Is the permanent floor connected to Blue Star?

“Could it be that there’s something good in this backpack?”

After all, the System wouldn’t have him search for an ordinary corpse for no reason.

Could it be, was he really the System’s illegitimate child??

Lin Feng’s mind was racing, but he quickly opened the backpack.

Inside were a set of ropes, a dagger, two flints, a pack of dried grass wrapped in cowhide, and finally, something Lin Feng was very familiar with.

A magic crystal the size of a fingernail.

“How did this thing appear on Blue Star?”

After scanning it again with the scanning gun, Lin Feng finally confirmed that it was indeed a magic crystal.

At this moment, Lin Feng suddenly remembered that Kuze seemed to have said that he would take an expedition team to the Polar Mountain Range to search for treasure.

Combining this with the story Kuze told him at the time, a bold guess suddenly appeared in Lin Feng’s mind.

Could it be that the Permanent Floor World and Blue Star are one?

And behind the Polar Mountain Range is Blue Star. If you think about it this way, it also explains why there is a huge black hole in the middle of the Permanent Floor World map.

But if that’s the case, wouldn’t it mean that the Earth is flat?

This was obviously a bit far-fetched, so Lin Feng guessed that there must be some kind of teleportation device that could transport people within its range to the opposite world.

For example, this corpse must have just fallen within the teleportation range after death, and then the corpse was teleported to the Arctic of Blue Star. Similarly, there must also be a teleportation range nearby.

A large amount of information flooded into Lin Feng’s mind. After some thought, Lin Feng decided to take the corpse with him and then ask Kuze.

If this corpse was indeed a member of the expedition team, then it would mean that the Permanent Floor and Blue Star are definitely interconnected.

It seems the mission the System gave him was to let him know this information.

I knew it! How could the System make him look for an irrelevant ordinary corpse?

After putting the corpse back, Lin Feng was not in a hurry to leave, as he had promised Little Dragon and Huang Dou to let them play on Blue Star for a few days.

The climate in several countries near the Arctic Circle was a bit extreme, so Lin Feng ultimately chose the Lighthouse Country.

After playing on Blue Star for two days, Lin Feng returned to the Elevator.

After releasing Little Dragon and Huang Dou from his ling ring, Lin Feng immediately rushed to Kuze’s side.

.........

In the courtyard, Kuze was busy with several alchemists, fiddling with the staffs they had recently researched.

He named this staff the Lightning Staff; as the name suggests, it is a staff that can only emit lightning magic.

Following Lin Feng’s previous guidance, metal wires were connected to the super solar panel, and the other end was wrapped around a wooden staff.

A leather guard was also added to the end where the staff was held.

Then, an assistant pulled back the black cloth covering the solar panel.

The solar panel immediately began to operate, and then Kuze expectantly slowly placed the staff on a white mouse that was eating peanuts.

Sizzle!

A burnt smell wafted over, and the white mouse’s body twitched uncontrollably.

“Hahaha! It really worked! It’s just a bit inconvenient. We need to improve it further and strive to achieve a portable version that can fire magic orbs as soon as possible.”

Kuze chuckled. The white mouse didn’t die; it still had a breath left, and Kuze casually saved it with a healing spell.

“Young Master Kuze, I never thought that sunlight could actually produce lightning elements! Don’t worry, as long as the funds are in place, I am absolutely confident that I can achieve the level you mentioned.”

“Hmm, good! Then I’ll allocate another five thousand empire gold coinss to you. Just ask my merchant for whatever supplies you need!”

“Understood, Young Master Kuze.”

The alchemist bowed respectfully.

...........

Before long, Lin Feng also arrived.

Looking at the solar panels placed in the courtyard, Lin Feng curiously walked over to examine them.

“Good heavens, this... a taser?? This is actually possible??”

Just as Lin Feng was in shock, a soft voice came from behind him.

“Young Master Lin?”

Miss Lina asked softly. She felt that this back looked somewhat like Lin Feng, so she asked.

“Hmm? Oh, Miss Lina. By the way, where’s Kuze? I need to see him urgently.”

“Oh, Young Master Kuze is reading in his room.”

Lin Feng pointed to Kuze’s room and said.

“Alright, I understand. You go back to your work.”

“Understood, Young Master Lin. Call me if you need anything.”

Miss Lina bowed slightly, and immediately, half of the scenery was revealed before Lin Feng.

Before he could even appreciate the view, Miss Lina had already turned and left.

.......

Knock, knock, knock!

“Who is it?”

Kuze’s voice came from the room.

“It’s me, Lin Feng.”

“Brother Lin! Come in.”

There was a hint of joy in Kuze’s words.

Upon seeing Lin Feng, he immediately pulled him to the place where the solar panels were placed.

“Brother Lin, look at the Lightning Staff I built with huge investments! Haha, how about it, isn’t it awesome? Oh, and I’ve also arranged for people to work on the thermal power generator you mentioned; there should be results very soon.”

After speaking, Kuze insisted on demonstrating it to Lin Feng.

It was still that white mouse, still those familiar peanuts.

Sizzle!

The smell of burning came again, and Kuze also quickly cast a healing spell on the white mouse.

Lin Feng hadn’t expected that Kuze would actually create a stun baton, but this should be his limit, right?

After all, if he wanted to achieve the effect of firing lightning orbs, wouldn’t it become an electromagnetic cannon?

Given the technological level of this world, it would be impossible to create such a thing.

However, Lin Feng still flattered him profusely.

He praised Kuze so much that he almost sounded like he was going to heaven.

Next was the serious business.

“Kuze, were any members of your expedition team that explored the Polar Mountain Range previously missing or dead?”

“Hmm? Why are you suddenly asking about this?”

Kuze asked doubtfully.

“Just tell me if there were any.”

“There was indeed one person missing. His name was Blitz; he was an explorer I hired. He accidentally slipped while climbing an ice mountain, and later neither he nor his body was found. Perhaps he was eaten by the abominable snowman of the Polar Mountain Range.”

Kuze shrugged indifferently.

After all, his death had nothing to do with him, and all the money that was due had been paid.

He was just very curious why Lin Feng would suddenly ask this question.

“See if it’s this person.”

Lin Feng directly pulled the corpse out of his System Space.

The corpse still had some frost on it. Kuze stepped forward and looked closely, then nodded in confusion.

“This... where did it come from??”
