152: Goblin is crazy

Shi Yufei and Guan Ningxiu continued to feed them.

The remaining dozens of fairy tears wouldn't last much longer.

Even if they were eaten, they wouldn't even gain half a level, let alone a full one.

“It seems I need to gather some fairy tears.”

Liu Yang acted as soon as the thought occurred to him.

He greeted a few people and then walked out of the Home.

When Liu Yang emerged, he was at the same spot as when he entered the Home last time: the command center's entrance.

He pushed the door open, but there wasn't a soul inside.

“Huh? Where did Shen Yansheng go?”

He looked around, but no one was on duty.

“Did something big happen? But he didn't tell me!”

With a puzzled mind, Liu Yang brought up his game panel and began to contact Shen Yansheng.

Not long after the message was sent, Shen Yansheng replied to Liu Yang.

“You're finally done, I was about to give up if you didn't come out soon.”

Hearing Shen Yansheng's anxious tone, Liu Yang immediately put aside the matter of the fairy tears and hastily asked, “What's wrong? What happened?”

“For some reason, the Fairies have been acting crazy these past few days, hunting down humans everywhere.”

Hearing this, Liu Yang became even more puzzled.

Hadn't the Fairies been hunting down humans everywhere already, ceaselessly?

Had some unexpected change occurred?

Liu Yang was confused, so he asked Shen Yansheng.

“Sigh.”

Shen Yansheng sighed.

“Before, they did hunt, but it was normal hunting. They usually only acted when they had the advantage, and if they encountered danger, they would still flee.”

“But this time is different. Their actions are like they've lost their minds, even if they die, they want to take someone down with them.”

“Moreover, they don't flee when they encounter danger; they're completely resolved to fight to the death, not resting until they die.”

Hearing this, Liu Yang's heart skipped a beat.

An unusual event must have an underlying cause.

With the Fairy race acting like this, something big must be about to happen.

And it should be related to him interrupting the Fairy Queen's unsealing of the Earth Fairy and Storm Fairy.

“So, what's the situation now? What do you need me to do?”

From Shen Yansheng's tone, Liu Yang could tell that the current situation was likely not optimistic.

Therefore, the matter of asking Shen Yansheng to help collect fairy tears would have to be postponed.

If they didn't repel the current enemies, how could Shen Yansheng have the time and energy to do other things?

“Hmm, you remember the Grand Canyon from our first operation, right? The terrain there is treacherous, and we didn't station many people there. Unexpectedly, a large Fairy force suddenly appeared there, and everyone else is tied up with their own opponents, so no one can go to support. So, I'll have to leave that to you.”

“Otherwise, if they break through, we'll be attacked from both sides.”

Hearing that Liu Yang wanted to help, Shen Yansheng naturally didn't stand on ceremony with him.

Even if Liu Yang hadn't contacted him this time, he was planning to contact Liu Yang.

Shen Yansheng quickly explained the current situation and what he needed Liu Yang to do.

Understanding the urgency of the situation, Liu Yang simply replied with a “Okay” and then took out his Ling Neng Flying Car and headed towards the One-Line-Sky Grand Canyon.

Sitting in the Ling Neng Flying Car, Liu Yang floored the accelerator, holding it down firmly.

The Ling Neng Flying Car cut through the air, tearing through space, kicking up waves of air, and rapidly sped towards its target.

Before long, Liu Yang reached the One-Line-Sky Grand Canyon.

“First and Second Squads, pay attention to defense, watch out for the Flame Sprite's large-scale skills.”

“Third and Fourth Squads, go, unleash all your skills, don't leave a single point of energy, then quickly retreat.”

“Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh Squads, retreat, abandon the right flank defense.”

“Ninth, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Squads, retreat, abandon the canyon ground passage.”

As soon as Liu Yang arrived, he saw the human forces retreating steadily, almost about to exit the passage.

The passage was like this, and the cliffs were naturally not much better, with large numbers of Fairies there as well.

Liu Yang, a man of action, immediately raised his bow and fired.

Boom!

【Congratulations to the Phoenix Dance Nine Heavens Team for killing a Forest Fairy (Evil), Flame Sprite (Evil), Forest Guardian (Slave). You have gained War Points.】

Liu Yang's first target was the Flame Sprite.

Because the Flame Sprite's destructive power was far greater than that of the Forest Sprite.

Especially their overwhelming area-of-effect skills, which caused immense trouble for the human squads.

“A human is ambushing us.”

“A human expert has arrived, quickly find out where he is!”

“This is bad, a human expert has arrived, quickly notify the Fairy Elder.”

“Holy crap, our expert is here.”

“Looking at this attack effect, it's Lord Liu Yang!”

“Lord Liu Yang is here, we're saved!”

“Hahaha, Lord Liu Yang is here, Fairies, you can all wait to die! Trying to pass through the One-Line-Sky Grand Canyon is simply a dream!”

Liu Yang's arrow brought the scene to a halt.

The Fairies were terrified and panicked.

The human squads were ecstatic and cheered.

Liu Yang's heart remained unmoved by this.

He stepped down from the flying car and walked towards the battlefield, one step at a time.

With each step, a Flame Arrow was shot out.

“Quick, quick, defend!”

“No, we can't defend, his skill is too bizarre!”

“Disperse, quickly disperse, his skill is an area-of-effect skill!”

Liu Yang scoffed at the Fairies' reactions.

Dreaming of defending against his skills, were they?

Even the Fairy Queen couldn't defend against it when she was careless.

As for these little Fairies...

Heh heh!

Just then, a piercing roar came from the rear of the Fairy force.

“Insignificant human, don't be too arrogant! Take this 'Hellfire'!”

As the voice faded, a Fairy Elder, clad in crimson, appeared at the front of the ranks.

Immediately after, a massive pillar of fire, crimson turning to purple, with hints of black, shot towards Liu Yang.

The fire pillar's temperature was extremely high; as it rushed towards Liu Yang, the green grass along its path instantly burned to ashes.

Not only that, but even the ground beneath the fire pillar was scorched black, and cracks even began to appear.

The fire pillar was incredibly fast, reaching Liu Yang in an instant.

Facing this fire pillar, Liu Yang wasn't afraid at all.

Because he didn't feel a hint of danger.

In other words, this fire pillar couldn't harm him at all.

But while he could withstand it, his clothes and equipment couldn't.

To avoid losses, Liu Yang's gaze locked onto a Fairy not far away, then he used Ten Steps One Kill, instantly escaping the scene.

There was no other way; if his clothes or anything else were burned, he'd have to run around naked.

With so many people present, it would be too embarrassing to face them in such a state.
