82: I'll treat you to snails!

Seeing that all 1.32 million had been transferred into the account and bought at full position, Chen Kai finally breathed a sigh of relief.

"You're not taking the day off tomorrow, right?"

Tang Yunshu replied while opening her Bank card app.

Even though everyone else said this stock was going to be delisted, she still chose to believe in Chen Kai! She wanted to buy 300,000 worth to test the waters. Even if she lost it, she would accept it.

"Good. Since you're not off, just keep an eye on this stock at the company."

When placing the order and selecting the delivery address, she hesitated slightly. She looked up at Chen Kai, and with a hesitant, quiet voice, she spoke.

"Brother, I ordered a bit too much, and it probably won't fit on the office desk. How about I set the delivery address to my place, and you come back with me to eat?"

Her eyes held a hint of anticipation, though mostly it was a craving for the food.

Chen Kai was stunned. He turned to look around before slowly leaning close to her ear, a fragrant scent wafting towards him.

"Aren't you afraid of bringing a strange man home and something serious happening?"

"You wouldn't eat me, we're just having a late-night snack. Besides, you're not a stranger. I've never brought a man home before."

Tang Yunshu shrugged indifferently.

"Well... if you put it that way, aren't you afraid I'll break your record for the first time you've brought a man home?"

"If you break it, you break it. It's not like I'm interested in any other men anyway. Order placed! Let's go!"

Tang Yunshu said nonchalantly, placed the order, and then pulled Chen Kai up.

They walked out of the office and went downstairs, where she couldn't wait to sit on the back seat of Chen Kai's little electric donkey.

"Should I take you back to the park first? Your car is still there."

"It's okay, I'll just take a taxi to the company tomorrow morning. The field snails are arriving soon, and they won't taste good if they get cold. Hurry, hurry, hurry~ gogogo, let's go~"

Tang Yunshu said impatiently.

Chen Kai smiled helplessly, got on his Electric Scooter, and headed towards Longmen Residential Complex.

Once they reached the complex, following Tang Yunshu's directions, they soon arrived downstairs at the building.

Just then, a delivery rider wearing his yellow "battle robe" also pulled up.

Tang Yunshu quickly checked her phone and stopped him.

"Delivery guy, the last four digits are 8888."

The delivery guy was stunned, then immediately handed over the food.

"Hehe~ Just in time, the food is here!"

Tang Yunshu carried a large bag of takeout, pulled Chen Kai by his sleeve, and they went up the elevator straight to the third floor.

After unlocking the door and entering, Chen Kai curiously looked around her flat.

The entire room was milky white and very cozy. Hanging in front of the floor-to-ceiling window were a few... hehe, stockings, white stockings.

There were many cute little dolls in the room, and the sofa was covered with plush toys.

The shoe rack was full of women's shoes. Aside from a few pairs of high heels, the rest were cute little rabbit shoes that were furry.

Tang Yunshu greeted him warmly and turned to go to the kitchen.

Chen Kai roughly looked around the room and found that Tang Yunshu was quite clean; the room was kept in good order.

He sat at the table, opened the takeout packaging, took out two drinks, and opened the lid of the field snails.

Tang Yunshu came out of the kitchen with two bowls printed with little lamb patterns, chuckled embarrassedly, and said, "I live alone, so my bowls and chopsticks are a bit girly. Don't mind it."

Chen Kai took the bowl in front of him without any hesitation and said, "How could I mind? Let me taste and see if it's really as delicious as you say."

He picked up a field snail with his chopsticks, put it to his mouth, and sucked hard. The QQ-bouncy field snail meat, mixed with the spicy and numbing flavor, swept through his entire mouth.

She casually opened two cans of sugar-free cola and pushed one of them toward Chen Kai. "Cheers!"

He picked up several large field snails and put them into Tang Yunshu's bowl.
