325: Chapter 325 The Netherworld Demon General Tears Off His Disguise!

The woman's laughter was sharp and piercing, echoing throughout the empty stone chamber.

Her white dress instantly turned pitch black, and her long hair danced wildly in the wind.

Her delicate features became twisted and hideous, and her eyes glowed with an eerie green light.

A thick surge of black Devilish Qi erupted from her body, staining the surrounding air the color of ink.

“Stupid Mortal! Did you really think I was some Immortal Envoy from the Upper Realm?”

The black-clad witch laughed loudly, her voice sounding like two rusted iron plates rubbing together, making one's ears ache.

“I am the Nether Demon General! I have been suppressed in the Blood Pool for ten thousand years. Thanks to you cutting the Dragon-Binding Lock, I have regained my freedom!”

The black-clad witch raised her hands, and long black claws grew from her ten fingers.

With a flash of her figure, she turned into a bolt of black lightning, clawing directly for Su Yang's chest.

A strong corrosive aura clung to her claws, as if she intended to rip Su Yang's heart straight out.

Su Yang's hands hung at his sides as he stood there, motionless.

“After all that posturing, this is all the power you have?”

Su Yang's tone was flat; he didn't even make a move to dodge.

The black claws struck Su Yang's chest clothes with a vicious swipe.

“Clang!”

A crisp sound of metal clashing rang out.

The black-clad witch felt as if she had clawed a piece of indestructible divine iron. The counter-force made her fingers go numb and her nails snap off at the roots.

“How is this possible!” The black-clad witch's eyes widened, her face filled with horror.

A faint golden light shimmered on the surface of Su Yang's body.

His Pure Yang True Qi had automatically protected him, leaving not even a single mark behind.

Su Yang drew his right hand back and clenched his fingers into a fist.

Brilliant golden Pure Yang True Fire danced upon his knuckles, emitting a high temperature capable of incinerating everything.

“Since you've come out, then just die obediently.”

Su Yang threw a punch straight at the black-clad witch's face.

The wind from the punch whistled, carrying a force that could crush anything in its path.

The black-clad witch trembled with fear and desperately mobilized the Devilish Qi in her body to form a black shield in front of her.

“Bang!”

The golden fist smashed into the black shield.

The shield didn't even last a second before instantly shattering into pieces.

The fist's momentum didn't slow as it landed squarely on the black-clad witch's face.

“Ah—!”

The black-clad witch let out a shrill, miserable scream.

Her entire head was severely deformed by Su Yang's punch, and her body flew backward like a kite with a broken string, crashing heavily against the stone chamber wall.

A large crater was smashed into the wall, and rubble tumbled down.

The black-clad witch slid to the ground, spitting out mouthfuls of black blood.

Her eyes were filled with terror.

Just moments ago, she thought Su Yang was an easy-to-deceive Mortal, but she never expected him to be a God of Slaughter with unfathomable strength.

“Spare me! Spare me, Great Immortal!”

Ignoring the excruciating pain in her body, the black-clad witch crawled on the ground and kowtowed desperately.

“I was forced into this! As long as you spare my life, I am willing to serve you like an ox or a horse!”

Su Yang strode over to the black-clad witch and looked down at her from above.

“It's too late. Keeping trash around is redundant.”

Su Yang raised his right foot, a ball of golden flame igniting at his toe, and stepped directly onto the black-clad witch's chest.

“Boom!”

The Pure Yang True Fire exploded instantly, completely engulfing the black-clad witch.

Golden flames were the bane of all evil beings.

The black-clad witch rolled violently in the sea of fire, letting out desperate wails.

In less than ten seconds, the shrill cries vanished completely.

The body on the ground was burned into a pile of white ash, which scattered without a trace when blown by the wind.

A fist-sized black crystal core dropped from the white ash.

Su Yang bent down and picked up the crystal core. It contained pure Devilish Qi.

Su Yang casually tossed the crystal core to Chu Ling behind him.

Chu Ling happily caught the crystal core, opened her small rosy mouth, and swallowed it in one gulp.

“Thank you, Boss. This thing tastes pretty good.”

A hint of satisfied blush appeared on Chu Ling's exquisite face. Her ice-blue dress fluttered in the wind.

Mary curled her lip in mid-air.

“She was so ugly, her blood must have been stinky too. It's really heart-warming that Boss beat her to death.”

Qin Xueji breathed a long sigh of relief.

The black-clad witch's sudden change of face just now had made her heart race with fear.

Fortunately, Boss's strength was formidable, and he resolved the monster with a single punch.

Bai Li walked forward, her purple eyes looking at the red Blood Pool in the center.

“Su Yang, there seems to be movement in the Blood Pool.”

Su Yang turned to look.

After the black-clad witch died, the blood in the Blood Pool began to boil violently, and the water level dropped rapidly at a speed visible to the naked eye.

In just a few minutes, the entire pool of blood had drained away, revealing the black rock at the bottom of the pool.

In the very center of the pool's bottom, a square stone platform protruded.

On the stone platform sat a black-gold metal box.

Complex ancient patterns were carved on the box, emitting a mysterious aura.

Su Yang jumped down into the dried-up Blood Pool and walked to the stone platform.

He reached out and picked up the black-gold box.

The box felt heavy in his hand, and the material was very special.

Su Yang mobilized the True Qi in his body and forcibly broke through the Seal on the box.

With a crisp “click,” the box lid popped open.

The box was lined with a piece of red silk.

On the silk lay a pitch-black medallion quietly.

The medallion was only the size of a palm, shaped like a bat with its wings spread wide.

The two ancient characters for “Nether” were carved on the front, and a tightly closed gate was drawn on the back.

“What is this thing?”

Mary flew over, looking at the medallion curiously.

“It looks like a key,” Bai Li analyzed.

Su Yang held the medallion in his hand, examining it closely.

The surface of the medallion felt slightly cold, and there seemed to be some kind of spatial fluctuation contained within.

Just as Su Yang was studying the medallion.

A dull rumbling sound suddenly came from the depths of the stone chamber.

“Rumble...”

Immediately after, a huge stone door hidden in the rock wall slowly opened to both sides.

Behind the stone door was a wide bluestone slab passage.

Torches were lit on both sides of the passage, extending all the way into the unknown depths.

An ancient and weathered aura blew out from the passage.

“It seems this key is a token to guide the way forward.”

Su Yang put away the medallion and led the way into the passage behind the stone door.

The passage was very spacious, enough for ten people to walk side by side.

Many murals were carved on the walls, depicting various hideous ghosts and monsters fighting each other.

Walking in the passage, the surroundings were strangely quiet. Only the footsteps of the few people echoed.

Qin Xueji followed closely by Su Yang's side, her hands folded in front of her.

She tried hard to remain calm, but the fine sweat on her forehead betrayed her nervous mood.

They walked for about half an hour.

A glimmer of light appeared at the front of the passage.

Su Yang quickened his pace and walked out of the passage.

The sight before them made everyone gasp.

This was an incredibly massive Underground Plaza.

The area of the plaza was larger than ten football fields combined.

The ground of the plaza was entirely paved with solid blocks of white marble.

On both sides of the plaza, thousands upon thousands of stone statues were neatly arranged.

These statues were all soldiers dressed in ancient armor.

Holding spears, sharp swords, and crossbows, they stared forward expressionlessly.

Behind the soldier statues, there were also rows of cavalry statues riding warhorses, as well as huge bronze chariots.

It was practically a massive underground army!

“So many stone statues...” Chu Ling frowned slightly.

“These aren't ordinary stone statues.” Bai Li's gaze was solemn, “The souls of ancient soldiers are sealed within them. Once a mechanism is triggered, the entire army will awaken.”

Looking at this massive stone army before him, Su Yang showed no fear. Instead, an excited smile appeared on his face.

“A sleeping army? This is getting interesting.”

Su Yang raised his foot and took a large stride onto the white marble floor of the plaza.

“Click.”

A slight sound of mechanical gears turning echoed in the empty plaza.

The next second.

The temperature of the entire Underground Plaza plummeted.

The eyes of the thousands of stone soldiers simultaneously lit up with a red glow.

“Boom! Boom! Boom!”

The sound of synchronized marching echoed through the plaza like thunder.

All the stone soldiers revived at once, pointing their weapons at the intruders.

A burly stone general standing at the very front drew the bronze longsword at his waist, the tip of the sword pointing directly at Su Yang.

“Those who trespass into the Mausoleum Palace shall be executed without mercy!”

The stone general let out a roar, the sound deafening.

“Kill! Kill! Kill!”

Ten thousand stone soldiers shouted in unison, their Killing Intent reaching the heavens.

Facing the overwhelming Killing Intent, Su Yang cracked his neck, the bones making a crisp popping sound.

“Just right for some exercise. You guys stay back, don't interfere.”

Su Yang's legs suddenly exerted force, and his body turned into a golden stream of light, charging directly into the army formation of ten thousand stone soldiers.

The moment Su Yang charged into the formation, over a dozen spears from the front row thrust toward him simultaneously.

The spears carried a fierce wind, blocking off all angles.

Without even looking, Su Yang directly swung his right fist.

His fist, wreathed in golden Pure Yang True Fire, smashed into the spearheads.

“Bang bang bang!”

The hard stone spearheads were instantly crushed into powder upon contact with the flames.

The powerful force of the punch spread down the spear shafts, shattering the dozen or so stone soldiers holding them into pieces.

Stone fragments flew in all directions, hitting the soldiers behind them with a series of dense impacts.

“Fragile.” Su Yang flatly uttered two words.

The stone army did not retreat because of their comrades' deaths.

They had no emotions, no sense of pain, and would only mechanically execute the command to kill.

More stone soldiers swarmed forward, waving sharp swords and crossbows, launching a storm-like attack on Su Yang.

A sky full of arrows, like a black cloud, rained down upon Su Yang's head.

Su Yang swept his hands in front of his chest.

A layer of golden True Qi shield instantly expanded, blocking all the arrows outside.

The arrows struck the shield, snapping one after another and falling to the ground.

Su Yang kicked off the ground, his whole person soaring into the air.

Like a meteorite, he smashed heavily into the densest part of the stone army.

“Boom!”

The ground shook violently.

The moment Su Yang landed, a powerful shockwave spread in all directions, directly blowing away over a hundred stone soldiers in the vicinity.

Su Yang's movements were as fast as lightning, every punch and every kick carrying a force that could crush anything.

Golden flames bloomed everywhere within the army formation.

The stone soldiers hit by the flames were instantly burned into piles of white ash.

In less than five minutes, the white marble plaza was already covered with a thick layer of crushed stone.

Thousands of stone soldiers had been brutally smashed into fragments by Su Yang.

Standing in the distance, Mary watched with boiling blood, vigorously waving her small fists.

“Boss is too amazing! Smash all these broken stones to bits!”

Chu Ling's ice-blue eyes shimmered with light.

Boss's way of fighting was always so simple and direct, filled with a sense of absolute power.

Seeing his subordinates suffer heavy losses, the red light in the stone general's eyes flared up.

He raised his bronze longsword, rode a tall stone warhorse, and charged directly at Su Yang.

“Die!”

The stone general gripped the sword with both hands and, from his high vantage point, slashed down at Su Yang's head.

The bronze longsword carried a heavy Evil Qi, its power startling.

Su Yang didn't dodge; he directly reached out his left hand and grabbed the descending blade.

“Clang!”

The sound of metal grinding rang out.

The stone general used all his strength, yet he couldn't make the longsword move even half a fraction further.

“Is this all the strength you have?” Su Yang's tone was flat.

Clenching his right hand into a fist, he punched the stone warhorse's head directly.

“Boom!”

The warhorse's head shattered instantly, and its massive body collapsed with a crash.

The stone general lost his balance and fell off the horse's back.

Before he could even crawl back up, Su Yang had already raised his right foot and stepped heavily onto the stone general's chest.

“Crack.”

The stone general's breastplate shattered.

The golden flames on Su Yang's foot instantly engulfed him.

The stone general struggled violently in the flames, letting out unpleasant, miserable screams.

A few seconds later, he had completely turned into a pile of white ash.

With the commander dead, the remaining stone soldiers seemed to have lost their direction, their movements becoming sluggish.

Su Yang didn't stop, his figure quickly weaving through the army formation as he dealt with the remaining stone soldiers one by one.

When the last stone soldier fell, the entire Underground Plaza returned to silence.

The ground was covered with crushed stone and white ash, as if it had undergone a tragic war.

Su Yang patted the dust off his hands and turned to walk toward the four women.

At that moment, from the end of the Underground Plaza, a dull rumbling sound was heard.

A massive bronze palace slowly rose from underground.

The palace gates were tightly closed, exuding an ancient and mysterious aura.
