2: The game has become a reality!

Jiang Chuan stepped onto a protruding rock and looked around at the dense crowd. Without a hint of stage fright, he raised his megaphone and shouted with all his might.

"Sun Kai, the son of the owner of Sunset Technology, is a two-timer who has toyed with the feelings of many Junior female students at Luoda University. Instead of being ashamed, he takes pride in it. He is a disgrace to Luoda! He even bragged about it in front of me today. I loathe him and firmly resist such scum! Ladies, keep your eyes open—be careful when choosing a man!"

His booming voice echoed across the entire playground. Hearing this, the students at the graduation ceremony clenched their fists in indignation and began asking around to find out who Sun Kai was.

"Holy crap! What a beast! I haven't even dated a Junior female student once!"

"Junior students are so cute, yet someone actually bullies them!"

"Where is Sun Kai? I'll show him why the flowers are so red!"

"Don't ever say you graduated from Luoda! He's a total disgrace to the school!"

Some hot-tempered guys rolled up their sleeves, intending to teach this Luocheng University scum a lesson.

There were also roommates of girls who had been played by Sun Kai; they went around sharing his history as a scumbag. Soon, the entire playground was filled with voices condemning him.

More and more people joined the condemnation, and everyone's emotions were set ablaze.

Some looked down on the second-generation rich, while others felt ashamed that Luocheng University had such a student. The girls' reactions were even more intense—scumbags deserved to be punished by everyone!

Jiang Chuan, being very helpful, pointed the way for everyone: "Don't get the wrong guy, the one wearing sunglasses is Sun Kai!"

"He took off his sunglasses! He's trying to run! The one holding his head is him! Brothers and sisters, don't let him off easily. Make sure he never dares to be a scumbag again!"

Sun Kai was in no mood to worry about Zhang Linlin. He threw away his sunglasses and fled in a panic, covering his head.

Zhang Linlin didn't know if what Jiang Chuan said was true or false. For a moment, she couldn't decide whether to leave or stay, standing there awkwardly.

"Thank you all for speaking up for Luoda's environment! You are the pride of Luoda! On behalf of Luoda, I thank you all!"

Seeing the target had run far away, Jiang Chuan shamelessly uttered a few pleasantries, located Pan Renxing, and pulled him along as he ran.

Pan Renxing was still clapping vigorously below, his chubby face flushed with excitement. He was a bit reluctant as Jiang Chuan pulled him away.

After running for a long time, they finally got away from the crowd.

Pan Renxing leaned on his knees, panting, and said, "Third Bro! You're amazing! Sun Kai is definitely famous now."

Jiang Chuan was also exhausted. He leaned against a wall, breathing heavily. "What level is he? He thinks he can compete with me?"

Pan Renxing didn't quite understand, but he didn't care. He said cautiously, "Third Bro, Zhang Linlin is still there, aren't you..." Jiang Chuan waved his hand, interrupting him. Looking into the distance, he said calmly:

"You will eventually understand that your future is more important than love. You will also understand that love is harder to come by than a future. But in the end, you'll realize that the right person will be standing there in your future."

"Holy crap! That makes so much sense!" Pan Renxing quickly took out his phone to record the quote, intending to use it to show off in front of his friends when he returned to Hangzhou City.

Jiang Chuan squatted on the steps, looking at the Luocheng University that felt both strange and familiar, and said:

"Old Fourth, give me a cigarette."

Hearing this, Pan Renxing pulled out a pack of Chunghwa, put one in his mouth, and threw the entire pack over. He then squatted on the steps with his third brother.

None of the four in the dorm knew how to smoke. Pan Renxing had bought the pack of Chunghwa purely to show off, keeping it in his pocket every day.

He justified it by saying, "This is how people in society do it. My dad is just like this!"

Jiang Chuan lit it skillfully and took a deep drag, only to be hit by a fit of coughing. Only then did he remember that at this point in time, he didn't know how to smoke yet.

He stubbed out the cigarette and held it in his hand. He had already realized the current situation: he had been reborn!

"Damn it, I struggled for over ten years, achieved financial freedom and freedom with women, and now I've been sent back?"

Pan Renxing waited for a while, but the lighter wasn't handed back. He couldn't help but say, "Third Bro, I can give you the cigarette, but give me back the lighter."

Jiang Chuan said irritably, "If you don't smoke, why do you need the lighter? Wait, why are you still at school? Aren't you going home?"

Pan Renxing checked the time and jumped up.

"Crap! I heard you and Sun Kai got into a fight, so I ran back. I'm leaving now, Third Bro. Come visit me in Hangzhou City when you have time."

"Don't worry, I'll come find you when I can't afford to eat!"

"Get lost!"

Jiang Chuan watched Old Fourth run off, patted his butt, and stood up. He planned to head back to the dorm to figure things out; it was too hot out here.

He looked around in confusion, realizing that those future plans were still far off. The most important thing right now was that he was lost!

"Holy crap! Where is the men's dormitory building?"

Men's Dormitory, Room 404.

Relying on memories from years ago and the help of some kind souls, Jiang Chuan finally found his old dorm. Sitting on the bed, he took out his phone—a Lenovo A308t, a 299-yuan smartphone. Other than being extremely laggy, it had no flaws.

There was very little on the phone: wechat, Weibo, QQ, a part-time job app, and a game.

"Eh? Isn't this the Tycoon Development Game? I don't think I played it again after graduating university."

Lying on his old bed and playing the old game, forgotten scenes began to resurface in Jiang Chuan's mind.

This was his most difficult period. During his sophomore year, his grandfather was diagnosed with cancer, draining the family's savings and forcing them to borrow money everywhere.

Unfortunately, his grandfather passed away during his junior year. His already struggling family was pushed to the brink, leading him to take on part-time jobs year-round. His three-year relationship had also ended because of this.

Luckily, he had three roommates who, fearing they might hurt his pride, would always buy extra food during meals, using excuses like:

"Daddy accidentally bought too much and can't finish it. It'll go to waste, so help me out."

They would drag him along no matter what they were doing and firmly refused to let him pay. That was how he made it through to the end of university.

After graduation, his parents wanted him to return to his hometown to take the civil service exam. They couldn't afford a house in the big city, so finding a girl from a similar background in their small town would be a fulfilled life.

How could Jiang Chuan be willing to leave Luocheng like that? If he went back home, he might never have the chance to return.

So, he started sending out resumes and looking for a job.

He finally got into an investment firm and worked diligently for three years without taking a single day off, only to be laid off... He found another company, but it went bankrupt... Jiang Chuan thought to himself that he must have some kind of special trait!

So, he resolutely took the savings he had accumulated over the years and started his own business, founding Starlight Investment. It was also at this time that Li Xintong came to Starlight Investment and became his secretary.

It could be said that a part of Starlight Investment's success was definitely due to her. She was highly professional, with impeccable EQ, IQ, and even "taste."

Jiang Chuan only needed to control the big picture; the rest of the work could be left to Li Xintong. They spent more time together than he did with his parents. After all, they were together during the day, and sometimes at night... Over time, Li Xintong, the one who had always been by his side, naturally became his woman.

But who would have thought that at thirty-five, just as Jiang Chuan had built Starlight Investment into a famous enterprise in Luocheng, his bedfellow Li Xintong would personally send him back in time.

"F*ck! I still had so much money left to spend, and so many young ladies waiting for me."

Jiang Chuan pressed his phone hard to vent his anger. Suddenly, the screen went black. He thought he had pressed too hard and caused the struggling phone to break prematurely.

He didn't care and was about to toss it aside when the phone suddenly lit up again, and a string of numbers appeared on it.

Jiang Chuan counted carefully. Ten billion? What did this mean?
