103: The envoy from the divine realm, dimensionally overwhelming.

The prosperity of the Star Sea Market and the explosive development of Cloud Court's technology were like two heavy bombs dropped into the (relatively) calm Star Sea, their ripples finally reaching the Domain of certain older, more transcendent existences.

Just as everyone in Cloud Court was immersed in the joy brought by technological Breakthroughs, a majestic Aura, distinct from the deathly silence of the abyss and different from any known planar energy, descended without warning upon the outer Void Realm of the Demon Spirit Continent. This Aura carried a cold, superior air, as if it were scrutinizing all realms and arbitrating order.

Immediately following, a staircase made purely of light extended from the depths of the endless Void Realm, directly reaching beyond Cloud Court's core area. Upon the staircase, three figures, clad in plain white robes, with indistinct faces and faint divine radiance surrounding them, slowly descended. Their Aura was not overbearingly arrogant, yet it carried a profound and stable essence, as if integrated with the fundamental rules, inspiring awe and stifling any thought of resistance.

The leader was an ancient being holding a golden Law book, his eyes like the movement of billions of stars. His gaze swept over the magnificent Cloud Court complex, lingering for a moment especially on the towering Myriad Realms Information Tower and the Curiosity Institute, from which strange energy fluctuations faintly emanated. A flicker of imperceptible surprise flashed in his eyes, then quickly returned to a calm, indifferent state.

"We are the Surveillance Envoys of the 'Divine Realm Arbitration Court,'" the leader spoke, his voice devoid of emotion, yet it clearly resonated in the consciousness of every core member of Cloud Court. "This place, the Demon Spirit Continent, Cloud Court. Your recent activities have been overly 'active,' causing abnormal disturbances at the Law level, exceeding the normal development trajectory of a nascent plane. According to the 'Myriad Realms Balance Charter,' we must conduct an investigation of you to assess whether there is a risk of 'imbalance.'"

The Divine Realm Arbitration Court! An transcendent organization that only existed in ancient legends, said to be responsible for maintaining a certain macroscopic balance in the endless Void Realm! Its power was unfathomable, and it rarely intervened directly in the affairs of lower planes. Its appearance often signified significant upheaval.

Nie Li, Yun Hao, and Yun Qiao instantly appeared outside Cloud Court, their expressions grave. The pressure brought by the opponents far exceeded that of the Eye of Nirvana and Purple Nightmare; it was a suppressive feeling stemming from their life levels and Law authority.

"Investigation? How will you investigate?" Nie Li asked, neither humble nor arrogant.

"Detecting your civilization's energy level, analyzing the Origin of your power, and evaluating your impact on the balance of the current Star Domain," the Surveillance Envoy's tone was flat, as if stating a trivial matter. "If deemed 'benign' or 'controllable,' you may continue to exist. If deemed a 'potential threat' or 'imbalance,' 'adjustment' will be made according to the Charter."

The meaning of "adjustment" was self-evident.

Yun Hao tightened his grip on his spear, his Battle Intent beginning to surge. Yun Qiao also secretly mobilized the Law of Life, preparing for a potential conflict. For them to open up everything for investigation was absolutely impossible!

Just as the atmosphere grew tense, Yun Feng's figure silently appeared between the two sides. He was still in his green robe, his expression calm, as if the Surveillance Envoys from the transcendent organization before him were merely ordinary visitors.

"Divine Realm Arbitration Court?" Yun Feng raised his eyes, his gaze falling on the golden Law book in the leading Surveillance Envoy's hand, seemingly able to penetrate the divine radiance to see its essence. "According to ancient treaties, you have no right to conduct mandatory investigations on autonomous planes that have given birth to a 'Destiny Guardian.' Unless, that plane actively causes destructive harm to its surroundings. Has my Cloud Court ever actively destroyed any civilization?"

For the first time, a subtle ripple appeared on the leading Surveillance Envoy's calm face. He looked at Yun Feng, his eyes sharpening: "You... know the Divine Realm treaty? Who are you?"

"An ordinary plane guardian," Yun Feng said indifferently. "As for the investigation... perhaps, what should be investigated are your rigid and outdated assessment standards."

He was not angry, nor did he display any Aura; he simply raised his hand casually and gently pointed at the Void Realm.

In an instant, centered on his fingertip, the surrounding Law level underwent subtle yet profound changes. The divine radiance surrounding the three Surveillance Envoys, as if encountering a nemesis, began to fluctuate violently, flickering on and off! They felt that their close connection to the Divine Realm Origin seemed to be covered by a thin veil, becoming obscure! What horrified them even more was that their "Law perception" ability, which they relied on to arbitrate all realms, seemed to fail around Yun Feng; all they saw was an unfathomable Chaos!

"This is... Chaos Origin? No! It's a higher level..." The leading Surveillance Envoy exclaimed in shock, no longer able to maintain his indifference. The golden Law book in his hand hummed, but it could not, as usual, clearly analyze any information about Yun Feng.

Yun Feng ignored their shock and continued: "The Star Sea Market promotes exchange and mutual benefit; how does that disrupt balance? Technological development is an inevitable progression of civilization; how does it pose a risk of imbalance? If merely developing too quickly, beyond your comprehension, is defined as a 'threat,' then what is the meaning of this Arbitration Court's existence? Is it to maintain balance, or to maintain 'order' within your scope of understanding?"

His voice was not loud, yet it resonated like a great bell, striking the hearts of the three Surveillance Envoys. Their fundamental logic, upon which they operated, was fundamentally questioned and challenged at this moment.

Yun Feng withdrew his finger, and the surrounding anomalies disappeared. He glanced at the Surveillance Envoys whose expressions were constantly changing, his tone still calm: "Go back and tell your superiors that times are changing. You cannot measure a new world with old rulers. If you truly want to understand what 'balance' is, you might as well humble yourselves and come see the Star Sea Market with your own eyes, see the sparks ignited by the collision of thousands of civilizations. Perhaps, it will give you some new insights into your so-called 'arbitration.'"

With that, Yun Feng said no more, turned, took a step, and his figure had already returned to the Star Gazing Hall, as if everything that had just happened had never occurred.

The three Surveillance Envoys from the Divine Realm were left standing in place, their faces filled with bewilderment, shock, and a hint of... powerlessness after being crushed by a higher-dimensional force. Their proud authority, rules, and power seemed so ridiculous in the face of his understated demeanor.

Ultimately, the three Surveillance Envoys did nothing, not even leaving any words. They merely took a deep look at Cloud Court, then transformed into three streaks of light and awkwardly departed along the light staircase. They needed to report everything that happened here, especially the mysterious and unfathomable Court Master Yun and his perception-shattering statements and power, as soon as possible.

After this incident, Cloud Court became even more mysterious and unfathomable in the eyes of known (and some unknown) high-level forces. Even the Surveillance Envoys of the Divine Realm Arbitration Court returned in defeat; who would dare to easily provoke them now?

And Yun Feng's remarks about "new and old rulers" were also quietly sown like seeds. The future of the Star Sea was destined to take a completely different path due to the existence of Cloud Court.
