the Fairy race's territory.

It was the same as outside, dense forests.

However, within the forests, there were smooth roads connecting various places.

Around him, he saw no houses or buildings, which was very strange.

"Logically speaking, there should be some small wooden houses or something, right?"

Allen was a bit curious; the situation here was completely different from what he had imagined.

Mitra had used the word 'Home'.

So, where were the Fairies' Homes?

With curiosity, he walked towards the nearest yellow dot from where he had come.

Before long, after passing through dense woods, a strange, enormous tree appeared before his eyes.

It was a tree emitting a faint glow, and that glow enveloped the entire tree like a protective shield.

And on various parts of the tree, there grew pale yellow, semi-transparent 'lanterns'.

Inside the 'lanterns', individual Fairies were suspended in the center.

"So, one yellow dot isn't just one Fairy, but a group of Fairies."

"Is this the Fairies' Home? Are they sleeping?"

Although curious, Allen didn't dwell on it; he had more important things to do.

According to Mitra, the Fairy Queen lived in the deepest part.

Allen silently calculated the distance he had traveled during the day and felt that he should not be far from his destination.

He burrowed underground and continued forward.

Knowing that the Fairies had entered sleep, his tightly held heart finally relaxed a little.

He traveled continuously when no one was around.

When he encountered patrol teams, he simply detoured a little.

Not long after.

Countless tree roots like coiling dragons, images of trees he had never seen before overhead, and dense yellow dots appeared in Allen's perception.

Allen's heart stirred: "I've arrived."

According to Mitra, there was a Divine Tree in the center of the Fairy race's territory.

She hadn't seen what the Divine Tree specifically looked like, only knew it was where the Queen was born.

And around the Divine Tree, there were always Divine Tree guards protecting it.

The current situation was remarkably similar to what Mitra had described.

Allen quietly retreated, emerging from the ground in the distance to confirm.
