Sunny looked at the tiny, perfect sapling floating before him, the culmination of his grand plan for Veridia’s future. But he wasn’t finished. His mentality had always been simple, a holdover from his mortal days on Endor: if you’re rich, you should definitely spoil your closed ones. He didn’t had any closed once in Endor, but he always gifted his savings on the author he truly likedAnd in this new cosmic existence, his demigods were his closed once. He had gifted them power, but now he would gift this newest, most vital child the very best of foundations.

The forth talent he gave the world tree was whispering leaves, this talents allows the world tree to absorbs the memories of those in Sunny’s territory, allowing the worthy individual to recieve visions of the techniques or spells from all over the world.

The fifth talent was heartwood blessing, this talent allows the branch of this tree to holds the power of different elements, and their could be a chance that a branch is born with the power of multiple elements.

These branches could be given to the lifeforms to create weapons, wands or artifact, which will be at the grade of SS, and imbued with the elemental power according to the given branch.

The next talent he gave was the ’Aegis of the Grove’, as a protector of the world, this demigod needed a defensive talent, this talent would allow the World Tree to project a shield of life energy sorrounding the whole territory. This shield wouldn’t only stop the physical attacks but also actively weaken and purge demonic energy, corruption, and widespread curses, acting as the entire planet’s immune system.

The last talent Sunny gave the World tree was the core talent of it, ’The Genisis Root’ , this would be its primary talent. The tree’s roots would grow deep into the planet’s core, acting as living, self-replicating mana veins. They would naturally draw in cosmic energy and convert it into pure mana, spreading it throughout the entire world. As the tree grows, so does its mana network, ensuring Veridia’s magical energy is boundless and self-sustaining.

With the final talent in place, it was time for a name. He chose Veylara, a name that suggested gentle growth and branches reaching for the stars. With a final thought, the tiny sapling sprang to life. Its two leaves twitched, a silent, innocent greeting.

"I only wanted to make you grow from a sapling," Sunny said with a soft chuckle. "I didn’t know your consciousness would also be that of a child." He didn’t know how this infant demigod would control such immense power, but he trusted the process. With a gentle push of his will, he planted Veylara in the very heart of Veridia’s central continent. He watched for a moment as the fledgling sapling took its first breath, absorbing the energy of the universe and releasing it as the world’s first pulse of natural mana. Satisfied, he turned his attention to his wider empire.

He sent out a single notification to all 5.5 billion of his subordinate Gods, informing them of the legions of races, elemental, domain, and auxiliary demigods that would now be at their service.

The chat group for the Pantheon of Gods, which had been in a state of quiet, industrious discussion, immediately erupted into absolute chaos.

In his opulent God space, Zir nearly dropped his glass of celestial nectar, his eyes wide with disbelief as he re-read the notification. His fingers trembled slightly as he typed.

Zir: "Bigboss, what was that number again? I think my system is bugged."

From his own quiet, minimalist space, Reflection saw Zir’s message and let a rare, wry smile touch his lips. He typed his reply with calm amusement.

Reflection: "It is clearly written. Do you need glasses even after becoming a God, Zir?"

A goddess named Nyx, lounging on a throne of enchanted flowers, saw an opportunity and typed with a playful, hopeful pout.

Nyx: "Boss, can you gift me one of those new demigods? Pretty please?"

Another God, Raven, chimed in, his message typed with a shameless, hopeful grin.

Raven: "These demigods are for all of us, Nyx. But Boss, if you happen to be gifting one to a single God, please choose me."

Joker, who had been waiting for just such an opportunity, began laughing as he rubbed his hands with the thought of earning another chunk of faith with his talent of Roaster.

Joker: "I’ve seen a lot of shameless Gods in my time, but your shamelessness, Raven, is at the absolute peak."

A God named Builder found himself nodding in agreement with joker for the first time.

Builder: "I agree with Joker for the first time in my life."

Thanos: "Me too."

Raven: "I want you all to sign a petition to remove Joker from the Pantheon!"

Joker: "Cry about it."

The lighthearted bickering was suddenly cut short by a new message by Strategist, he typed with an air of weary frustration, trying to get his unruly peers to focus.

Strategist: "Stop with the jokes, everyone. Be serious. Have you all made at least one demigod for your own worlds yet?"

Zir leaned back on his throne and boasted with renewed confidence.

Zir: "Hehe, behold my greatness. I have four demigods in my world."

Joker: "Just four? I have nine demigods under me. Just waiting to collect a few more million before I create another one."

Zir: "@Raven, you have my support. I sign the petition."

The Gods laughed, the tension broken. But another message from Strategist jolted them back to reality.

Strategist: "For those of you who are making progress, good. You can afford to have fun. But for the Gods who still have no demigods, please wake up. There is a long fight ahead of us. The opportunity given by God Cosmos shouldn’t go to waste. Do not become a burden to those of us who are taking this seriously."

A wave of collective, sheepish agreement washed over the chat as billions of lesser Gods began to chime in.

Raven : "I have two DemiGods under me currently, and will have one more tomorrow"

God A: "+1, I have two demigods, but I’m not sure about a third one tomorrow."

God ZZZ: "+1.3 billion"

God I: "I only have one demigod. Sorry I couldn’t add more to your count."

God X: "+3.2 billion"

Zir, seeing that the Gods were indeed making progress, tried to smooth things over.

Zir: "If we sum it all up, I guess most of us have at least one demigod. So chill, Strategist. A little fun isn’t a bad thing."
