150: The Self-Cultivation of a Technology Consultant and the "Lucky Charm Economics"

The System Manufacturers team officially settled into the "Friendly Exchange Center" on the periphery of the Cloud Court under the identity of "External Technical Consultants."

Initially, Logos and the others upheld the rigor and exploratory spirit of technical personnel, attempting to use their logic and tools to analyze everything in the Cloud Court.

They surrounded the Pond, using high-precision energy detectors to scan every flick of the Golden Koi's tail and record the spectrum of bursting bubbles, attempting to establish a "Koi Behavior and Dao Rhyme Fluctuation Correlation Model."

They used micro-structure analyzers on the set of stone tables and stools, studying the arrangement of the Law solidified within them by "definition," hoping to replicate this "Material Law-ization" technology.

They even applied to take samples from the leaves of the "Void Realm Star-Patterned Bamboo" (which was sternly refused by Long Qianyuan on the grounds that it "affects aesthetics").

However, no matter what cutting-edge equipment they used or what complex algorithms they employed, the results were either a pile of garbled code or fragments of underlying logic that seemed simple but were incomprehensible when combined.

Everything in the Cloud Court seemed to come with a "Logic Immunity" aura; their technology appeared so pale and powerless here.

What made them collapse even more was the work—or rather, the lack of work—in the Cloud Court.

The "consultant" duties Long Qianyuan arranged for them were so vague they were almost non-existent.

"Feel the Dao of Nature," "Provide optimization suggestions" (but for any suggestions they made, from energy flow to spatial layout, Long Qianyuan simply replied, "That's fine, no need to change it"), and most importantly—"Stay quiet and don't disturb the Court Master while he raises fish."

After a few days of idleness, Logos's liquid metal body almost solidified due to his core logic idling.

He couldn't help but find Long Qianyuan: "Director Long, do we need some more concrete research projects? Or, participate in some actual 'Order Architecture' work?"

Long Qianyuan was using the newly acquired stone table to brew "Enlightenment Tea" gifted from a certain immortal cultivation plane. Upon hearing this, he glanced at him and said slowly, "Concrete projects? Sure, I have them!"

Logos's spirits lifted.

"Look," Long Qianyuan pointed to the Pond. "Does the water in this Pond occasionally have some fallen leaves? It affects the overall aesthetics. Your first project is to study how to efficiently and seamlessly clean the fallen leaves from the water surface without disturbing the Golden Koi. Remember, the movements must be gentle and have a sense of 'Dao follows Nature.' Do not use energy extraction directly; that is too crude and does not fit our Cloud Court's aesthetic."

Logos: "...Cleaning fallen leaves?"

We are System Manufacturers capable of weaving the rules of the world!

"Also," Long Qianyuan pointed to the Star-Patterned Bamboo again. "The lighting for this bamboo is sometimes uneven. You should study how to adjust the lighting angle of the 'Star Fighting Array' set up by my Revered Master so that every leaf can receive equal nourishment. Note, you can only make micro-adjustments; you cannot change the overall structure or energy output of the array."

Looking at the bamboo plant containing spatial folding and starlight projection technology that he couldn't understand at all, Logos felt his logic core wailing.

This was harder than redesigning the basic Laws of a higher-level plane!

Watching Logos's stiff metal face (if it could be called a face), Long Qianyuan patted him on the shoulder (splashing a few drops of liquid metal), comforting him: "Old Logos, don't aim too high. A tall building rises from the ground; taking the simplest things to the extreme is the 'Dao.' Look at my Revered Master; he fishes and feeds the fish every day—hasn't he realized the Supreme Dao? This is our Cloud Court's corporate culture; you have to adapt."

Logos returned to the team in silence and informed the other manufacturers of the "project" content.

After a deathly silence, the prism light on the golden polyhedral crystal manufacturer "Euclid" dimmed slightly.

"Perhaps... what he said makes sense?" Euclid said uncertainly. "The simplest phenomena often contain the most fundamental rules. Shall we start with... cleaning fallen leaves?"

Thus, under the awe-struck gazes of the numerous Holy Land Leaders on the periphery of the Cloud Court, this group of System Manufacturers—who came from higher civilizations, once wove Systems, and manipulated the fate of planes—began their "grounded" cultivation: studying how to elegantly scoop up leaves.

They tried to use the finest energy currents to guide the leaves to gather, simulating the trajectory of natural wind; they designed miniature bionic mechanical fish, mimicking the water flow brought by the Golden Koi's swimming to push the leaves; they even tried to communicate with the Golden Koi, wanting the fish to help push the leaves to the shore... (The result was being spat on by the Golden Koi with a mouthful of bubbles in disgust).

Just as they were struggling against a few stubborn leaves, an unexpected "business opportunity" appeared.

One day, an Elder from the Buddhist Holy Land "Glazed Pure World" saw from afar at the exchange center that the Golden Koi with a golden mark on its forehead spat out a seven-colored bubble.

The bubble shimmered in the sunlight, and inside seemed to be countless miniature Buddhist kingdoms with chants appearing and disappearing.

The Elder was stunned on the spot, stood watching for a whole day, and after returning, declared that he had an Epiphany, and his Buddhist cultivation, which had been stagnant for many years, had improved slightly!

The news spread and caused a sensation!

The bubbles spat out by the Yunting Master's Golden Koi actually contained supreme Dao Rhyme and could help people achieve Epiphany!

For a time, "Watching the Koi to achieve Epiphany" became the hottest activity on the periphery of the Cloud Court.

The Holy Land Leaders no longer went into seclusion or engaged in plane transformation; they gathered by the Pond (keeping a safe distance, not daring to disturb), waiting eagerly for the Golden Koi to spit bubbles, especially the Golden Koi!

The area by the Pond was overcrowded, seriously affecting Yun Feng's fishing (although he never caught anything) and the leisurely life of the Golden Koi.

Long Qianyuan had to order a limit on the number of visitors and the duration of visits.

Logos keenly discovered the "economic value" in this. He gathered the team and held a meeting overnight.

"Gentlemen, we may have found a direction to realize our value!" Logos's liquid metal body was slightly boiling with excitement. "We cannot directly analyze the core technology of the Cloud Court, but we can use our logical analysis capabilities to optimize the experience and... output of the 'Koi Watching' activity!"

"Output?" Euclid was puzzled.

"Yes! Output!" Logos pointed to the Pond. "We can build a model to analyze the correlation between the frequency, size, and color of the Golden Koi's bubbles and the Dao Rhyme of the environment and the state of the onlookers at the time!"

"We can develop an appointment System, optimize the seating for watching the Koi, and even... try to guide the Koi to spit 'higher quality' bubbles at specific times and in specific directions!"

The other manufacturers' eyes (if they had any) lit up!

This was what they were good at! Data analysis, model building, process optimization, and even limited "guidance" and "stimulation"—wasn't this their specialty when designing Systems?

They got to work immediately!

The System Manufacturers took action, using their long-suppressed technical prowess.

Within the permitted scope, they set up the most covert monitoring nodes, recording all recordable data; they built complex multi-dimensional models to analyze the behavior patterns of the Golden Koi; they even tried to use extremely gentle, near-natural pheromones and energy fluctuations, attempting to establish "friendly interaction" with the Golden Koi...

A few days later, a plan titled "Cloud Court Golden Koi Bubble Output Optimization and Viewing Experience Enhancement System V1.0" was solemnly submitted to Long Qianyuan by Logos.

Long Qianyuan looked at the complex algorithms, exquisite interface, and bizarre functions like "Bubble Quality Prediction," "Best Viewing Seat Recommendation," and "Personalized Epiphany Packages" in the plan, and his mouth twitched for a long time.

"You... are truly talented." He choked out.

He took the plan to consult Yun Feng.

Yun Feng was adjusting the lighting for the star-patterned bamboo. After listening to Long Qianyuan's report and glancing at the thick plan, he was silent for a moment, and then...

"Pfft."

He laughed.

"Let them be." Yun Feng waved his hand, his tone carrying a hint of amusement. "As long as they don't scare my fish, let them do whatever they want. Maybe they can really come up with something new."

With Yun Feng's tacit approval, the Logos team was greatly encouraged and immediately began a small-scale trial run of their "Koi Economics" System.

The effect... was unexpectedly good!

Under the "scientific" guidance and limited "friendly interaction" of the System, the Golden Koi (mainly the Golden Koi) seemed to be more "willing" to spit bubbles, and the "quality" (evaluated based on the Law fragments and Dao Rhyme concentration contained within) and "aesthetics" of the bubbles were significantly improved!

The probability of Holy Land Leaders who booked viewing seats achieving Epiphany also increased significantly!

The System Manufacturers finally found their "way of survival" and "value realization" in the Cloud Court.

From high-and-mighty tech nerds, they successfully transformed into the creators and chief analysts of the Cloud Court's unique "Koi Economics."

The news spread, blinding countless forces once again.

It turns out that in the Cloud Court, even a Golden Koi spitting bubbles could form a profound economics!

And in the warehouse on the periphery of the Cloud Court, among the "Environmental Maintenance Fees" received every month, a new, huge income item called "Koi Viewing Sponsorship Fee" quietly appeared.

Long Qianyuan looked at the ledger and sighed: "Revered Master is still the best. Even lying down without moving, the Golden Koi helps earn money. What do you call this? This is called 'passive income'!"

Behind the Star Gazing Hall, Yun Feng yawned and said to the Golden Koi in the Pond: "Well done, extra meal for you tonight."

The Golden Koi happily flicked its tail and spat out a series of bubbles that seemed to have phantoms of gold ingots appearing and disappearing inside.
