Chapter 117: Tina's rebirth.

As I opened my eyes, seeing the glowing black-and-silver coffin before me once more, the light slowly dimmed, and the coffin's lid opened. Seeing the black and silverish liquid moving until it formed Tina's body, before she floated on top of the liquid. Her eyes slowly moved as I stepped near the coffin. Her eyes slowly opened, making me smile gently as she lay there naked.

I wasn't smiling because she was naked, I swear. "Colt, where am I? Weren't we in the fo-?" Before she could finish, the memory of her death came back as she quickly screamed out, making me hug her. "You are alright now, I brought you back, Tina," I said, hugging her tightly, making her look around as the sounds of gunfire echoed still inside the chamber.

"What is going on?" She asked, confused, and I gently rubbed her back as I spoke. "We are at a place where the dead could be brought back to life. I had fought my way into her to bring you back." I said, making her look at me, shocked, before speaking.

"Why would you do that for me?" She asked, confused, as she didn't think we were that close. I chuckled a little before shrugging as I spoke. "I promised to protect you, and I failed. I wanted to fix my failure. A person's worth at the end of the day starts with their word, and I wasn't going to let that failure stay with me all my life." I said, caressing her cheek, making her smile, sweetly tilting her head, and resting my hand on her cheek.

"Thank you for bringing me back." She said, grabbing my shirt, pulling me into a kiss. Her hands moved to my back as she hugged me, and we kept kissing. Before the gunfire stopped echoing out, they had run out of ammo as I pulled my mouth away, looking at my screen, smirking.

"Colt, I don't know how I feel about you right now. My father always told me he would never allow me to date a white man, because it was bad, but I doubt any black man would have fought this hard to bring me back to life after just meeting me. The ones in my life wouldn't have felt so strongly about their words. But I know, I don't think I can live without you in my life now." Tina said, looking me in the eye as I smiled, gently rubbing her cheek.

"You can take your time to understand your feelings. But for now, let's get you out of this coffin and get you some clothes; if not, I won't be able to keep myself from forcing myself on you." I said, chuckling, as she rolled her eyes and joked with me.

"You brought me back from the dead, I wouldn't refuse to have sex with you at any time. You pretty much earned that right." She said as I helped her out of the coffin and made a cloak for her. The four guardians started to move as the croc-headed one began to speak.

"Looks like you ran out of energy to attack us. You will now pay for using something you shouldn't have. As we kill you and the woman, sending her back to where she belongs." She said as their bodies began to heal, and I smirked, turning to Tina. "Wait here," I said, walking towards the four giants.

Stepping near the edge, I watched her stand up from her chair as she walked over. I smiled, looking at her as she roared out. "Your hubris will be your downfall!" Raising a hand and bringing it down, trying to smash me, only for her to cry out in pain as the hit reached inches away from me. Falling to the floor as blood flowed out of her eyes and mouth.

"You are forgiven," I said, making her stop crying in pain. "W-w-hat did you do?" She gasped on the ground as I looked down at her. Looking at my screen, I smirk as I read two new abilities.

"You are under new management," I said, holding up my arm showing their Goddess symbol, making them quickly take a knee. Bowing the moment they noticed the black rose on my arm, shining. "Take your human form for me, I can't have four giants walking around me. Makes moving harder than it needs to be." I said as they changed into smaller forms.

Walking towards the coffin and closing it as I stored it along with the stones right below it, why leave a gift like this here when I can take it with me? My women won't ever leave me, I thought to myself with a smirk. "Let's get out of here, you four follow us," I said, turning around as Tina and I walked down the stairs.

Tina watched me, wondering how long she had been gone for me to become so powerful. She smiled as she moved closer, taking hold of my hand as we walked. Tina didn't know how she felt about this man. But she knew she felt safe with him, more than she felt in her own community.

The four guardians followed us out of the chamber and into the corridor. We exited the door, making Serpatina look surprised, and I could swear I heard cursing, making me chuckle. "Take these five to a bed chamber big enough for them. I need to pull my army into the city so I can put them up. Tina, take a bath and relax. I will join you when I am done." I said, kissing her before walking away as Serpatina clicked her tongue.

"Follow me." She said as I walked towards the opening of the pyramid and ordered the drones to my area. The flying units weren't hard to put up, as were the ground units close to the city. But I had to wait for the Lee units that were ten miles away—pulling out a smoke and lighting it as I looked up at the night sky.

"One thing down, now I need to get the water and return to the Nya Queendom. Before heading off to the eastern part of this land, I am prepared for my fight with Azel." Reaching a hand out towards the sky, I smiled. I believe I can kill him now, but it wouldn't hurt to get a little more power.

Next, I will get my drone units into the hundreds of thousands each and slaughter every demon on the Azels' land. Looking at my screen, I read the other new ability I had gained. Unkillable is an ability that means I can't die from anything other than natural causes. Making me unkillable in battle, this was almost immortal at this point and along with the coffin. Even natural causes have a way around.

It took me about an hour to finally store my drones, leaving only the amount needed to guard the pyramid, as I didn't trust this city. Turning around as I walked up the stairs and headed to the room where Tina was, I entered. She stood up from the bed, wearing the robe, walked over, grabbed me by the collar of my shirt, and kissed me.

She pulled her mouth away and smiled as she spoke. "We are going to take a bath together, the bathroom that this room has is massive," Tina said, dragging me by the shirt, making me chuckle as she looked over her shoulder, smiling at me. "Very well, I shall fulfil your desire," I said before, quickly picking her up as she yelped.

Tina placed her arms over my shoulder, putting her hands on the back of my head, pulling it closer to her as our foreheads touched. "How can you be such an amazing person?" She said as I sighed. "Be careful, I am not what most people would call a good person. Then again, most people are shitty themselves. I own my flaws." I said as she bit her lip, looking me in the eyes.

"Well, to me, you're a good person." She said in a low voice as I stopped, we looked at each other as her face inched closer, and we kissed. I stood there not moving until she got her fill of it.
