128: Stone Giants in Battle

The Tyrannosaurus Rex's massive frame was like a moving hill.

With every step, the earth trembled, letting out a dull thud.

Its eyes gleamed with bloodlust, and low roars rumbled from its massive maw, as if announcing its desire to conquer this villa.

On the walls of Bright Moon Villa, everyone looked on with heavy expressions. As the Tyrannosaurus Rex drew closer, fear grew in their hearts like wild weeds.

Under the Tyrannosaurus Rex's relentless advance, the city gates looked as if they could be smashed open at any moment; Bright Moon Villa was in grave danger.

Zhu Yunque, one of the core figures of Bright Moon Villa, stood on the wall with a determined gaze.

Having lived in this apocalyptic world since childhood, she had weathered countless hardships, forging extraordinary skills and a resilient will.

Her hair danced wildly in the wind, and the hand gripping her flute trembled slightly, yet her resolute eyes betrayed her determination never to retreat.

The flute was emerald green all over, shimmering with a strange light under the sun.

Zhu Yunque placed the flute to her lips and blew gently; a melodious yet eerie tune instantly drifted through the air.

As the flute's sound spread, the allied zombies wandering around the villa seemed to receive a command, swarming toward the Tyrannosaurus Rex.

They snarled, charging recklessly toward the gargantuan beast.

Watching the zombies swarm like ants, the Tyrannosaurus Rex's eyes were filled with disdain.

It shifted its massive body slightly, and with a powerful kick from its thick limbs, it lunged into the zombie crowd.

Every swipe of its claws sent several zombies flying, and its sharp teeth tore them into pieces with every bite.

With every swing of its tail, dozens of zombies were struck and crippled at the waist.

These zombies were utterly powerless against the Tyrannosaurus Rex; in just moments, their casualties were countless.

Yet, the zombies did not retreat. Driven by Zhu Yunque's flute, they threw themselves at the Tyrannosaurus Rex wave after wave.

The zombies' blood stained the earth red, and the air grew thick with the heavy scent of gore.

In less than fifteen minutes, the thousand-plus allied zombies were unexpectedly wiped out by this terrifying Tyrannosaurus Rex.

Standing in the distance, Zombie Emperor Bei watched his Tyrannosaurus Rex slaughtering the zombies at will and let out several triumphant howls.

Its voice was sharp and piercing, as if it could penetrate one's Soul.

Hearing Bei's howls, the Tyrannosaurus Rex seemed to receive a new order.

It suddenly ceased its attack, lowered its tail to the ground, and slowly extended an arm toward the castle, forming a ramp.

Immediately after, zombies like a rising tide charged up along this ramp.

They were incredibly fast, reaching the base of the wall in the blink of an eye.

On the wall, the sisters of the Vermilion Bird Hall were already prepared for battle.

Weapons in hand, their eyes revealed determination and fearlessness.

These sisters were survivors who had grown strong in the apocalypse; they had fought countless battles and possessed rich combat experience.

Watching the oncoming Zombie Horde, Zhu Yunque shouted, "Sisters, for our home, for our loved ones—kill!"

At her command, the sisters of Vermilion Bird Hall brandished their weapons and engaged in a life-and-death struggle with the zombies.

Blades flashed and shadows flickered as battle cries and zombie snarls intertwined.

Some sisters nimbly dodged zombie attacks before swiftly striking to decapitate them.

Others engaged the zombies in close-quarters combat, using their strength to throw them to the ground.

During the fight, one sister was accidentally injured by a zombie, but she didn't hesitate for a second. Enduring the intense pain, she plunged her dagger deep into the zombie's skull.

Meanwhile, the sisters of Vermilion Bird Hall flying in the sky aimed at the zombies on the Tyrannosaurus Rex's back and unleashed a rain of arrows.

Zombies fell from the Tyrannosaurus Rex's back one after another.

Beneath the Tyrannosaurus Rex, the zombie corpses quickly piled up into a small hill.

However, there were simply too many zombies. The sisters of Vermilion Bird Hall gradually began to falter, and casualties continued to rise.

Zhu Yunque was anxious. While fighting hard, she observed the battlefield, searching for a chance to turn the tide.

While the Zombie Horde charged, the Tyrannosaurus Rex exerted itself once more, ramming into the city gate.

Its power was immense. With every impact, the gate shook violently, and the steel bars on it began to twist and deform.

The women inside the city all felt this powerful impact, and their unease grew stronger.

If the gate was breached, the zombies would pour in like a flood, and Bright Moon Villa would be completely lost.

Watching the Tyrannosaurus Rex frantically ramming the gate, Zhu Yunque couldn't help but sigh, "This Tyrannosaurus Rex is too powerful. I'm afraid our defenses won't hold much longer."

Jing Hua stood nearby, her expression equally grim.

Suddenly remembering something, she said, "The whistle Big Brother left behind—he once said that if we encounter a Tyrannosaurus Rex breaking through the steel gate, we should blow it. Perhaps this whistle can save us."

Hearing this, a glimmer of hope flashed in Zhu Yunque's eyes. "Then what are we waiting for? Blow the whistle, quickly!"

Jing Hua hurried to pull a whistle from her robe. It was an ancient-looking whistle, covered in strange runes.

Jing Hua placed the whistle to her lips and blew hard.

The whistle sounded, its tone low and deep, as if containing endless power.

As the whistle blew, the once-still ground began to shake violently.

Huge boulders slowly rose from beneath the ground.

These boulders constantly shifted their shapes, much like Transformers.

Before long, they transformed into several giant stone men.

The stone men's bodies were incredibly tall, each standing over ten meters high. Their skin was as hard as iron, radiating a cold aura.

Two Stone Giants took the lead, walking toward the Tyrannosaurus Rex.

Their steps were steady and powerful, leaving deep footprints in the ground with every stride.

Seeing the Stone Giants approaching, the Tyrannosaurus Rex let out a roar and charged at one of them.

It leaped high into the air, opening its bloody maw to bite at the Stone Giant's head.

Unhurried, the Stone Giant raised its massive arm to block the Tyrannosaurus Rex's attack.

With a loud "bang," the Tyrannosaurus Rex's teeth sank into the Stone Giant's arm, but they only left a few shallow marks.

Taking the opportunity, the Stone Giant swung its other arm, slamming it hard against the Tyrannosaurus Rex.

The Tyrannosaurus Rex was knocked back several steps by the blow, letting out a roar of pain.

The Tyrannosaurus Rex roared, gathered its strength, and lunged forward.

Suddenly, the mountains shook and the earth trembled.

Caught off guard, one Stone Giant was knocked to the ground.

The Stone Giant crashed heavily to the earth, shattering into pieces.

The other Stone Giant punched the Tyrannosaurus Rex's head from behind, knocking out several of its teeth.

The Stone Giant and the Tyrannosaurus Rex engaged in a fierce battle, locked in a stalemate.

Jing Hua blew the whistle again, and a surge of power was transmitted out.
