34: Chapter 34 The Creation of the Imperial Scripture [Primordial Heavenly Scripture]

Returning to the quiet small courtyard, Chu Tianjiao did not immediately enter secluded meditation. He sat on a stone bench in the yard and took out a simple, ancient Jade Slip.

Recorded within this Jade Slip was the prototype of a fundamental cultivation scripture. It was something he had begun conceiving during his second life and had continuously deduced during his experiences in the Mortal World, specifically tailored for the low-level Cultivators and Mortal Bodies of this world.

Previously, his strength had not reached the Peak, and many of his ideas were limited by his Realm and perception, making them difficult to perfect.

Now, having lived three lives against the heavens and stepped into the Domain of a quasi-True Immortal, his vision and Dao attainment were no longer what they used to be. He finally had the ability to completely perfect this scripture.

"Heaven and earth are heartless, treating all things as straw dogs. Yet the Great Dao has fifty paths, heaven's evolution provides forty-nine, and humans may seize that one remaining chance."

"The path of cultivation should originally open a glimmer of hope for all living beings, rather than being monopolized only by a few 'favored children of heaven'." Chu Tianjiao's gaze was deep as his Divine Thought sank into the Jade Slip.

In the days that followed, Chu Tianjiao devoted his entire mind and soul to perfecting this scripture.

He combined his own Chaos Body's understanding of the Myriad Daos, drawing lessons from the Sacred Body, the Mortal Body, and even the various mysteries of Physiques he had glimpsed from the Forbidden Zone Supremes. He simplified the complex and returned to the essence.

What he wanted to create was not another profound and inscrutable Emperor's Scripture that required Peerless Genius just to begin, but a Cultivation Technique with an extremely low threshold, a solid Foundation, and immense potential. It would allow those with mediocre Aptitude or even a "Waste Body" to have the Opportunity to climb the Great Dao step by step.

From the opening of the Bitter Sea, the nurturing of the Life Spring, the construction of the Divine Bridge, and the transcendence of the Other Shore in the Wheel Sea Realm, to the nurturing of the Five Viscera Deities in the Dao Palace Realm, then to the propping up of the Four Poles of heaven and earth in the Four Poles Secret Realm, the nine transformations of the spine in the Dragon Transformation Secret Realm, and finally the tempering of the Divine Soul and the ascent to heaven through enlightenment in the Immortal Bridge Secret Realm...

For every major Realm, Chu Tianjiao repeatedly deduced it hundreds and thousands of times.

He simulated countless types of Physiques and cultivation paths under countless circumstances, striving to find the most universal, safe, and effective route for circulating Qi.

He discarded those "shortcuts" that required rare resources, special Bloodlines, or Heaven-Defying Comprehension Ability. Instead, he focused on excavating the human body's own potential, guiding the most ordinary essence of heaven and earth to forge the most solid Dao Foundation through persistent effort.

Time passed quietly amidst his focused deductions.

The Dao rhyme often flowed in the small courtyard, sometimes turning into flickering golden runes, sometimes diffusing like Chaos Qi, and sometimes manifesting ordinary scenes of Mortals working and perceiving nature.

Ten years passed in the blink of an eye.

On this day, auspicious clouds suddenly gathered above the small courtyard. Although they were concealed by the formation patterns of the human emperor banner, the sound of the Dao echoed within, and a divine glow was born naturally.

The Jade Slip in Chu Tianjiao's hand erupted with a gentle yet vast light before finally stabilizing. On the surface of the Jade Slip, four ancient Dao characters emerged—"Hunyuan Heavenly Scripture."

"Finally... it is finished." Chu Tianjiao let out a long sigh of relief, a satisfied look appearing in his eyes.

Although this Hunyuan Heavenly Scripture lacked world-shaking killing techniques or rapid, overbearing cultivation methods, it was balanced and peaceful with great inclusivity. Its requirements for a Cultivator's Aptitude were extremely low, and every step was steady. Its Foundation was so thick that it far surpassed ordinary techniques.

Cultivating this scripture might not lead to progress as rapid as that of those geniuses, but the future prospects were broad, and it was not easy to suffer Qi Deviation. More importantly, it opened the tightly shut door for countless people who were judged to have "no hope of cultivation."

"If a complete Emperor's Scripture appears directly in the world, it will surely cause a bloodbath, and it's also easy for those who obtain it to develop a dependency, losing the spirit of self-exploration." Chu Tianjiao pondered for a moment and made a decision.

With a thought, he dismantled the complete Hunyuan Heavenly Scripture into five relatively independent chapters: the Lunhai Chapter, the Dao Palace Chapter, the Four Poles Chapter, the Dragon Transformation Chapter, and the Sendai Chapter.

Next, he performed a great Divine Ability, duplicating one hundred thousand copies of each of these five chapters!

Then, with a wave of his sleeve, these five hundred thousand scripture fragments turned into countless imperceptible streaks of light, penetrating the Undying Mountain formations and flying toward the deep space of the Universe.

The destinations of these streaks of light were various places in the Universe where living beings resided, but where cultivation civilizations might not be well-developed—life-bearing planets.

They would be "randomly" placed in stone caves under cliffs, inside old hollow trees, behind statues in dilapidated temples, or even under the pebbles of some stream... waiting to be discovered by "Mortals" or low-level Cultivators who were fated, determined, or perhaps just a bit lucky.

On the Emperor Burial Star, Chu Tianjiao carefully distributed the five chapters: an ancient battlefield ruin in the Eastern Desolation, a deserted Yao Race cave in the Southern Ridge, beneath an ordinary sand dune in the Western Desert, deep within an ice cave in the Northern Plains, and a corner of a library in a Mortal Dynasty in the Central State...

"The Dao should not be passed on lightly, yet it also must not go unpassed. Fate is determined by heaven; let each depend on their own Opportunity."

Having done all this, a faint, expectant smile appeared on Chu Tianjiao's face. "Next, we shall see when the first lucky person appears. Perhaps the seeds for an era belonging to ordinary Cultivators will be sown because of this?"

"Teacher."

Just then, a familiar voice came from behind. Xiao Shitou supported himself against the doorframe and walked out from the house.

After ten years of quiet recuperation, supplemented by the nourishment of the undying divine medicine essence, he had basically recovered. Although his aura was restrained and his blood energy was not as sky-piercing as it was at his Peak, his eyes were deeper and more composed. Clearly, this life-and-death experience had benefited him greatly.

As soon as he came out, his first words were: "How is Xiao Nannan, Teacher?" His tone was full of concern.

Chu Tianjiao turned around and smiled. "Rest assured, with the protection of the Overlord Blade and the undying peach, Xiao Nannan is safe and sound. Moreover, during these ten years, her progress has been rapid; she has already stepped into the First Heaven of the Sendai Realm."

"Ten years... the Sendai Realm?"

Xiao Shitou was first stunned, then a look of shock intertwined with pride surfaced on his face.

"This speed... it seems Nannan's talent is indeed as you said, Teacher, world-shaking." Back then, it took him far more than ten years to go from the start of his cultivation to the Sendai Realm, even with his teacher's full cultivation, it had cost him more time.

"This is only the beginning." The smile on Chu Tianjiao's lips deepened. "Her path has just started. With her talent and current state of mind, her cultivation speed in the future will likely be even faster. The evolution of the Chaos Body, the prototype of the Heaven-Swallowing Demonic Art... her future is limitless."

"Then do we need to intervene? Or give some help in secret?" Xiao Shitou sat down, a trace of worry still lingering between his brows.

After all, that was his only sister, and she was now venturing out "alone."

"There's no need for much intervention." Chu Tianjiao shook his head. "With the wisdom of the undying peach and the combat power of the Overlord Blade by her side, there's no need to worry about her safety."

"The path of cultivation, especially the overbearing path she is destined to take, is not improved by excessive protection. What we need to worry about are other matters."

His expression turned slightly solemn as he continued, "It's those Forbidden Zone Supremes who are still slumbering, and... that Immortal Emperor. After exchanging blows and discussing the Dao with him, I can feel that he is unfathomable and extremely calculating."

"My 'fall' this time and the rapid clearing of the Undying Mountain have likely already given him a strong sense of crisis. I suspect... he might act ahead of schedule, accelerating his move against Emperor Yuhua to bathe in emperor's blood in order to break through faster or prolong his Peak."

Xiao Shitou's brow furrowed tightly. "Then what should be done? If Emperor Yuhua is killed by the Immortal Emperor, Nannan's revenge..."
