140: Chapter 140 Sick with the Charm Powder

He clutched his throat tightly, his lips twitching a few times as if he wanted to say something.

But he could only make "gurgling" sounds of bloody bubbles before crashing to the ground, never to rise again.

Blood soaked the withered leaves on the ground, emitting a thick, metallic stench.

Two corpses lay in a pool of blood.

Zhou Ping's corpse was still warm, while Zhao Yuan's remains had long since been devoured by Yao Beasts.

Wen Yulan and Su Wan were stunned by this sudden turn of events, their minds going blank.

Su Wan's face was deathly pale; she was trembling all over, her legs so weak she almost collapsed to the ground.

Her voice changed pitch, becoming sharp and terrified.

"Han... Senior Brother Han Ming, what... what are you doing? You killed Zhou Ping? He’s our fellow disciple!"

Wen Yulan abruptly drew her longsword and stood in front of Su Wan, shouting sternly, her voice filled with anger and disbelief.

"Han Ming! Are you crazy? Zhou Ping is your fellow disciple! Was killing Zhao Yuan not enough? You want to kill Zhou Ping too? What exactly are you trying to do?"

Han Ming turned around and looked at them, a lewd smile curling at the corners of his mouth as he slowly put away his short blade.

He stepped forward leisurely, every footfall feeling like it was treading on their hearts.

His gaze wandered unscrupulously over Wen Yulan's body; his throat bobbed as he swallowed hard.

"Fellow disciple?"

He sneered, his tone full of contempt and disdain.

"A piece of trash deserves to be called my fellow disciple? Wen Yulan, did you think I came out with you this time just for a mission? Did you really think I’m the kind of person who would risk my life for a few Yao Beasts?"

Wen Yulan’s expression changed. She gripped her longsword, only to find the Mystic Power in her body draining away rapidly.

Her limbs began to feel weak; she could barely even hold her sword.

Her heart sank, and a chill rushed from the soles of her feet to the top of her head. She suddenly looked up.

She stared fixedly at Han Ming, her voice trembling.

"What... what did you do to me?"

Han Ming smiled triumphantly, took out a small paper packet from his sleeve, and waved it in front of her.

His face was full of arrogant certainty.

"soft charm powder, ever heard of it? I spent a fortune on this—exactly fifty low-grade mysterious stones."

"A knockout drug plus an aphrodisiac. Once hit by this, you'll first go limp and then turn wanton. No matter how fierce a woman is, she’ll have to beg for mercy. Wen Yulan, did you think you could still escape my grasp?"

Wen Yulan's face turned deathly pale, and her whole body went limp. Her longsword fell to the ground with a "clatter."

She stumbled backward, her legs giving way as she collapsed onto the ground.

A strange, dry heat rose from her Dantian, spreading through her limbs like a wildfire.

A flush rose to her cheeks, her breathing became rapid, and her chest heaved violently.

Her full curves rose and fell with her breath, nearly bursting through her torn clothing.

"You... you beast."

Wen Yulan gritted her teeth, but her voice already carried a hint of charm that felt foreign even to her.

Han Ming squatted down and reached out to pinch her chin.

He forced her to look up, his fingertips stroking her burning cheek.

His gaze fell on her flushed cheeks and her rapidly heaving chest.

His eyes were filled with triumph and lewdness, and the smile on his lips became increasingly twisted.

"Wen Yulan, I’ve pursued you for two whole years. Two years! Do you know how much effort I’ve spent? Giving you Medicinal Pills, Cultivation Techniques, helping you with missions, blocking trouble for you, taking the blame for you..."

"But what about you? You wouldn’t even let me touch your hand, always acting so aloof and ignoring me. The way you looked at me was like looking at a dog."

He let go and stood up, looking down at her from above, his tone full of spite and madness.

"Who do you think you are? Just because you're a bit good-looking, you really think you're someone special? Let me tell you, in my eyes, you’re just a whore."

"Why act so noble? Why pretend to be a chaste woman? Today, I’m going to see if you can keep up that act beneath me."

Wen Yulan's body was completely weak, her cheeks getting redder. That parching heat made her almost lose her sanity.

She bit her lip hard until beads of blood seeped out, desperately trying to stay conscious.

Her voice was hoarse and trembling, carrying her final bit of defiance.

"Han Ming... aren't you afraid the Sect will come after you? Killing a fellow disciple, drugging... either one is a capital offense. The Elders won't let you off."

Han Ming burst into laughter, his unrestrained and arrogant laughter echoing through the empty mountain forest.

"The Sect? In this desolate mountain wilderness, who the hell will know I did it? Zhou Ping and Zhao Yuan are dead, and that bitch Su Wan will be dead soon too."

"I'll rape you first and then kill you, toss your corpse into the mountains, and once the Yao Beasts gnaw on it, not even a bone will be left. Even if the Sect investigates, they won't find anything on me. Who would know? Who?"

He turned to look at Su Wan, a lewd smile curling his lips as his gaze swept up and down her body.

"Junior Sister Su Wan, you won't escape either. Although you're not as good as Wen Yulan, you're not bad-looking, and your skin is quite fair. If you're sensible and obedient, and make me happy..."

"I might even spare your life. Well? Think carefully—is it better to be alive or dead?"

Su Wan trembled all over, tears streaming from her eyes as she shook like a sieve.

She looked at the limp, disheveled Wen Yulan on the ground, then at Han Ming's twisted and hideous face, and finally broke down.

She fell to her knees with a thud, trembling violently as she cried, her voice filled with fear and despair.

"Senior Brother Han, I... I'll be obedient. Please don't kill me. I'll do whatever you say... I'll listen to everything."

Han Ming nodded with satisfaction and waved her away as if shooing a dog.

"Get lost to the side. I'll deal with you later. Don't be an eyesore."

Su Wan scrambled to the side and huddled under a large tree.

She hugged her knees, shivering, not even daring to make a sound as she wept.

Wen Yulan lay slumped on the ground, despair filling her eyes as she watched Su Wan surrender.

She closed her eyes, tears sliding from the corners, her heart filled with humiliation and helplessness.

The heat inside her grew stronger, like thousands of ants crawling through her body.

Her consciousness began to blur, and her reason was crumbling bit by bit.

Her hands uncontrollably began to tear at her own collar.

The fabric on her shoulders slipped down, revealing a large expanse of porcelain-white skin. Her collarbones were as exquisite as if carved, and further down...

Her full curves heaved violently with her rapid breathing, nearly bursting through the torn fabric.

She had also pulled loose the ties of her undergarment, leaving her half-exposed and her beauty fully revealed.

Her snow-white skin shimmered with an alluring luster in the dim forest.

Han Ming squatted down, reached out, and pinched her chin. His fingertips stroked her burning cheek, savoring the delicate sensation.

Wen Yulan wanted to pull away, but she had no strength left in her body.

She could only allow his hand to wander over her face, while a wave of nausea churned in her stomach.

"So beautiful."

Han Ming licked his lips, his gaze greedily wandering over her body.

From her flushed cheeks to her slender neck, and then to the fullness that was nearly bursting from her clothes.
