106: Chapter 106 The Long Sleeping Palace Forum

Luo Yuejian's exclusive forum for Star Net viewers of the Miracle Escape Live Stream Game.

[Spam Post: I'll start the hype train on this one...]

OP: Eye candy to start the thread! Attachment: Luo Yuejian raises her eyebrow.jpg.

Let me get the ball rolling for everyone: Aaaaaahhhhhh, she's too cool! Aaaaaahhhhhh!

1L: First row, aaaaaahhhhhh!!!

5L: Aaaaaahhhhhh, Luo Yuejian, look at me! Waaaaahhhhhh!!

32L: How did someone singing opera get mixed in here...?

40L: Where did this flock of screaming chickens come from? Drag them all out and behead them.

67L: Luo Yuejian was seriously too cool this round, wuwuwu. I love it when she says mocking things with that cold face of hers, TAT.

133L: The mockery levels this round were off the charts, hahahahaha.

Attachment: Luo Yuejian: "Why didn't you make a move?".gif

Attachment: Luo Yuejian: "Actually, I think your original proposal was quite good.".gif

171L: I'm feeling a bit... you know, hehe...

221L: Hehe...

311L: Hehe...

321L: This round was a pure test of intelligence. I just went to look up the other players. That Man in the Suit was the MVP in his first two games. In the last game, he straight-up screwed over the other players in his team and cleared the level by relying on the guaranteed quota.

As for the Man in Black Turtleneck, he is actually a veteran player on his fourth game, just like Luo Yuejian, and he has two items.

Besides the item that swapped out the Leather Jacket Man, he also has an item that allows him to obtain clues directly through objects. If it weren't for Luo Yuejian this round, I feel like the Man in the Suit wouldn't have been able to beat him. Tsk tsk, what a wrongful death.

539L: That impressive? I couldn't tell. I feel like both players were acting like clowns this round. Luo Yuejian was just watching from the sidelines, and it was hilarious to watch.

546L: For real, Luo Yuejian was totally just playing around.

564L: Luo Yuejian was coldly watching them perform the whole time. If you observe carefully, you'll notice that whenever the strength of those players shifted, Luo Yuejian would intervene to balance things out.

612L: Sounds impressive, can you elaborate?

678L: This is a casual chat thread; if you want to analyze, you can start a separate thread! Why hasn't anyone posted this image? I was drooling over my screen for so long [drool] [drool]!

[Analysis Thread: Analyzing Luo Yuejian's art of balance~]

OP: I think the most interesting part of this game was the interaction between Luo Yuejian and the other players. I watched the recordings of the previous games, and Luo Yuejian basically cleared the levels on her own, barely ever giving her teammates a second glance.

But in this game, it was obvious that Luo Yuejian was a bit more interested, specifically shown by how she would intentionally screw over her teammates just to make the game more interesting, hahahahaha. This post will mainly list and analyze the little "helps" Luo Yuejian provided this round to balance the strength levels between the players~ If anyone has other discoveries, feel free to add them!

1L: Selling melon seed shells and beverage cans in the front row~

7L: Looking forward to it! I felt like Luo Yuejian didn't have as many god-tier plays this round compared to previous games, and I was wondering if she was slacking off again... Looks like my brain just wasn't keeping up [facepalm].

7L: OP, where are you? Are you still here?

134L: Where's the OP? Haven't seen them for so long; are they just baiting us?

151L: Confirmed, this is a bait thread.

161L: The OP hasn't shown up for so long, they must be constipated. I'll start the analysis! My deepest impression is when Luo Yuejian screwed over the Leather Jacket Man in that corridor—oh wait, I should call him the Man in Black Turtleneck disguised as the Leather Jacket Man.

At the time, I actually thought Luo Yuejian just took him out because the Leather Jacket Man had screwed her over. But later I realized, Luo Yuejian seemed to have known all along that the Leather Jacket Man was actually the Man in Black Turtleneck, so her motivation at the time completely changed.

She clearly felt that the Man in Black Turtleneck having two aliases made him a bit too overpowered, so she took the opportunity to nerf him.

210L: Holy crap, that actually makes sense. I didn't connect those two things at all...

256L: 666, this analysis is solid. And did you guys notice Luo Yuejian's smile at that moment? Damn, it was insanely cool, right?! Thinking about it now, Luo Yuejian must have been satisfied because she saw that the strength of the two players had returned to the same level.

Attachment: Luo Yuejian's meaningful smirk.jpg

291L: I noticed that smile too! Seriously, Luo Yuejian rarely smiles. You can tell she really found this round interesting, hahahahaha.

OP: Oh my god, I just went to organize some materials, how did you guys get to 400 replies?

437L: The OP has risen from the dead.

477L: Two thousand years later...

OP: I read through the thread and saw that many people have already said what I wanted to say QAQ, so I'll add something that no one has mentioned yet...

OP: Regarding the part where the Man in Black Turtleneck went blind, I saw many people in other threads claiming that it was because Luo Yuejian realized something was wrong the moment she touched the mural, so she left from in front of the mural in time and escaped disaster.

And that the Man in Black Turtleneck went blind because he stayed in front of the mural too long, awakening those gray insects, which led to him being attacked.

But in fact, this theory is wrong.

I don't know if you all remember, or if you have the livestream replay on hand, you can take a look. Luo Yuejian once passed by a fork in that corridor full of forks, and the wall of that corridor also had a similar mural.

If you observe a bit more carefully, you can see that after Luo Yuejian left, that mural moved.

598L: Holy crap, it's giving off horror movie vibes!

634L: So the OP means that there were actually those gray flying insects on that mural too?

OP: Yes. By comparing the grayscale of the murals in the corridor and the main hall, we can conclude that this gray covering layer is likely those gray insects. And the time Luo Yuejian stood in front of this wall was actually almost the same as the time she stood in the main hall.

The only difference between the two, and the similarity between her situation in the corridor and the Man in Black Turtleneck's situation in the main hall, is that bronze oil lamp.

So I suspect that it was the temperature of the bronze oil lamp's flame that activated those dormant gray insects.

785L: 666, what details!

830L: I just watched the livestream replay, and it's true, just as the OP said, the figures on the mural seemed to move. But if you observe carefully, you can tell that it wasn't the figures on the mural that moved, but the gray layer!

871L: The OP knows their stuff. Looking at it this way, Luo Yuejian is truly impressive. No one can match this observational power.

924L: Damn, Luo Yuejian is truly terrifying. She noticed the problem with the mural at a single glance, and then in the main hall, she saw the similarities between the two murals at a glance too... Is she even human?!

1123L: You guys above missed the point. This thread is analyzing Luo Yuejian's art of balance. So the point isn't how strong Luo Yuejian's observational power is—does that even need to be said? Weren't the previous rounds of the game enough for you all to brag about?

1124L: To analyze the balance, we must first analyze what those two players did and who was stronger or weaker. In a sense, neither player had any usable items left at the time, so they were standing on the same starting line.

But if you look into it, you'll find that the Man in Black Turtleneck is way more impressive than the Man in the Suit. He is also on his fourth game, and he won MVP in two of the first three games. Both his mental and physical abilities are very strong.

As for the Man in the Suit, don't look at how the main livestream room chat was hyping him up. In reality, the game where he killed his teammates to get MVP was because three teammates were taken out by the same monster, leaving only three players on the field, which gave him the chance to get the guaranteed quota.

We can also tell from the later words of the Man in Black Turtleneck that this guy hid a lot of information and didn't tell the Man in the Suit. And although the Man in the Suit also plotted against others, in reality, the other two players had long since seen through his petty schemes.

These petty schemes of the Man in the Suit were like a baby's in front of the Man in Black Turtleneck. And these petty schemes of both of them were transparent in Luo Yuejian's eyes; they couldn't hide anything at all.

1589L: Looking at it this way, it has to be Luo Yuejian. This person is genuinely ridiculously strong.

1611L: But what does this have to do with Luo Yuejian? It's impressive that Luo Yuejian dodged those gray insects, but the Man in Black Turtleneck getting hit can only be blamed on his lack of caution, right?

1675L: Did you forget about that bronze oil lamp? The Man in Black Turtleneck stepped into traps several times, wasn't it all because of this oil lamp? For example, the time in the tunnel, and this time with the gray insect fog.

In fact, if you recall, you'll find that every time the Man in Black Turtleneck got the bronze oil lamp, it was guided by Luo Yuejian.

1732L: Yes! I noticed that at the time. Every time the Man in Black Turtleneck hesitated about whether to take the bronze oil lamp, he would test Luo Yuejian's opinion, and every time he ended up getting screwed over badly. It cracked me up.

1842L: Hahahahaha, now that you put it that way, why do I feel like the Man in Black Turtleneck is such a sad sack? He steps accurately into the pits every single time.

1900L: Luo Yuejian's control over human psychology is simply master-level. Damn, I didn't really pay attention to this aspect of Luo Yuejian's abilities before. This round really showed me.

2176L: That's right. It seems like every game we can see Luo Yuejian revealing new abilities. I feel like we have only seen the tip of the iceberg of Luo Yuejian so far. Wuwuwu, why is this woman so impressive...

2531L: Looking at it this way, Luo Yuejian is also very clear that the Man in Black Turtleneck is stronger than the Man in the Suit.

2712L: After listening to what you guys said, why does it feel like Luo Yuejian has been targeting the Man in Black Turtleneck the whole time? Has she ever acted against the Man in the Suit?

2788L: Yes, brother, yes. The Man in the Suit's rose item was ultimately destroyed in Luo Yuejian's hands.

I went to check his rose item; the whole flower only had three petals, one petal for one life. As it turned out, this guy couldn't handle the beginning of the game and used one petal just to enter the bronze door. Later, when the insect tide broke out in the corridor, he used another petal. The last one was in that tunnel, which he used to save the Man in Black Turtleneck.

Someone had analyzed before that the Man in Black Turtleneck was only holding the bronze oil lamp because he was screwed over by Luo Yuejian, and ended up being bitten by the Poisonous Insects. So, in reality, it was still Luo Yuejian who screwed over the Man in the Suit.

2810L: Seriously, this analysis is a bit far-fetched, but if it's Luo Yuejian...

2815L: If it's Luo Yuejian...

2834L: If it's Luo Yuejian...

3145L: Don't say that, it's really possible that Luo Yuejian calculated everything in advance [facepalm]. After all, it's obvious that Luo Yuejian was intentionally screwing over the Man in Black Turtleneck. With Luo Yuejian's strength, she must have been able to analyze that the Man in the Suit wouldn't let the Man in Black Turtleneck die. I think it's very likely that this was Luo Yuejian intentionally screwing over the Man in the Suit.

3237L: But Luo Yuejian didn't know if the Man in the Suit had any items to save the Man in Black Turtleneck, don't deify Luo Yuejian too much.

4157l: Sigh, I don't know what you are struggling with. If the Man in the Suit didn't have items and let the Man in Black Turtleneck die, Luo Yuejian could easily take out the Man in the Suit and win directly. If the Man in the Suit had life-saving items, then Luo Yuejian could continue watching the show. It's killing two birds with one stone.

4260L: That makes so much sense, I am speechless...

5155L: By the way, I have another question, I haven't seen anyone else mention it while reading the thread. Why wasn't Luo Yuejian attacked by those gray insects in the last part?

5271L: There was an analysis in the next-door thread; I copied a part of it, you can take a look: I don't know if you noticed a move Luo Yuejian made, which is that she stood in front of the mural in the main hall, touched it, and then smeared something (the gray insects) onto her body.

Now we all know that Luo Yuejian had long discovered the secret on the mural. But at that time in the corridor, Luo Yuejian didn't touch the mural; it was only after encountering it the second time that she smeared the things from the mural onto her body.

This was definitely not Luo Yuejian's casual action. According to my guess, Luo Yuejian likely did this to get the scent of those gray insects onto herself, so she wouldn't be treated as an enemy by the gray insect tide.

According to this guess, the Man in Black Turtleneck shouldn't have had to fear those gray insects either. Unfortunately, he died too early.

5795L: ...Calculated and cunning.

5817L: This was definitely planned, right? Definitely, right? Too awesome!

5834L: I dare not imagine what kind of monster they are playing the game with...

6369L: I'm already tired of saying how awesome Luo Yuejian is...
