111: Final

"Huff! Huff!"

Tadic, the last warrior of Takya Star, stood alone. His battle-hardened body was now covered in scars.

He looked around, and everywhere he gazed, there was nothing but enemy after enemy.

"Hehe..." Tadic suddenly laughed, his voice hoarse and filled with endless sorrow. He laughed at his own incompetence, at the cruelty of fate, and at the doomsday of this planet.

In the Universe, Xiang Yan watched all of this with indifference. He did not care about the miserable state of Takya Star, for the outcome had long been predetermined. He cared more about the performance of the Believers.

"Still too weak." Xiang Yan shook his head, unsatisfied with the Believers' performance.

"No matter how many there are, without quality, they are just cannon fodder. They need more training."

With a flicker of thought, Xiang Yan began his "selection" once again.

"Ulrich, you go."

"Malgan, you go."

"Sophia, you go."

"..."

Xiang Yan's voice echoed in the consciousness of the selected Believers.

Meanwhile, Artemis and the other four who had been besieging Tadic on Takya Star received orders to retreat.

"Damn it..." Artemis cursed unwillingly but had no choice but to obey.

Kleid snorted coldly, turned around, and left, his figure disappearing into the black mist.

Jonnison grinned sinisterly, transformed into a shadow, and escaped underground.

The poisonous mist swirling around Bekara slowly dissipated.

Nanike silently retracted their chains and stepped aside.

The five newly selected Believers quickly took their places.

Ulrich held a giant axe, exuding a fierce Aura.

Malgan was surrounded by swirling flames, unbearably hot.

Sophia held dual blades, her movements agile.

...

Each of the five had their own characteristics; although they had become stronger after being modified multiple times, they were still nowhere near Artemis and the others.

Tadic looked at the five new enemies, his eyes devoid of any emotion. He had long since disregarded life and death; the only thought in his mind was to fight and kill the alien race.

"Come!" Tadic growled, his voice hoarse but filled with unyielding Battle Intent.

His four arms clenched into fists as he faced the new enemies.

The battle broke out once again.

Fists and kicks crossed, accompanied by constant muffled thuds. Tadic was bathed in blood, unable to tell if it was the enemy's or his own. Like a tireless beast, he knew only to bury himself in the slaughter.

The five guys opposite were far less durable than the previous batch. Finding an opening, Tadic twisted his waist and swung his arms, all four fists striking out at once, crushing the heads of three of them.

"Takya Battle Technique: Unarmed Skull Splitter!"

Tadic roared, his voice shaking the surroundings. He stomped his feet hard on the ground, his body shooting forward like an arrow released from a bow, pouncing directly at the remaining two.

The faces of those two changed drastically as they hurriedly parried. One of them, unable to dodge in time, was struck in the chest by Tadic's fist. His entire body flew out like a tattered sack, losing all breath in mid-air.

The other, seeing the situation was bad, turned to flee. How could Tadic let him escape? He rushed forward in a single stride, his fan-like hand gripping the guy's neck. With a slight exertion of force, a "crack" sounded as the neck bone snapped.

After dealing with this batch, Tadic had no time to catch his breath, as new enemies had already filled the gaps.

In the Universe, Xiang Yan watched all this, his brows slightly furrowed. It wasn't that he felt sorry for the Believers' casualties; after all, with him as a safety net, it was difficult for them to die even if they wanted to. He just felt that the combat power of this group was a joke, and it was too embarrassing for him.

"It seems that for the next invasion, I need to train this group more." Xiang Yan muttered to himself.

On Takya Star, the battle continued.

A new batch of Believers rushed toward Tadic one after another. They were fearless of death, using their own lives to drain Tadic's strength.

Tadic's eyes were bloodshot, and he was caught up in the killing. He didn't care at all about how many more wounds he had added to his body; he only knew how to mechanically punch and kick, tearing everything that moved in front of him to shreds.

"Takya Battle Technique: Mountain Collapse!"

Tadic roared, jumping high into the air, his four arms joined together, slamming into the ground like Mount Tai pressing down.

"Boom!"

The earth shook, and dust filled the air. Several Believers who couldn't dodge in time were crushed into pulp by this force descending from the sky.

Tadic landed, his figure staggering slightly. He felt the power granted by the will of the stars beginning to diminish.

"Cannot... fall..." Tadic gritted his teeth, forcing himself to stand straight.

He knew that once he fell, there would be no hope left for this planet.

The five new "lucky ones" had already taken the places of the previous unlucky ones.

The leader held two curved blades, the blades shimmering with a ghostly blue light, which clearly weren't ordinary items. The four people behind him also held different weapons, eyeing him like tigers.

"Heh..." Tadic looked at these new arrivals and grinned, revealing a mouth full of bloody teeth.

He slowly raised his four arms, assuming a fighting stance.

"Come!" Tadic squeezed the word out from his throat.

As the battle continued, most of Xiang Yan's Believers had undergone training.

At this moment, Tadic stood in place, panting heavily. Dark green blood poured continuously from the wound on his shoulder.

"Mother..."

Tadic looked up at the sky, his eyes dim. He could feel that the power granted by the will of the stars had already dissipated.

Soon, his eyes became determined again, and he charged at the opponents in front of him once more.

In the Universe.

Xiang Yan looked indifferent.

"That's enough."

Xiang Yan muttered to himself. He looked down at Tadic, who had exhausted his power but was still fighting the Believers solely by his own will, his eyes filled with contempt.

"A guy with no utility value should also exit the stage."

Xiang Yan moved his mind, and the black mist instantly pounced on the Incarnation of the will of the stars that had been bound by his side. When the black mist dissipated, the surroundings were empty.

Immediately after, the black mist around Xiang Yan rolled again and condensed rapidly.

As the black mist surged, it transformed into a giant hand that covered the sky, reaching toward Takya Star.

Wherever the giant hand passed, space twisted, and the stars dimmed.

On Takya Star, Tadic felt that world-destroying pressure.

He calmly raised his head, watching the giant hand descending from the sky, his eyes devoid of fear, filled only with calmness.

He knew that everything was over.

As for the Believers around, they had long since knelt on the ground one by one, devoutly.

Adoring the great power of their Lord.

The giant hand fell, taking the entire Takya Star into its palm.

The black mist giant hand, its fingers squeezed gently.

"Crack..."

A crisp sound echoed in the Universe.

Takya Star, this planet that had nurtured countless lives, was thus...

Shattered.

The wreckage of Takya Star gradually turned into dust in the giant palm, and along with it drifted countless tiny points of light. Those points of light, carrying a faint sorrow, were like homeless Fireflies, drifting aimlessly in the darkness.

Xiang Yan's gaze pierced through the black mist, locking tightly onto those points of light.

"Origin of the stars..." He whispered to himself.

The giant hand vibrated slightly, generating a powerful suction force. Those scattered points of light, as if summoned by something, gathered toward the giant hand one after another.

The points of light became more and more numerous and dense, finally condensing into a brilliant ball of light in the center of the giant palm.

The ball of light rotated slowly, emitting a soft radiance, as if it contained infinite great power.

Xiang Yan did not hesitate at all and directly devoured the ball of light.

"Hum..."

As the ball of light entered his body, Xiang Yan's body jolted violently.

A powerful energy exploded within him, like a rushing flood, washing through his Hundred Skeletons.

A look of intoxication appeared on Xiang Yan's face.

He could feel that he had taken another step forward.

After a long while, Xiang Yan slowly opened his eyes.

"Still not enough..."

Xiang Yan muttered to himself, his voice filled with a hint of dissatisfaction.
